If I could give zero stars I would. My family of six have just returned from Cancun. I booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel and a return transfer back to the hotel. Neither of the drivers turned up. We waited 90 minutes when we arrived and eventually had to get an expensive taxi bus. On the way back we nearly missed our flight because we had to wait for two taxis. There are many options out there - do not book Suntransfers.

Absolutely the worst company that I have used for transfers. They had not arrived 40 minutes after the pick up time for the airport. I messaged them numerous times and called 10 times. Eventually they replied to say that the driver had gone to the wrong hotel wven though the full address was on the pick up sheet and they had dropped us off the week before. Eventually the driver turned up an hour late. We had paid for a premium mini coach for 10 people and 16 cases. It arrived with 9 seats and barely enough room for 10 cases. We had to get a taxi for 2 of the party and 6 cases. They ignored my complaints. Its disgusting. To top it all they dropped us at the wrong terminal so we had to get more taxis to the correct terminal. Absolutely awful service and dangerous driver.

We booked this taxi weeks ago from Schipol airport to our destination and our pick up wasn’t at the departure gate as specified. We rang x 3 times and spoke with different staff members until we got the drivers number. He was over 30 minutes late. Our return transfer to the airport never arrived!!! We rang multiple times and was told they would call back!! They didn’t! They then said they couldn’t get in touch with driver and it wasn’t their fault! We had paid in FULL for this ‘service’ we then had to make our own way to airport (8 people one adult with additional needs) it was stressful and we found the CS in Sun transfer to be LESS then helpful . It was a disgrace. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone ! They kept saying the driver was 20 minutes away when we eventually got through , we didn’t believe this . And we managed )with the kind help from other travellers ) to get to the airport just in time. Do not use this company.

Shocking service. If I could give zero rating I would. We booked a return transfer from Duinrell to the airport and the driver did not show up. Sun Transfers could not get in touch with the driver so td us to book another cab. There is no taxi company in Dunrell or locally. Would not recommend this company and will never use them again.

For travelers outside the European time zones, Suntransfers is a not a good choice for transfer service. Their free cancelation policy of 48-hours prior is really misleading. If an airline cancels it flight last minute and you have to reschedule pick-up - Suntransfer considers it a cancelation/rebooking. So you not only lose your original payment, but have to pay more to reschedule for new date & time. I am Chicago-based travel consultant and I booked suntransfer service for London Heathrow for Sunday morning. Client's flight departure from Newark was on Saturday. Due to weather problems, United Airlines rescheduled client's flight to depart on Sunday, arrive on Monday in Heathrow. When client tried to reschedule with Suntransfer for Monday pick-up, she was told that it was not possible because the assigned driver is not available for the new date & time. This doesn't make sense. I thought I reserved and paid for a transfer nor a specific driver. What would Suntransfer do if the driver is unable to perform the pick-up as originally booked? So now the client is left with having to book a new transfer for 100euros and lose the 100euros already paid.

We booked and PAID FOR the meet and greet service. This did not happen (once again) and we were left wandering around the airport looking for assistance. When we eventually did find the desk (which was under a totally different name) the young girl on the desk was incredibly rude and obnoxious. There's plenty other of very unhappy Suntransfers customers ~ DO NOT USE SUNTRANSFERS.

Went away with party of 8, transfers going was fantastic but the return was well No Appearance. Booking was for 2.05pm on the 2nd July and the hotel was on a one way street. 8 pair of eye waiting at least an hour prior to pickup outside hotel and in reception. By 2.10pm there was no show so we tried every option to contact then with no avail. 2.26pm we got a email stating with us not been at hotel our booking was cancelled with no refund but said we'd be better getting the refund from our own insurance. Luckily for us the receptionist at our hotel was fantastic and managed to get us 2 more taxi's, which at first she said would be difficult been in Tossa de mar. Fortunately we made our flights but we will not be using these again as the 2 taxi's cost an extra 80 euros each totaling 160 euros which I will be pursuing to get back Reference. SUNTR_NB4016

Absolutely do not use. Didn’t provide services paid for in advance, Left us high and dry getting to the airport. Transfer to airport didn’t arrive. After waiting 10 minutes from the confirmed pickup time we called and were informed there had been an “administrative error” and no car was coming and to find another way to the airport. Here are the facts of what happened. June 26th booked online and paid for transfer from our accommodation in Palermo to the airport on June 30th (5 days ahead). Received confirmation email of booking one hour after payment. Day before received SMS confirmation of transfer and all details (note this was an extra €1.50). Pickup time was booked for 7:45am. By 7:55am no car had arrived so called the number on confirmation email. They picked up the phone quickly and said they would check. Six minutes later they called back and said there had been an “administrative error” and no car was coming. Advised us book a taxi and if it was more expensive they would pay the difference and what we had already paid would be refunded. They didn’t offer to fix the problem or try and find another car at the very last minute. A totally unacceptable outcome when you’re paying for a private transfer ahead of time, especially going to an airport.

They promise meet & great and fast service. What a joke. 4 adults and 5 children waited 1,5 hours in Barcelona airport. This is the first time in my life our transfer didn’t work out. Nice driver ans low price, but I rather pay double next time to leave right away.

Absolute joke - waited at the airport for an hour - nobody would answer the phone to then be told at 11.45pm that the taxi wasn’t coming ! Small child no way of getting to the hotel £126 !!! No apology no refund so far !!! DO NOT BOOK THESE CLOWNS

We booked a return transfer from faro Airport...on arrival our driver was an hour late..After numerous phone calls he arrives...('not good when you have 3 children in your group..one of who is autistic..)then he decides to stop at a garage and charge his phone leaving us in a vehicle in 30 degrees heat...for 15 mins..on our departure our pick up was on time but the vehicle was on its last legs and I reckon we would have been quicker walking...I would avoid this company as there is much better transfer companys in albufeira.AVOID

I booked a return transfer from Girona Barcelona Airport. Supposed to meet us in the arrival hall , no sign of them , after 20 mins asked the lady in the arrivals hall , who worked for the Airport and she said , we have so much complaints from this company . I phoned them , they said they would find out and call me back in 5 mins, no one phone call back, after another 30 mins. Call again , same thing that they would call back, No One called back after another 20 mins . At this time there was no one left at the airport. I call back again , same thing , she said that she would definitely call back in 5 mins . In the meantime a taxi pulled up ( this was 1.40 mins after we arrived in the hall. we all grabbed the taxi. When we were in the taxi she did call back and said (20 mins later ) taxi on the way. I explained that we were canceling the transfers and she said she would arrange a full refund. What a nightmare getting my refund back , it was if we had done something wrong not them. I honestly can't understand the good reviews this company receive, they are so dishonest.

We purchased a transfer for 2 people from the Barcelona Airport to our hotel. Paid for the transfer using a Citibank Master Card. Have verified payment was made in writing by our credit card company. Suntransfers says they have not received payment and has not provided our verification. After 4 conversations over 4 weeks thru chat with Suntransfers and sending written verification from our bank that payment was made, they still deny that payment was made. We have asked our CC company to retract the payment made and we will obtain travel assistance from another provider.

Una porquería de empresa. Nos dejaron tirados , previo pago no reembolsable con tarjeta de crédito, en el aeropuerto de Miami. Había mucha cola en migraciones y no nos esperaron . " Tomen un taxi. No esperamos más " . No estuvieron ni una hora !! Unos sinvergüenzas!

Do not use this company in the Algarve area. We had the most distressing time with them: we'd paid, checked the night before, but no sign of the transfer to take us to the airport in the morning. 20 minutes late, we called the rep on the phone said she'd call us straight back - but didn't. Another 20 minutes later, we were still holding on the phone for 10 minutes to get through, and when we did were told, eventually, 'get our own taxi'. The rep on the phone then outright lied to us, saying their service had been there on time, a lie they have since retracted. They've offered no compensation, nor any reason for their appalling service. We did make our flight - with literally minutes to spare thanks to a local cab firm who dropped everything to help us.

Paphos airport experience not good, told to locate Amber Voyage desk outside terminal. But it's not there it is a small desk inside. Driver eventually arrived 25 minutes later, we would have been quicker by TUI coach.

We travelled from Istanbul to Izmir and arranged a transfer with Suntransfers from the airport to Kusadasi. The vehicle sent was small and both my wife and myself had very little leg room. It was a hot day and the driver drove at speed with the front windows open. He stopped and visited a store, leaving the engine running, and to his credit he bought us both a bottle of chilled water. He also had a drink which looked very much like beer As we approached our resort the vehicle started to struggle and lose power and the last 10-15 minutes of the transfer were extremely worrying We asked Suntransfers to send a different vehicle for the return journey. However, the same driver and vehicle turned up. By this stage it was impossible for us to arrange a different transfer to the airport, and we endured yet another cramped journey at break neck speeds in poor weather conditions All in all after probably 10 years of using this firm as our go to airport transfer company we have decided to look elsewhere from now on
