Upon arrival in Malta the driver was not at the HSBC AMT as per the instructions on the booking voucher. After waiting 30mins, tried calling the emergency # indicated on the voucher only to find it has been either been noted incorrectly on the voucher or has been disconnected. Called the US customer service number several times, was given different answers each time I called, either the driver can’t find us, the driver picked up the wrong people, the driver will call me. The driver nor the CS rep who said they would call right back, called back. Was put on hold only to be disconnected. In all ended up waiting over an hour for the driver. According to your web site and the booking voucher, the driver is supposed to have either a card with Suntransfers on it or my name. I only found the driver because he happened to be standing next us to talking on the phone saying no one was there and then I asked if he was from your company and he said yes. Let me also note that I also gave a detailed description of myself, my companion and our luggage to the CSR in order to help the driver locate us. The driver ended up being a Bolt taxi driver. According to my booking I was to have a private taxi not the local service that I could have walked out of the airport and flagged down. I am very worried about the return pick up on 15,June. Will someone be there? I have very little trust in your company and am very disappointed with the service.

I am absolutely appalled at an impersonal late cancellation to a booking, after receiving a confirmation text that all was in order (which I paid extra for!) Email received at 2242hrs and we were due to be picked up at 0430hrs for transfer to airport. Lucky I had access to email!! As a customer who has used Suntransfers for over 10 years, this level of service is shocking. I called customer service who said sorry but nothing they could do and offered no alternative with only a meaningless 10% off our next booking as a gesture of goodwill seriously! I called an Uber and they were there immediately. Fantastic service. I will not be using Suntransfers again!!!!!

Sat on a hot coach for 45 mins waiting for it to fill up. Driver says he’s not allowed to go until he has a full coach. Then a 30 minute transfer turns into two and a half hours! Last on coach to then be told they don’t go to our hotel ! We did not make a mistake we were told to get this coach!! Spent every day of my holiday emailing this company to resolve and put the booking correct for our return transfer. NO REPLIES!! Got a taxi back to airport on return. Emailed a further complaint to be told they would give me a 10% discount on a further booking!!! Not in a million years! Never use this company again!

I do not normally write bad reviews however the service I received from Sun Transfers has to be shared. I could write a novel about my experience however to put it suscinctly our flight was delayed by an hour and after phoning 3 times to find out where the driver was I was told he had left and no-one else was coming. I booked with Sun Transfers to make it easier to get to our hotel but it turned out being a nightmare. Despite detailed emails the best they could do was launch a 2 week investigation where they tell you nothing and it took 3 weeks to refund my money with no compensation for the aggravation caused. Best they could do was offer 10% off my next trip - as if I would ever want to use them again. I would give them on zero star review for their entire customer service if I could. The last thing you want when you turn up at an airport after a 10 hour flight where there is a slight delay is to be told tough our driver has left and no-one else is coming!! Use another Company.

The transfer FROM the airport arrived on time. After half an hour we arrived back at the airport - the driver had forgotten to collect some passengers! I had to ask the driver why we had returned to the airport because he didn’t explain what was happening. The one hour transfer consequently took two hours. The transfer TO the airport was arranged for me to be picked up over SEVEN HOURS BEFORE MY FLIGHT. When I contacted the online agent using Suntransfers’ suggested ‘live chat’ option, Luis said that the time slot couldn't be changed because all the transfers were booked. When I asked how I could get to the airport another way, Luis literally cut me off and ended our online chat. I had no option but to take the transfer seven hours before my flight. Once home in the UK, Suntransfers finally replied to an email I sent prior to speaking with Luis, stating "our records indicate that the transfer was performed as per the details provided in the booking." I had had absolutely no choice but to take this transfer unless I wanted to pay for an hour’s ride in a private taxi. One couple on my transfer to the airport had waited 1.5 hours for Suntransfers to turn up. The couple panicked the whole journey to the airport, and very nearly missed their flight. Not a nice way to end a holiday for them either, thanks to Suntransfers. I would never recommend Suntransfers to anyone.

Had an extremely unpleasant experience in Dublin. The company's service was far from satisfactory. We accidentally left one of our bags in the taxi, and despite it being less than 5 minutes after he dropped us at the hotel, the driver flatly refused to return it unless we paid him 20 euros or he'd take it to the police. Customer support was equally unresponsive, mentioning a 20-day waiting time. I won't be patronizing this company again. Proceed with caution; they may be punctual, but don't expect any support when you need it.

Terrible service as we were left stranded on a Sunday night in Tenerife South Airport on 16th July. (5 females) There was an error made with their administration and I was told on the phone that I would get a full refund! I am still waiting 2 months later!!!! We had to pay for a local taxi to get us to Las Americas. Will never use suntransfers again....

Having booked (and paid for) a taxi service from Izmir to our holiday hotel in Ozdere, we were disappointed that out flight was delayed but quietly reassured that the taxi company would monitor arrivals and will adjust there plans accordingly, as stated in their own information. Just to be sate, I did email the company before ETD London, to inform them of our new ETA at Izmir. On arrival at Izmir…no taxi. I phoned the contact number 3 times, to be told a taxi is on its way. Apparently not,, The fourth call finished with them telling me to make my own way to the Hotel??? What reasonable company would leave two adults and three children, all girls, alone, at a foreign airport at 0400 in the morning? They should be ashamed of themselves and at least offer a refund and apology to this family. Suntransfer.com should not be trusted to supply the service they advertise.

This company is not reliable, be very careful. No driver present, missing child seats, delays, no refunds and terrible service. We are currently filing a criminal lawsuit for fraud and seeking witnesses to add to our case. You can send us your story at: semitralaw@hotmail.com

What an awful company. I had a return journey booked on Monday but our flight was cancelled. Amongst other things to do I contacted Suntransfers and had to wait 40 mins to get connected to an agent. I ‘spoke’ with Eric and explained my predicament, understanding that our pickup was scheduled within the hour and he advised me that a reschedule was possible and to make contact when the new flight details were known. I got a phone call shortly afterwards to confirm. I did that the day after and after another lengthy wait was connected to Robert who said my booking was cancelled. When I challenged that he adopted an awful tone and after a short exchange ended the chat. I reconnected to another agent who wouldn’t engage in further discussion either, simply sending me an email address if I wanted to complain. I therefore complained and got a response today that disregarded my reasons for being dissatisfied and reconfirming that the booking was cancelled and I needed to rebook and pay again. Rather than help its customers in a time distress, they added to the problem and appear to be profiteering from a crisis. My advice would be steer clear of these people and find a company that cares about its customers welfare.

Absolutely shocking, they advertise- In the unfortunate event that you've had your flight cancelled or missed, we will do our best to reschedule your transfer service! After the total disaster at all airports yesterday and flights cancelled, they offer no support at all, “book another” is the help desk support! Cashing in on travellers misery! Won’t be using again

Don't bother. Just had our return transfer from Cabo Blanco to Palma airport cancelled, 14 hours before its due with no explanation. 7pm at night, due at 9am tomorrow morning. Now we have all the hassle of sorting another ride. Thanks? No thanks Sun Transfers.

Garbage. They are basically an online intermediary to whoever driver says available with no plan B. I reserved a bus for 13 to carry 9 people and a lot of suitcases as we are divers with gear. This was Barcelona Airport to a small town 2h north in costa brava with no public transportation. They called me the night before to cancel saying the bus was broken, and no other available. After yelling and calling all the way to management in England (the guys in Spain just didn't care) they offered 1 taxi van for 6 and a car for 3 more that I said was no way that would work as we need space for 13 as ordered. They didn't even agree to 2 vans for 6. So we dropped the whole thing going and return and still put troubles when the return apparently was not properly canceled. Now here we are 10h before our trip with no transportation... we had to pay a fortune (nearly 1000 Euros) to local taxis in the airport last minute (1 van and 2 regular taxis to reach our place). Hell never ever these crooks any more

WORST COMPANY EVER WORST COMPANY EVER - do not use! transfers booked when we arrived at Malaga, they were 39 mins late….. On the way home, they were due to collect us from the resort at 3.45AM, we were told by easyjet that due to industrial action at the airport we need to attend earlier, not only the sun Transfer refuse to collect is earlier, but also they DID NOT even SHOW UP! we called their emergency number to be told by the operator “your car is not coming”. No help or support offered! No apology. Left stranded on the side of a road, in the dark at 4AM, with 3 young children and our flight departing in less than an hour and a half! There is nothing that can be offered that the terror and horror we as a family had to go through because of their negligence. I have now found out that Sun transfers has a horrid reputation in Spain as unreliable and often fail to turn up! Please don’t use them! They have been negligent and haven’t even given us a full refund or offered to pay for our additional taxis we had to find and pay for! A joke of a company and I would never use them again! They simply cannot treat customers like this!

I booked a 13 seat mini-coach for our (6 adults and 2 children) 50 minute transfer from Faro. This came at a significant financial premium compared to an 8-seat van, an additional 80 euros each way. But given the luggage we were taking, 8 large cases plus a variety of carry on bags, I knew we would struggle with a smaller vehicle. Sadly, on both legs, the supplier booked by Sun Transfer ignored our booking and sent a basic 8 seat van. Their solution to insufficient space for luggage, we would need to put our cases on the head restraints at the back of the van, cases in the leg wells of the vehicle and sit with our legs on top of them and have all other baggage on our laps. To make it even better on the return trip, the seat belts didn’t work in the rear and the air conditioning consisted of open windows, which at 120km per hour on a motorway wasn’t fun. So far, all I’ve had from Sun Transfers is a ‘we will investigate’ message and when I spoke to them to explain my safety concerns they weren’t interested. Great work if you can get it, charge for a larger vehicle but send what the hell you like. My advice is to make sure you put the same passenger numbers as the vehicle you are booking. If suppliers used by Sun Transfer see they have a chance to make a killing on you it seems they will.

The driver wasn't on the meeting place even 2 hrs after my arrival. I paid online 26 euros and cancel the ride with express shuttle after 2 hrs of waiting. So I took another shuttle and charge me 20 euros. Definitely not recommended after long flight dealing with prob like this. (Antalya airport to Alanya)

We DID always use Suntransfers, however they are quick to take your money and chase you for an order if you do not complete a booking but do not respond to email tickets and no way to contact direct if you have had an issue with the service. Be Warned!
