Booked taxi didn’t turn up, no answer from office or online. We were just left stranded and had to use local taxi to get to airport, which was actually cheaper.
Still haven’t been refunded two months later.
Credit card company had to intervene to refund me.
Terrible overpriced service, would not use them again.
