DO NOT USE THOS COMPANY, I paided 77 euro for an airport transfer in grand canaria.. When i arriced at the pickup desk, i was told they had no driver available. I had to get my own taxi and they will now not refund my money, when asked they laughed in my face I feel as if they have stolen from me and am shooked by the whole experience. Very upset.

I used sun Transfers last year in March they did not pick us up at the Airport in Punta Cana, we never got refunded from that. They did pick us up at the Melia on time and brought us to the airport. So We decided to give them another try. booked transportation from Punta Cana airport to Melia Caribe beach resort for a family of nine on January 17, 2026. they never showed up to pick us up. After waiting for almost an hour and a half, They have someone their to let passengers know where to get picked up at. The poor girl tried to get us picked up. However she kept getting yelled at by the driver, that the boss told him to pick someone else up. Trying to find other transportation is not easy either for most people book transportation before arriving, Finally after two hours ending up getting a taxi that could hold all of nine of plus luggage and spending another 70 dollars made it to our destination. tried to get reufund after arriving at our hotel only to keep getting the run around of trying to call someone to help us. never got refund at all. Cancelled return trip for January 22, 2026 still waiting to ger refund from that. Bottom Line never use Sun Transfers!!!!

Please do not use this company. We booked for our vulnerable elderly father who was flying into Miami for the first time on his own after his wife died. It is well known that it can take over an hour to get through customs which company should have been aware of. The driver left after waiting an hour. We had to call the company as father was distressed and upset. To be told driver left and nothing they could do. Customer services were awful, refused refund and told to claim on insurance. When booking you are asked what time flight comes in and not what time you want picking up. Getting through customs is something that should be taken into account. Will never use company again!!!!

Muy mala experiencia con Suntransfers – reserva SUNTR_UI1949 Contraté un transfer al aeropuerto en Budapest para evitar imprevistos y, aun así, el servicio no apareció a la hora acordada y sin previo aviso. La tarde anterior contacté con soporte y me confirmaron expresamente que todo estaba correcto. El día del traslado perdimos tiempo crítico intentando contactar con la oficina local (sin respuesta) y con la central. Finalmente me indicaron que tomara taxis de urgencia, con estrés, pérdida de tiempo y riesgo real de perder el vuelo. Suntransfers solo ha reembolsado el coste de los taxis, que básicamente coincide con lo ya pagado por el transfer. En la práctica, no hay compensación real por el incumplimiento ni por las molestias. Si contratas un transfer para viajar tranquilo, Suntransfers no cumple cuando más lo necesitas. No lo recomiendo.

I booked a private car for return transfer - specified it must be a car for my 81 year old mum to get in and out of - queried it by email in Nov , recieved an email direct from sunransfers.com stating " "Thank you for your email.We confirm that your vehicle is not a minibus but a regular sedan, so it will not have large steps to access.Your booking is fully confirmed. You will find all the necessary details regarding your transfer(s) on the booking voucher that you have received by email.Our drivers are experts in airport transfers, they monitor the flights and they will be ready to pick you up once you have passed the passport control and luggage claim. In case of any unexpected delays please get in touch with us as soon as possible, by contacting any of our priority numbers on your booking voucher. The driver will wait up to 60 minutes after the flight landing time. If I can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me." And guess what we got - minibus with 4 high steps that my mother cannot negotiate easily - I showed the transsfer company in Tenerife and they just laughed and said we don't have cars. Then the driver could not put the luggage on or off the minibus - so myself and a passwerby put them on and lukily for me another person helped us with them off. I tok photographs of said minibus. I waited for the return journey becuase if we got a car then I wouldn't of complained - but what did we get - a bigger minibus for 2. I videoed us on this. I complained the next day to suntransfers with email from employee and photographs and video and specific instruction on my booking form. Recieved a very insulting and scatimonious reply with an offer of 21.00 Euros when I had paid over 100.00. " Dear xxxxxxx Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us regarding your Suntransfers.com booking xxxxxxxxxx As a company committed to delivering high standards of customer service, your feedback is very important to us.We are sorry to hear that your transfer did not go as smoothly as expected, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please rest assured that the matters you raised have been reviewed and followed up with the relevant parties.Kindly note that, as stated in our terms and conditions, we make every reasonable effort to honour your preferred vehicle type. However, depending on operational availability, a vehicle of greater capacity or multiple vehicles may be provided as a substitute. Please note that disabled passengers must be able to board the vehicle independently or with the assistance of those in their party, as our drivers are not medically trained to assist passengers with special needs. We understand that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we regret any disappointment. However, I am willing to issue a partial refund for the 20% cost of your booking." I never once stated my mother was disabled - she is not she is just old and can get in and out of a car easily just not high steps. She does not need assistance and does not have special needs.I could of booked a mini bus or coach transfer cheaper and their employee clarified the meaning - car - sedan . You can't get hold of anyone other than customer service and they are like polly parrots and the cut and paste champions - DO NOT USE.

¡Pésimo servicio, nos dejaron sin servicio de traslado tanto en el viaje de ida (aeropuerto de Fortaleza al Hotel Mana Cumbuco) como en el de regreso! En el de regreso, a pesar de haber consultado varias veces por distintos medios (mail, ws) por la mala experiencia de ida, volvieron a fallar!

Very poor service. I paid a significant extra fee to transport my bicycle during my transfer from the airport to my apartment in Gran Canaria. The agency failed to inform the bus company about my bicycle, which caused long delays before we were finally allowed to board. On the return transfer to the airport the following week, the exact same issue occurred. The driver again refused to take my bicycle, even though I had paid for it and it was clearly stated on my voucher. This caused a lot of stress, especially as the phone support was extremely poor and no solution was offered.

The service is terrible they are extremely rude they faked there being a crash and a packing stranger on shuttle buses when we paid for private transfers and will not allow a refund when we have to share a bus with people we don’t know the women that has been serving us is extremely rude I would in no way recommend this

Pickup was good we had email to go to Beni conect great lovely driver. Due to accomendation we had to move so I tried to change new pickup. Dreadfull phoned emailed even got the hotel to try and help us no joy.Phoned Beniconect they were dreadfull as well told us to contact suntranfers I explained what was happening no help at all. So booked new transfer paid again to add insult to injury had a call asking were we are and was late.Neaver again

This has to be the worst transfer company in Tenerife, i had booked a 10 seater from the airport to Costa Adeje, we were held up at passport control for over an hour, the driver rang me and i explained we were held up and he said he understood and it does happen. When we eventually got through he had bu..ered off on ringing the company they said he could'nt wait any longer, we then had to wait another half hour for alternative taxis, i had pre-paid and they won'r refund. This is disgusting.

Terrible experience, don't go with them! We had a paid and agreed pick-up at the hotel and drive to the airport in Punta Cana, but no one showed up, nor did the authorities have an answer as to why no one was there. Everyone told us that they often do this and that they are scammers. We had to pay for a taxi to the airport. horror! enormous stress, whether we will even make it to our flight

On a recent trip to Tenerife, I and a few others were left waiting at the pick up point for over 90 minutes. I messaged,and phoned,to no avail,so went over to the desk. I was told there'd been an earlier accident so transport was held up. But I wasn't told this on arrival at the desk. It had been a long journey, and could have done without the extra wait! Ironically, I could have got the airport bus to our destination, but thought it'd be better arranging a transfer,in case the flight was late. The driver was very nice, but didn't alter the fact that we'd had a lengthy wait with no explanation. I've used this company in the past, but won't do do again. Not a great start to our holiday.

We booked an airport transfer with Suntransfers on 12 September 2025 (booking reference SUNTR_QU0510), and the experience was extremely disappointing. We were on time in front of the hotel. The hotel porter checked outside multiple times and even asked in the neighbouring hotels — no driver ever appeared. Despite this, the company later claimed that the driver had “waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes.” This is simply not true. What made the situation even worse: We received no information at all from the driver beforehand — no call, no message, no pickup confirmation. Only when the driver was already late and we started contacting the company ourselves did anyone respond. Even then, no one could tell us when the driver would actually arrive. We were repeatedly told: “He will be there in 5 minutes.” After another 30 minutes, the driver was still nowhere to be seen. We had also informed Suntransfers in advance that the phone number listed on the voucher was not reachable and that they must use a different, working number. This was completely ignored — there was not a single call to the correct number. In the end, we had to organise our own taxi at the very last minute just to catch our flight in time. I don’t even want to imagine what would have happened if we had missed it — we would certainly not have received any support from this company. Customer service shows zero responsibility, denies any fault, and shifts all blame onto the customer, even though the service was clearly not provided at all. A refund is categorically refused. Conclusion: Avoid this company. Unreliable, no communication, no accountability, and completely unacceptable handling of complaints.

I would not recommend using this company and Suntransfer needs to review their one hour waiting policy! Having paid for our transfers upfront, our flight arrived on time but we experienced a 55 minute queue to go through passport control. We messaged the driver to make him aware of the situation and by the time we had collected our luggage from the baggage hall it was over the one hour limit. We tried ringing and messaging him but he didn't answer any of our calls. We rang Suntransfers helpline and explained the situation and they just advised us to claim either from the airline or Passport Control which obviously is not an option. They didn't offer any other help such as alternative transport and just said that the driver had left the airport and wouldn't be returning. We were left stranded at Malaga airport in the midday heat with 2 children under 8 years and a 16 month old baby, to fend for ourselves and book and pay for another taxi company to take us to our destination, a very expensive start to our holiday! We most definitely will not be using this company ever again!

Past experience with Suntransfers has been pretty good in the past. But the transfer we booked in August 2025 from Bucharest to our hotel on the edge of the Old Town was a terrible experience. Our flight was a little early, and we collected luggage and got through immigration very quickly. But when we went to find our driver we had already had a couple of abrupt and rude messages saying he was nearly over his allotted wait time. Well, he wasn't in the right place, and if he had waited an hour, he hadn't arrived at the airport at the right time. Taxi was not the size we expected. Driver was rude with us all the way. And then he dropped us off, outside the Hilton Hotel, and told us to walk to ours, late at night in the dark, with luggage, and absolutely no idea where to go. We remonstrated with him, but all he did was claim he wasn't allowed to drive to our hotel, and he vaguely pointed us up a road, which was completely in the wrong direction. It took us nearly an hour to find our hotel. Which turned out to be situated a few metres from a Taxi drop off/pick up point that he could easily have driven to in the first place. I was asked for feedback by Suntransfers, gave it, and have heard absolutely nothing since. We will never use them again.

Don't bother paying their prices. They just order you an Uber. Our driver told us he was an Uber driver and he was so angry on our behalf. When I complained, the employee sent me so many rude responses I had to ask them to stop texting and block the number.
