“DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Flight was delayed arriving to Malaga airport .. We rang the company to let them know .. They said a driver will be waiting for us at the later time which we would be arriving … When we arrived there was no driver . We called the company and they told us to take a taxi .. On the day we were flying home they called us an hour early to say traffic was busy so they will need to pick us up 50 minutes earlier than what we wanted .. To no surprise there was no traffic and we were hanging around the airport for too long with small kids .. Would definitely not recommend using this company ..”

“I booked a transfer from Catania Airport to the hotel and the return, with few weeks before I need it. For the first transfer, the Company cancelled the transfer two days before this to occur and I had to find in the last moment another transfer solution. It's true that because some issues at Catania Airport, the flight it was transferred to other Airport, but the Airport from Catania, assured the transfer from that Airport to Catania, so the final transfer to the hotel it was done from Catania Airport and the other Company that I booked, contacted me as they can do the transfer to the hotel from Catania Airport. For the return, because of the same issues at Catania Airport the flight it was transferred to another Airport. Because of this, I had to change the pick up time for shuttle transfer to Catania Airport, when the flight Company informed me about the Airport change. After I changed the pick up time, I was called by call center to inform me that they not have an available car for the requested time and Suntransfers cancelled my booking. I short time I succeed to book a shuttle again with the other Company. Unfortunately Suntransfers didn't refunded the payment for the return booking, that was cancelled by Suntransfers. Despite of the fact that I was called by call center to inform me that they not have a available car and will cancel the ride, it is absolutely impossible to contact Suntransfers to discuss with someone and claim the money for cancelled shuttle.”

“!!!DO NOT USE!!! We paid everything in advance. The driver told us he would be there at 11:40 am. Then, he didn’t show up so we called. The company said that he would be there at 1 pm. After waiting for another 15 minutes, they told us that he wouldn’t come. We took a taxi for replacement and the taxi driver said THAT ITS A SCAM AND TO NOT PAY FOR THIS COMPANY.”

“Arrived in Faro Airport on time, NO DRIVER for transfer to vilamoura, 45 minutes wait for transfer, after phone calls a driver did arrive not the booked driver, surely a booking can't just dissappear,”

“I arrived at Izmir airport but there were no drivers waiting. I checked everywhere and then told by the customer service team that I should have waited at the arrivals lounge. After waiting more and calling the customer service again I found out there were no drivers arranged due to an administrative error. Don’t bother. It’s a scam.”

“We were emailed at 21.41 yesterday to say our transfer from Lisbon cruise port to the airport was cancelled. It was due to pick us up at 09.55 this morning. Luckily the taxi rank outside of the cruise terminal had one taxi that was able to take us. Extremely disappointed.”

“A éviter à tout prix A éviter à tout prix. Après avoir payé une réservation de bus 14 places, notre contrat a été modifié le soir avant notre départ sans nous laisser le choix. Notre bus 14 places est devenu un fourgon 7 places sans climatisation. Nous avons donc dû laisser la moitié de notre matériel en Espagne! Une horreur cette entreprise. “###DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES### Appalling service. Like many on this site we used them and were let-down by them not turning up for return journey to airport from Albufeira to Faro. Called number on paperwork various times for it to just ring out. Had to book a taxi and nearly missed flight. Emailed company on return and got one wholly unsatisfactory reply. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH SERVICE!”

“Hi! I've used your services for years but had an extremly poor experience in Sorrento this year which left us stranded & almost missed our return flight home. The amount refunded did NOT cover the cost or anxiety caused by a poor process! Also the premium rate paid service was not the car sent on the first leg of the journey Then gave you a 2nd chance on keeping a booking to Vienna & then had an Uber! Extremely disappointed!”

“Absolutely disgusted with this company taxi for 7 no show rang company 10 mins after no turn up to be told they'd ring back and didn't even bother rang again 15 mins later and told they had a mechanical problem and I could have full refund where do I book a mini bus for 7 at 4 in the morning why did they not let me know beforehand also on arrival to the resort the taxi was an hour late , I have used this company many times but it has seriously gone down hill”

“If I could give zero stars I would. My family of six have just returned from Cancun. I booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel and a return transfer back to the hotel. Neither of the drivers turned up. We waited 90 minutes when we arrived and eventually had to get an expensive taxi bus. On the way back we nearly missed our flight because we had to wait for two taxis. There are many options out there - do not book Suntransfers.”

“Absolutely the worst company that I have used for transfers. They had not arrived 40 minutes after the pick up time for the airport. I messaged them numerous times and called 10 times. Eventually they replied to say that the driver had gone to the wrong hotel wven though the full address was on the pick up sheet and they had dropped us off the week before. Eventually the driver turned up an hour late. We had paid for a premium mini coach for 10 people and 16 cases. It arrived with 9 seats and barely enough room for 10 cases. We had to get a taxi for 2 of the party and 6 cases. They ignored my complaints. Its disgusting. To top it all they dropped us at the wrong terminal so we had to get more taxis to the correct terminal. Absolutely awful service and dangerous driver.”

“We booked this taxi weeks ago from Schipol airport to our destination and our pick up wasn’t at the departure gate as specified. We rang x 3 times and spoke with different staff members until we got the drivers number. He was over 30 minutes late. Our return transfer to the airport never arrived!!! We rang multiple times and was told they would call back!! They didn’t! They then said they couldn’t get in touch with driver and it wasn’t their fault! We had paid in FULL for this ‘service’ we then had to make our own way to airport (8 people one adult with additional needs) it was stressful and we found the CS in Sun transfer to be LESS then helpful . It was a disgrace. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone ! They kept saying the driver was 20 minutes away when we eventually got through , we didn’t believe this . And we managed )with the kind help from other travellers ) to get to the airport just in time. Do not use this company.”

“Shocking service. If I could give zero rating I would. We booked a return transfer from Duinrell to the airport and the driver did not show up. Sun Transfers could not get in touch with the driver so td us to book another cab. There is no taxi company in Dunrell or locally. Would not recommend this company and will never use them again.”
