Warning. Do not use this company. We booked a pick up for 9:30 and our flight arrived 40 minutes early. Unbeknownst to us, they send they driver early and by the time we got our bags the driver left. We called the company and asked for another driver and they told us o e wasn't available and we were on our own. I asked them why they didn't inform us they were sending the driver early and their response was that it wasn't there responsibility. They have also refused to refund our fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Just returned from Turkey. On arrival at airport I was advised that the car was being repaired and we were ushered to a very uncomfortable yellow taxi. Today on our return journey taxi was 20 minutes late and again a yellow taxi!! Can’t believe car was still being repaired 10 days later. I have used Suntransfers for many years but I have now cancelled our transfers in September and won’t be using or recommending them in the future. Please avoid.

There was no desk at Sangster Airport labeled "Suntransfers", so it wasn't easy to find them. The driver to Negril drove like a complete maniac. We've made this trip a dozen times and this was easily the most fearful. Then, nobody showed up to take us back to the airport! The phone numbers on the invoice were all missing a number so you can't call them. Our resort got us a ride with another service, but it was a cash deal so no receipt thus Suntransfers refused to pay the difference. After telling me how important I was to them and how they were going to discover the problem, they did NOTHING until I pinged them again. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

45 minutes late for an airport pick up from our hotel, meaning we almost missed our flight in Crete. They did not answer the phone and no apology. Do not use this company if you want to make your flight. Very unreliable

We had an extremely disappointing experience. Due to a delayed flight and long immigration queues, it took us 1 hour 15 minutes to exit the airport. Despite this being beyond our control, the company provided no support whatsoever while still charging us the full amount. When we finally reached their office, they refused to arrange any service or even offer basic guidance. As a group of 11 people—including toddlers and a 2-year-old baby—we were left completely stranded. In the end, we had no choice but to find a private taxi on the roadside. To make matters worse, we later discovered their prices are around 40% higher than local rates. We lost £180 for absolutely nothing. Very poor service and highly unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Took us 40 mins to get to our accommodation from where they dropped us Review of Suntransfers Pending review Took us 40 minutes to get to our accommodation from where the driver dropped us, so much for door to door! Shocking behaviour. Booked with SunTransfers as they offer door to door transport, something which was crucial for my mother and I as both disabled with limited mobility. Driver dropped us off nowhere near are accommodation, when I protested he said it was just around the corner (which was a lie) I then checked on google maps and it was the other side of the town. Accommodation was also up a hill so steep that path was cut into a zig zag up massive hill. Getting our luggage up the hill was a nightmare and would have been difficult for two healthy people let alone individuals with ME and COPD, for us it was damn near impossible I felt physically sick and dizzy by the time I got up there, and both of us were struggling to breath. Took me two full days to recover enough from the ordeal I could even leave the apartment. Absolutely disgusting. I have since complained to customer service, and requested to know what measures they will put in place to prevent something like this happening to further disabled people - I was advised by Miriam that as the booking confirmation says in the small print you can be dropped at the nearest appropriate stop that they have done nothing wrong and the service provided is as advertised. They only offer door-to-door transfers for private transfers. Note - we were collected from our hotel for the return journeys so not sure how they justify the other side of town as being the nearest appropriate stop when we were dropped off.

Travelled to Dubai, we’ve used Suntransfers before and not had issues. This time, the queues getting through Dubai were quite long as it was half term. Had a call from our driver and explained that we were still in the immigration queue and taking longer than expected to get through. When we eventually made it out and picked up luggage, rushed to the meeting point and told we had just missed the driver. On asking what the alternatives was, we were simply told to get an uber which isn’t the greatest answer when travelling with a young family. Discussed with the customer services/ quality support who simply said that to refer to their T&Cs which said that driver will wait an hour after flight lands and you’re on your own after that. No refunds/ no help. Turns out an uber is actually far easier to manage if you have mobile data/ roaming sorted and won’t be using these guys again. So if you’re travelling at peak times/ with a family, consider carefully. We cancelled the return journey and did an Uber which was far easier and cheaper to do!

Habe heute morgen den Namrn und das Autokennzeichen von unserem Fshret sngefrsgt, welcher und morgen zum Flughafen bringe soll. Leider haben wir diese Anfsbrn nicht erhalten, weil die scheinbar bis zur Abholung ändern können!!! Unser Hotel lässt die Fahrer das Gate nicht passieren wenn diese Angaben nicht um voraus hinterlegt werden. Es ist ein rechtes Stück zu Fuss mit dem Koffer! Auch auf Anfrage ob sich der Fahrer 1 Stunde vor Abholung melden kann mit den nötigen Daten, Antwort nein!!! Einfach nicht Suntransfer buchen, offensichtlich sind die einfachsten Dinge nicht möglich!!

A Horrible horrible man collected us from the airport in lanzarotte and was so cross at us from the moment he met us .. He then couldn't find our villa so left us at the side of the road late at night in the dark to find it ourselves and drove away. When I tried to explain to him where the villa was he shouted "I don't speak English" and frightened our children. Such an awful experience. Will never use this company again!!
