Pickup was good we had email to go to Beni conect great lovely driver. Due to accomendation we had to move so I tried to change new pickup. Dreadfull phoned emailed even got the hotel to try and help us no joy.Phoned Beniconect they were dreadfull as well told us to contact suntranfers I explained what was happening no help at all. So booked new transfer paid again to add insult to injury had a call asking were we are and was late.Neaver again

This has to be the worst transfer company in Tenerife, i had booked a 10 seater from the airport to Costa Adeje, we were held up at passport control for over an hour, the driver rang me and i explained we were held up and he said he understood and it does happen. When we eventually got through he had bu..ered off on ringing the company they said he could'nt wait any longer, we then had to wait another half hour for alternative taxis, i had pre-paid and they won'r refund. This is disgusting.

Terrible experience, don't go with them! We had a paid and agreed pick-up at the hotel and drive to the airport in Punta Cana, but no one showed up, nor did the authorities have an answer as to why no one was there. Everyone told us that they often do this and that they are scammers. We had to pay for a taxi to the airport. horror! enormous stress, whether we will even make it to our flight

On a recent trip to Tenerife, I and a few others were left waiting at the pick up point for over 90 minutes. I messaged,and phoned,to no avail,so went over to the desk. I was told there'd been an earlier accident so transport was held up. But I wasn't told this on arrival at the desk. It had been a long journey, and could have done without the extra wait! Ironically, I could have got the airport bus to our destination, but thought it'd be better arranging a transfer,in case the flight was late. The driver was very nice, but didn't alter the fact that we'd had a lengthy wait with no explanation. I've used this company in the past, but won't do do again. Not a great start to our holiday.

We booked an airport transfer with Suntransfers on 12 September 2025 (booking reference SUNTR_QU0510), and the experience was extremely disappointing. We were on time in front of the hotel. The hotel porter checked outside multiple times and even asked in the neighbouring hotels — no driver ever appeared. Despite this, the company later claimed that the driver had “waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes.” This is simply not true. What made the situation even worse: We received no information at all from the driver beforehand — no call, no message, no pickup confirmation. Only when the driver was already late and we started contacting the company ourselves did anyone respond. Even then, no one could tell us when the driver would actually arrive. We were repeatedly told: “He will be there in 5 minutes.” After another 30 minutes, the driver was still nowhere to be seen. We had also informed Suntransfers in advance that the phone number listed on the voucher was not reachable and that they must use a different, working number. This was completely ignored — there was not a single call to the correct number. In the end, we had to organise our own taxi at the very last minute just to catch our flight in time. I don’t even want to imagine what would have happened if we had missed it — we would certainly not have received any support from this company. Customer service shows zero responsibility, denies any fault, and shifts all blame onto the customer, even though the service was clearly not provided at all. A refund is categorically refused. Conclusion: Avoid this company. Unreliable, no communication, no accountability, and completely unacceptable handling of complaints.

I would not recommend using this company and Suntransfer needs to review their one hour waiting policy! Having paid for our transfers upfront, our flight arrived on time but we experienced a 55 minute queue to go through passport control. We messaged the driver to make him aware of the situation and by the time we had collected our luggage from the baggage hall it was over the one hour limit. We tried ringing and messaging him but he didn't answer any of our calls. We rang Suntransfers helpline and explained the situation and they just advised us to claim either from the airline or Passport Control which obviously is not an option. They didn't offer any other help such as alternative transport and just said that the driver had left the airport and wouldn't be returning. We were left stranded at Malaga airport in the midday heat with 2 children under 8 years and a 16 month old baby, to fend for ourselves and book and pay for another taxi company to take us to our destination, a very expensive start to our holiday! We most definitely will not be using this company ever again!

Past experience with Suntransfers has been pretty good in the past. But the transfer we booked in August 2025 from Bucharest to our hotel on the edge of the Old Town was a terrible experience. Our flight was a little early, and we collected luggage and got through immigration very quickly. But when we went to find our driver we had already had a couple of abrupt and rude messages saying he was nearly over his allotted wait time. Well, he wasn't in the right place, and if he had waited an hour, he hadn't arrived at the airport at the right time. Taxi was not the size we expected. Driver was rude with us all the way. And then he dropped us off, outside the Hilton Hotel, and told us to walk to ours, late at night in the dark, with luggage, and absolutely no idea where to go. We remonstrated with him, but all he did was claim he wasn't allowed to drive to our hotel, and he vaguely pointed us up a road, which was completely in the wrong direction. It took us nearly an hour to find our hotel. Which turned out to be situated a few metres from a Taxi drop off/pick up point that he could easily have driven to in the first place. I was asked for feedback by Suntransfers, gave it, and have heard absolutely nothing since. We will never use them again.

Don't bother paying their prices. They just order you an Uber. Our driver told us he was an Uber driver and he was so angry on our behalf. When I complained, the employee sent me so many rude responses I had to ask them to stop texting and block the number.

I made the mistake and had a wrong date on arrival at Faro ,But I got a Flat NO when I asked them to transfer to a return journey 5 days later - Never again will I use them - I was recommended a different company for half the price and much better service

This is the worst transfer company i have had to deal with - we had a transfer from valencia to alicante airport and they cancelled the minute they should pick us up. Horrible service as well - instead of booking us another taxi - they just handed up the phone. Lefts us to dry completely. Will NEVER use them again.

SHOCKING! Used for transfer to and from PUJ Dominican Republic. Requested (and paid) for 2 kids booster seats, never appeared. Used a shabby clapped out van that just about moved, took us to the wrong hotel on the way out… not ideal after a day of travelling with 2 kids. Return journey, organised to be collected at 1.30pm only for the driver to turn up an hour later with yet again no booster seats. Driver was rude and unprofessional, didn’t feel safe at all. Will never use them again, absolutely shocking service. Save yourself some money and walk.

Have used several times suntransfers we did not have any complaint, however this time we did not have the same experience. We were pickup at Rome airport the driver was nowhere in sight, my husband called the main office in London and finally was located. Our driver was Laura; the transfer was from Rome airport to Civitavecchia, on October 10, 2025 First of all after a long walk to her car, missed treat the luggage we did not appreciate that, then once we are in the car, need to added oil to the engine otherwise did not start. Secondly was driving very erratic, the whole driving was on the phone, went out of the road couple times, because was not paid attention at her driving, was worried about her phone. Third was talking to somebody criticizing us, not knowing we understood the language. We are very upset because we used this company few times in another's cities in Europe with no problem.

First the car was not there for us when we arrived at Seville Airport. We had to ring the office, wait whilst it was investigated where car was and then wait for car to turn up. We booked a premium car as we were under time constraints to get to an event. A taxi turned up which we could have walked out the arrivals door and got ourselves or booked though Sun Transfers for €25. The meet and greet service, which is a key component of the service, was not up to the expected standard, and the vehicle provided was not a premium one as booked. These issues significantly impacted the overall experience and fell short of what was promised, and we were late for our wedding event. We contacted Suntransfers to confirm our return trip to the airport, and yet again a taxi turned up. Our hotel could have called a taxi for us which would have been €25. Days went by waiting for a response from Luisa in Suntransfers who eventually offered refund of €28 when total charge was €110.91; 11km trip. Complaint wasn’t escalated as I requested, I am still awaiting a reply from Luisa expressing my dissatisfaction of refund amount and non-escalation of complaint which I sent on the 18th. Don’t use this company a very disappointing service with no accountability and bad customer service.

 SUNTRANSFERS SUNTR_TY9398  I/we wish to bring to your attention in the strongest possible terms “Suntransfers”.com -disgraceful failure to provide the booked and paid for service. ( Amex Platinum) Also, the awful stressful experience I/we had to endure due to a lack of any professionalism or even any care for the position we were left stranded in by Suntransfers Firstly, and Considering ABTA partner & other trusted company logos displayed on their site.They make these statements: “Reliable” Airport Transfers, “Excellent Reputation ”, “Professional Drivers”; amongst other laughable boasts -see site & screen shots ….. eg “Our office is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - we're always here to help you.“ all demonstrably untrue, quite the opposite, in fact . Our booking 22.00 on 19/10 Hotel (Stienburg Hammamet) to Tunis international Airport.by 1015 no show. Hotel concierge tried calling (so no translation issues) the contact number provided on the booking documents , several attempts later at 22.20 they finally picked up, so now with someone at the company answering and on the end of the phone they proceeded to speak brusquely to the hotel staff and said: “So why are you calling me?!”. The hotel concierge explained It was their own contact number for issues etc . and no transfer transport forthcoming and said they would call back and promptly put the phone down .They didn’t call back. At 22.30 concierge called them yet again.Only now told It would be 30 more minutes at least ! “Or cancel” was brief their response,(No apologies) already making us an hour late at least. Could they be trusted? to deliver ,and/or to travel an hour with this rude unreliable company/driver and only then if he actually bothers to turns up?. We declined and took the Hotel’s kind offer to help find a reliable and fastest replacement. We made the fight in a terrible state of agitation and stress. Currently at heraklion air port Been sitting on 506 bus over an hour, with no communication from Anyone, driver just standing out sude waiting for people to turn up no cohesion, never using suntransfers again,

I had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with Suntransfers in Punta Cana. Upon arrival, we were instructed to wait in a designated area for our driver—but no one showed up. After waiting over 30 minutes, a person not affiliated with the company arrived to pick us up. He had no idea where we were headed, even though destination details are provided during the booking process. After speaking with him, we learned that the original driver had been present but chose to leave with other passengers who offered more money. This last-minute arrangement felt completely unprofessional and unsafe. We sent multiple messages via WhatsApp trying to get help—no one responded. When we finally reached our assigned “representative” and explained the entire ordeal, the only reply we received was: “YOU ARE RIGHT.” No apology, no accountability, no resolution. The lack of clear communication, disregard for confirmed reservations, and questionable handling of our transport left us angry and concerned. I would strongly advise against booking with Suntransfers. This experience was unacceptable and unreliable.

I booked a private transfer in Tenerife expecting a comfortable and premium service — what we received was the exact opposite. Despite only having four people in our group, we were given an old, dirty minibus that stank of diesel. It felt nothing like the private, quality transfer that was advertised. They do state that the vehicle may vary, but you'd expect something at least close to what’s shown — not in this case. It completely set the wrong tone for the start of our holiday. I would strongly recommend skipping this service and just using the local taxis. They're not only cheaper, but every taxi we used during our stay was immaculate and professional. To make matters worse, it took two weeks for them to respond to my complaint — only to offer a 10% discount on a future booking. As if I’d ever use them again. Save your money and go with the local taxis. Far better in every way.

AVOID USING SUNTRANSFERS AT ALL COSTS, NO TRANSFER IF FLIGHT IS DELAYED OR ANY ISSUES IN AIRPORT. Back in July we bought transfers from Dalaman Airport to our accommodation. When we arrived in Dalaman, we had to wait an hour for our luggage to come off the belt. Due to the suntransfers website saying ‘unlimited waiting time’ I assumed we would not need to worry about our transfer or, at least, the driver would contact us to ensure we were still coming and everything was okay. When we got the Suntransfers desk, the woman told us we missed our transfer and would have to pay for a new one. I explained to her it said there was unlimited waiting time and she did not speak great English so put us in the phone to her boss. Needless to say he was rude, abrupt and called us liars. I sent him proof of unlimited waiting time on the website and he said he couldn’t care less. I then emailed suntransfers to get a refund and they told me it was the ‘airlines fault’ and they deemed this ‘appropriate and fair’ yet could not respond to me when I asked why they stated they had unlimited waiting time if this was not the case? We wasted £50 and had to pay more than that on top to get to our accommodation. Customer service was absolutely appalling and a lack of care after. Judging by other trustpilot reviews this happens often. I don’t want a generic response from yourselves on this either - just own the fact you scam people and have false advertising on your websites
