They promise meet & great and fast service. What a joke. 4 adults and 5 children waited 1,5 hours in Barcelona airport. This is the first time in my life our transfer didn’t work out. Nice driver ans low price, but I rather pay double next time to leave right away.

Absolute joke - waited at the airport for an hour - nobody would answer the phone to then be told at 11.45pm that the taxi wasn’t coming ! Small child no way of getting to the hotel £126 !!! No apology no refund so far !!! DO NOT BOOK THESE CLOWNS

We booked a return transfer from faro Airport...on arrival our driver was an hour late..After numerous phone calls he arrives...('not good when you have 3 children in your group..one of who is autistic..)then he decides to stop at a garage and charge his phone leaving us in a vehicle in 30 degrees heat...for 15 mins..on our departure our pick up was on time but the vehicle was on its last legs and I reckon we would have been quicker walking...I would avoid this company as there is much better transfer companys in albufeira.AVOID

I booked a return transfer from Girona Barcelona Airport. Supposed to meet us in the arrival hall , no sign of them , after 20 mins asked the lady in the arrivals hall , who worked for the Airport and she said , we have so much complaints from this company . I phoned them , they said they would find out and call me back in 5 mins, no one phone call back, after another 30 mins. Call again , same thing that they would call back, No One called back after another 20 mins . At this time there was no one left at the airport. I call back again , same thing , she said that she would definitely call back in 5 mins . In the meantime a taxi pulled up ( this was 1.40 mins after we arrived in the hall. we all grabbed the taxi. When we were in the taxi she did call back and said (20 mins later ) taxi on the way. I explained that we were canceling the transfers and she said she would arrange a full refund. What a nightmare getting my refund back , it was if we had done something wrong not them. I honestly can't understand the good reviews this company receive, they are so dishonest.

Disgrace the way we were treated as a family. After prepaying them.. and then received a call to cancel and told get a taxi. Costing €350

We purchased a transfer for 2 people from the Barcelona Airport to our hotel. Paid for the transfer using a Citibank Master Card. Have verified payment was made in writing by our credit card company. Suntransfers says they have not received payment and has not provided our verification. After 4 conversations over 4 weeks thru chat with Suntransfers and sending written verification from our bank that payment was made, they still deny that payment was made. We have asked our CC company to retract the payment made and we will obtain travel assistance from another provider.

Una porquería de empresa. Nos dejaron tirados , previo pago no reembolsable con tarjeta de crédito, en el aeropuerto de Miami. Había mucha cola en migraciones y no nos esperaron . " Tomen un taxi. No esperamos más " . No estuvieron ni una hora !! Unos sinvergüenzas!

Do not use this company in the Algarve area. We had the most distressing time with them: we'd paid, checked the night before, but no sign of the transfer to take us to the airport in the morning. 20 minutes late, we called the rep on the phone said she'd call us straight back - but didn't. Another 20 minutes later, we were still holding on the phone for 10 minutes to get through, and when we did were told, eventually, 'get our own taxi'. The rep on the phone then outright lied to us, saying their service had been there on time, a lie they have since retracted. They've offered no compensation, nor any reason for their appalling service. We did make our flight - with literally minutes to spare thanks to a local cab firm who dropped everything to help us.

Paphos airport experience not good, told to locate Amber Voyage desk outside terminal. But it's not there it is a small desk inside. Driver eventually arrived 25 minutes later, we would have been quicker by TUI coach.

We travelled from Istanbul to Izmir and arranged a transfer with Suntransfers from the airport to Kusadasi. The vehicle sent was small and both my wife and myself had very little leg room. It was a hot day and the driver drove at speed with the front windows open. He stopped and visited a store, leaving the engine running, and to his credit he bought us both a bottle of chilled water. He also had a drink which looked very much like beer As we approached our resort the vehicle started to struggle and lose power and the last 10-15 minutes of the transfer were extremely worrying We asked Suntransfers to send a different vehicle for the return journey. However, the same driver and vehicle turned up. By this stage it was impossible for us to arrange a different transfer to the airport, and we endured yet another cramped journey at break neck speeds in poor weather conditions All in all after probably 10 years of using this firm as our go to airport transfer company we have decided to look elsewhere from now on

Avoid at all cost! Our transfer from the airport was cancelled without notice and without compensation apart from a pathetic 10% discount voucher off our next booking. The refund they gave was less than 50% of what we had paid so they effectively massively increased the cost of our return. Tried to cancel our return as zero confidence that they will arrive but can't do this online.

Flight is 18:45 and the transfer is 35-40 minutes yet the pick up was scheduled for 14:00. Not my idea of a holiday.

Everything don’t ever book with these guys Don’t answer e mails Booked minibus sent 2 taxis after big wait On return sent 7 seater when 9 of us Charged me 250 euros ! And 4 taxis 100euros ! Don’t respond to e mails or phone calls Moved pick up on returning we got there taxi could not get there despite numerous calls suggesting sensible location to collect Absolutely a shambles! Hopefully other families and groups avoid this

We arrived at Rome airport where our driver did not show (we were actually early). After querying the drivers location, we were told that they could not find us, but that was rubbish as we had been looking for well over an hour, and had been standing in the correct location. If they were there, they were not holding a sign with our names or co details. They also headed off before advised waiting time allocation. To then be told no refund as our fault is beyond poor and is paramount to theft. Would rate a negative score if I could.

I had pre-booked a taxi with Suntransfers for a specific time and location. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, I encountered a delay in reaching the agreed-upon pickup point. (flight delayed) Realising this, I immediately contacted the company's customer service line to inform them of the situation and request a revised pickup time. To my utter disappointment, the call handler on the other end of the line displayed a shocking level of apathy. They seemed disinterested and showed no willingness to assist or accommodate my changed circumstances. Despite explaining my situation and the urgency of needing a revised pickup time, the call handler gave off the impression that they couldn't care less. Their lack of empathy and understanding left me feeling frustrated and helpless. As a customer, I expected a basic level of respect and assistance, especially when dealing with a service-oriented company. Unfortunately, the call handler's attitude made it clear that my concerns were of no importance to them. I believe that customer service is a crucial aspect of any service-based industry. A company's representatives should be trained to handle various situations with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to assist their customers. Unfortunately, my encounter with Suntransfer's call handler was anything but satisfactory. How this company has a 92% recommendation is beyond me.

Didn’t turn up, cost us £250 to get a replacement taxi. Do not use. Rang up office and they just said driver isn’t coming get a taxi. Avoid if you can.

On arrival at lanzarote Airport we found our coach but no driver for 10 mins.On departure from hotel to airport on final day no driver turned up at appointed time so I had to make 3 phone calls before one arrived.Not good enough when you are trying to make a flight and after using this company every time I travel this is my last,never again

Not Happy at all. No driver to pick us from Alicante airport & we paid for meet & greet. Poor communication through out. Waited in the airport going backwards & forwards between 3 different help desks! In the end was issued a voucher & spent another hour waiting in a long queue for a taxi. Still had no response from Suntranfers regarding my email or a refund. Would not reccomend this company. Shocking service don't use them!!

I received an email tonight at 10pm to say our transfer back to barcelona airport tomorrow morning at 8am has been cancelled! We are a party of 8. Rang them and asked for them to organise some other transport, even 2 cars. I was told to contact a local taxi service that they couldnt help. They didn't care one bit, was just told I would be refunded within 10 days. I have spent the last 3 hrs ringing local taxi companies but there is no answer, we are in a quiet location and seems all taxis are off duty so late. I have rang several nearby towns but they wont help either as we are in aremote location, they too told us to contact the local taxis. So at 1am I sit here not knowing if I will get a taxi or 2 in time for our flight. When they collected us from the airport at the start of our holiday they arrived with a 9 seater. I had booked and paid for a 12 seater as I was told a 9 seater would not take all our luggage. Miraculously the 9 seater did take all our luggage. But they had charged me extra for a 12 seater! So do not stress yourself out by booking suntransfers, they have been terrible! And the customer service is shocking.

Horrendous company for both service & customer service. Was contacted 12 hours before our flight from Barcelona to inform us that unfortunately that had to cancel our pre-arranged and fully paid for return transfer to Barcelona from Roda De Bera. When contacted the first customer service agent hung up the phone and the second agent suggested we just book 2 taxi's, at 11.30 at night!!! when I'm due to leave at 7.30 in the morning! Currently sitting here stranded and wondering if I will catch my flight in the morning! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! And as for their positive reviews.....they probably write them themselves!
