“Suntranfer heeft onze klacht, na het te laat komen van onze transfer van hotel naar het vliegveld, waardoor wij onze vlucht hebben gemist, en daarom behoorlijke onkosten hadden goed en duidelijk opgepakt. Een goede communicatie, en goed onderzoek gedaan naar de hele situatie. En ons na onderzoek excuses en alle gemaakte onkosten aan ons gedeclareerd. Dus een hele grote pluim voor deze organisatie. De volgende keer boeken wij onze transfers weer via Suntransfers. Dikke 10. M.v.g Ria van Rijckevorsel”

“I've used Sun transfer twice now - once in Turkey and last week in Krakow, Poland. Would highly recommend this company - both trips on time and friendly drivers. Last week I was badly held up in immigration but the driver text me and I replied saying I'll be 10 minutes at most and he waited 👍. Nice clean and comfortable cars too.”

“I reserved an airport transfer from Barcelona airport to my hotel in the city center on Oct 25, 2025. After some initial confusion in finding the meeting location, the rest of the transfer was handled perfectly. The meeting representative verified our reservation and coordinated for a driver. she even helped my wife to find a convenient restroom while waiting for our ride. After about 15 minutes we were escorted outside to our vehicle and were then efficiently driven directly to our hotel. This is my second time using suntransfers (Lisbon and Barcelona) and my experiences have been great.”

“Reliable transfer from/to the airport. However the way of getting your car/driver on Istanbul airport seems to be very unique and time consuming: you must find the agent first, than you are redirect from another place to wait for your driver. I understand this is a kind of local specificity... Certainly the company describes the process on the voucher but the reality is still somewhat confusing”

“Was very helpful when we landed in Rhodes and was very chatty on our journey to Kolymbia On our return the taxi arrived on time, packed our cases and a smooth journey. This is the first time we have used Suntransfers, but will not be the last”

“Driver there as soon as we came out of arrivals. Very friendly. Helped with our cases. Returning, the driver arrived bang on the stated time of 08.30. Again very friendly and helpful. Used them last year as well and would definitely use again”

“I have used Sun Transfers for years now and always had a great service. This year in Sicily we were advised by the airline to allow at least two hours thirty minutes due to issues at security. I got in touch with customer support and requested an earlier pick up, everything was sorted within 15 minutes. Excellent customer service service.”

“We booked a transfer from Dubai airport to our hotel. The description of the meeting point was really good, we received a video by whatsapp how to to find the driver. The car (Premium transfer) was clean and as expected, the driver very friendly. The transfer from the hotel was also really good, the driver was on time and we had no problems to reach the airport. The price performance ratio for the transport was good. We booked with suntransfers several times and we had only positive experiences.”

“Excellent service, very reasonably priced. Booked a transfer from Antalya airport to my hotel in Kemer. Professional service. Only waited for 10 minutes. Air conditioned spacious mini van. Return transfer time was communicated 24 hours before, as promised. Overal, perfect, many thanks!”
