Don’t use the subtracted bus paphos airport to paphos. Over an hour wait to fill a bus and there were plenty of people to run two trips.

The shuttle has not arrived at all, it was 4am and nobody in Suntransfers picked up the phone. After waiting for 1 hour, we had to call a taxi. Next, that they asked to review their service. After I explanation of the issue, they claim that we had to call them, so they will not refund the money. Poor service, awful support. Do not recommend this service.

On the voucher, it saysthat the driver will be waiting ar the arrival terminal holding a sign. Well, that did not happened. I called and was told thst the driver will be 2 minutes late, he was on another call. Then received a message that the driver is at the parking lot somewhere by the tram. Being the first time here in Edinburgh, had no clue where to go. Bottom lline is, we had to hire anither taxi. This is not the first time this happened neither. Giving up using Suntransfer again.

Sajnos nem volt a taxi amit előre ki kellett fizetni a repülőtéren még egy félóra múlva sem, ezért a reptéren másik taxit kellett fizetnünk. Kértem vissza a pénzemet de nem csinálnak semmit. Ezekkel soha többet és senkinek sem ajánlom!!!

Three of our group were left stranded because the wrong bus size was sent. Totally unreliable and when I tried to complain, I was ghosted. Never again!!!!

Traveling to Egypt with an infant 8 months old. We asked minivan and baby seat but they showed up with smaller car without baby seat. We accepted the Transfer with the smaller car but then the online service refused to reimburse the cost of the car seat that was not provided because the local Egyptian provider claimed that there was a baby seat in the car. No really satisfied about the shuttle service and customer service

After reading reviews on Trust Pilot I thought I would give Suntransfer ago, to add to the list of airport transfer companies I use.. On the 3rd of March we were due to land at Gibraltar at 10:10 hrs, unfortunately due to the weather at Gibraltar we eventually diverted to Malaga airport . As soon as we landed, I telephoned Suntransfers emergency number at 10:50 and explained we were now in Malaga and waiting for the weather to improve at Gibraltar, so we could fly back. The first clue that things were not going to go well, was when the operator said, “but you have landed at Gibraltar.” It took several attempts to make her understand that we were in Malaga. Once she understood, I said please delay my taxi until I have up to date information as to when we would land at Gib. At 11:19 I called their Barcelona emergency number to update the fact that no decision had been made as to when we would depart for Gib. At 11:28 Barcelona called me back , but I still had no further information. 11:33 another call, this time from their Amsterdam office, but again I had to tell them the situation had not changed. At 12:19 I was able to telephone Suntranfers and tell we were about to depart for Gibraltar and would be landing at approx 13:00 hrs. The reply was the taxi would wait until 13:20. It turns out they decided to use the BA revised outdated arrival time of 12:20 at Gib, to start the hour waiting time, despite me giving them what turned out to be a very accurate time of arrival they decided not to update the taxi driver. At 12:30 just as were about to take off Barcelona called again at which time I said were just about to get airborne and will be landing at 13:00 hrs. On arrival, as usual it took an age to get our bags and then we had to clear immigration into Spain, then walk about 500metres to the taxi pick up point. Suntranfers called several times asking how long I would be and I kept giving giving them updates, the last being at the immigration desk, when I said we would be at the taxi in 5 minutes. Once through immigration I ran with 2 suitcases with my wife, who has to use a crutch walking behind me, puling my golf clubs. Unfortunately the taxi driver decided he could not wait any longer and left. Leaving to find and pay for another taxi! As soon I arrived at the hotel I emailed to Suntransfers complaining, as to why, despite being keeping them up to dated all the way, they neglected to update the taxi company that we would be landing at 13:00 hrs. After 30 days I emailed them again to ask why I had had no response. Apparently according to their Customer Service Representative Esraa Ellebidi, they were not aware of my complaint. It only took them 24 hours to get back to me and say under their Ts and Cs, they acted correctly and I would not be refunded the fare. I responded by saying how could this be the case when the entire time it was quite clear from at 11:33 hrs I would not be landing at 12:20, especially when at 12:33 I told them we were just taking off from Malaga. Again Esraa Ellebidi said Suntransfers had acted correctly. I fly several times a year, So my advice, give them a wide berth and I will be going back to Welcome pickups and Airport Taxi transfers who are far more flexible and helpful!

We booked and paid for a minivan for our large family. A car turned up and the driver told us we had no other option as the minivan was broken. We decided to have our children on our laps so we didn’t miss the flight and customer service did nothing!

Disgraceful service!! DO NOT USE. After waiting almost an hour for our journey into Benidorm this company called 5 mins before our pick up time on the return journey and said they were leaving without us. I explained we were 6 minutes away stuck in traffic and we got there 2 mins after dept time. At this point they had left and the customer service dept were not interested. I would accept being a few minutes late but the fact the company would not pick us up from the hotel we were staying in and made us go to a different transport point on the day . When the driver called and I explained we were in a taxi , I was told “Well u can walk it” . Yes you can , it’s about 1km but not easy with 2 large cases and hand luggage.

No stars. Dropped us off at completely the wrong place even after my partner asked and got confirmation from driver of the T44 bus. Head office told us to find our own way to the hotel. Which was half an hour’s walk away. I am disabled and have a stick. I cannot walk or stand long. It took 3/4 hours and still got no help. Gave manager a chance to put things right. Didn’t happen. They did not provide a service. Left us stranded. Appalling customer service and manager attitude. Will never, ever use again.

I booked Sun Transfers for a pick up on 03/04/25 from Malaga Airport to Hotel Las Rampas Fuengirola. I was travelling with “Assistance” and as I expected my driver to be waiting, I let the Assistance Cart go. After numerous checks by my husband there was no sign of a driver at all, inside or outside for “Ann Kenny”. I waited and waited and then called Sun Transfers to be told 5mins, 10mins and eventually told it was traffic and the car broke down!! As you can imagine after travelling and needing assistance, as I use a walking stick, I was tired and annoyed to say the least. I then phoned again and I was told me to wait outside cafe Mahon and watch for very tall man wearing blue jacket. Eventually after about an hour, in total, a tall man arrived, wearing a white tee shirt. He appeared to be a regular Andalusian taxi who got me to my destination. I did not use Sun Transfers for the arrival of my sister in law on the following Saturday nor did I book a return transfer, I used another company. I will not be using your service again. I paid €52.13 plus €5 tip to driver, plus at least 4 calls to Spanish numbers, for a most unsatisfactory service which left us high and dry at the airport. Even though you had my contact details, I was not made aware of your problem until i telephoned your office. We are elderly in our 70’s. Ann Kenny

Landed at my destination, to discover no transfer was waiting for me. When I contacted suntransfers they told me they had no transfer available. I had a 4 month old baby with me and it was 1am in the morning, I had to pay extra for a taxi. Wouldn't recommend this company.

Flight was delayed 1 hour to Phuket and driver was not there. Not only that, there was no one there with a Suntransfers.com sign to ask for information. Had to call in and wait another hour for the driver to show up.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Booked and prepaid for a transfer from a small village 1hr 20 minutes from TFS and transfer never arrived. When e called they said there was a problem and they were but coming. No taxis in the village we nearly missed the plane. Refund not processed and no apology….steer away

⸻ Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Premium Price At first, everything seemed fine. The driver met us and helped with our luggage — though not very willingly, but okay. During the ride, things were going smoothly until we took one bite of a cookie, and he asked us not to eat in the car. Fair enough — we respected the rule. But from that point, everything went downhill. When we arrived, the driver simply opened the doors without saying a word — he didn’t even let us know we had reached our destination. We had to get out and unload all of our luggage ourselves while he just stood there watching, offering no help at all. We had booked the most expensive Premium Minivan option, which includes luggage assistance, onboard Wi-Fi (which we were never offered), and a professionally dressed driver — yet he was dressed in casual clothes. To make matters worse, he dropped us off at the wrong location. We had to wait outside in the cold with all our luggage and order a taxi at our own expense to get to our actual apartment. This experience was absolutely unacceptable for the price we paid — €200. I’ve already canceled our return airport transfer because I don’t trust this service anymore. I strongly demand a full refund. ⸻

Five people from the Belfast flight on Friday 4/4/25 were Left waiting 2 hours in bus park without any vehicle there. Each of the 4 other travellers complained at the MTS office during this time and were told “2 minutes”. Then other people arrived from another flight but there was still no transport. After 2 hours an 8 seater van arrived and another of our 5 passengers courageously pushed through the crowd and the driver agreed we five could get in. Then we waited another 15 minutes while the driver scouted the crowd for 3 more passengers before we got on our way to Corralego
