I had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with Suntransfers in Punta Cana. Upon arrival, we were instructed to wait in a designated area for our driver—but no one showed up. After waiting over 30 minutes, a person not affiliated with the company arrived to pick us up. He had no idea where we were headed, even though destination details are provided during the booking process. After speaking with him, we learned that the original driver had been present but chose to leave with other passengers who offered more money. This last-minute arrangement felt completely unprofessional and unsafe. We sent multiple messages via WhatsApp trying to get help—no one responded. When we finally reached our assigned “representative” and explained the entire ordeal, the only reply we received was: “YOU ARE RIGHT.” No apology, no accountability, no resolution. The lack of clear communication, disregard for confirmed reservations, and questionable handling of our transport left us angry and concerned. I would strongly advise against booking with Suntransfers. This experience was unacceptable and unreliable.

I booked a private transfer in Tenerife expecting a comfortable and premium service — what we received was the exact opposite. Despite only having four people in our group, we were given an old, dirty minibus that stank of diesel. It felt nothing like the private, quality transfer that was advertised. They do state that the vehicle may vary, but you'd expect something at least close to what’s shown — not in this case. It completely set the wrong tone for the start of our holiday. I would strongly recommend skipping this service and just using the local taxis. They're not only cheaper, but every taxi we used during our stay was immaculate and professional. To make matters worse, it took two weeks for them to respond to my complaint — only to offer a 10% discount on a future booking. As if I’d ever use them again. Save your money and go with the local taxis. Far better in every way.

AVOID USING SUNTRANSFERS AT ALL COSTS, NO TRANSFER IF FLIGHT IS DELAYED OR ANY ISSUES IN AIRPORT. Back in July we bought transfers from Dalaman Airport to our accommodation. When we arrived in Dalaman, we had to wait an hour for our luggage to come off the belt. Due to the suntransfers website saying ‘unlimited waiting time’ I assumed we would not need to worry about our transfer or, at least, the driver would contact us to ensure we were still coming and everything was okay. When we got the Suntransfers desk, the woman told us we missed our transfer and would have to pay for a new one. I explained to her it said there was unlimited waiting time and she did not speak great English so put us in the phone to her boss. Needless to say he was rude, abrupt and called us liars. I sent him proof of unlimited waiting time on the website and he said he couldn’t care less. I then emailed suntransfers to get a refund and they told me it was the ‘airlines fault’ and they deemed this ‘appropriate and fair’ yet could not respond to me when I asked why they stated they had unlimited waiting time if this was not the case? We wasted £50 and had to pay more than that on top to get to our accommodation. Customer service was absolutely appalling and a lack of care after. Judging by other trustpilot reviews this happens often. I don’t want a generic response from yourselves on this either - just own the fact you scam people and have false advertising on your websites

I booked a return transfer from Istanbul airport to my hotel. I had been sent the wrong instructions for meeting my driver so walked a long way trying to find them and eventually had to phone. Then my driver didn't know where he was going and didn't speak English so I had several conversations with someone on his telephone. On the way back to the airport again the driver didn't know where he was going and started taking me to the wrong airport. Again I had several conversations with someone via his telephone to sort it out and eventually he turned round and took me to the correct airport. He was very rude, huffed and tutted a lot. All in all a very very stressful journey. It was lucky tha I had alliwed a lit of time before my flight.

Man was stood in Agadir arrivals with my name on a board. He was there but had no car. After 20 ringing around to borrow a car we gave up and got on our original TUI transfer which trawled around hotels dropping off which is what I was trying to avoid at 10pm. Pathetic service

The transfer from Munich airport to my hotel was as expected. However, I am still in disbelief of the price compared to other companies. 164 euros vs 94 euros by Uber.

I booked a premium minivan from Faro airport and was collected in a dilapidated old car that could barely fit the five of us in. No apology or comment until I complained. I was refunded 20% but this was less than the upgrade to premium. I asked what vehicle would collect us for our transfer to the airport and I received no reply so cancelled the transfer. I was charged full price for the cancellation and had to also pay for two Ubers to take us to the airport at short notice. I also purchased gold cover which they ignored. Very poor customer service indeed.

A group of 4 of us planned to meet at Malaga airport for a transfer to our accommodation. Only 1 person was arriving by plane that day, the rest arrived the day before. My colleague booked the transfer for 12.30pm, to allow us all time to get there. Unfortunately, you can't book without adding your flight number & her flight landed at 11.15am. However, on the form she booked it for 12.30pm. Due to the automated passport controls being out of service, she didn't actually get out of the airport till 12.10pm. She came & met us where we'd agreed to meet for a quick coffee before meeting the transfer at the booked time of 12.30pm. However, at 12.20ish she gets a message to say the driver has been waiting for an hour & is leaving (10mins before our booked time), she ran over to stop him leaving, but he'd already gone. She rang the company & was very rudely told that he'd been there since 11.15 as that's when the flight landed, so there's nothing they would do. She tried explaining that she booked it for 12.30 not when her flight arrived. Miguel was extremely unhelpful, saying the driver had been there for an hour & they wouldn't ask him to come back for us. He then said that the conversation was going nowhere & hung up. We then messaged the company numerous times & were totally ignored & they've kept the money we paid upfront. The point is, she booked the transfer for 12.30pm, however, they've made an assumption that she wants a transfer when she lands, despite her specifically requesting 12.30pm. That assumption without clarification, has meant that the driver turned up when the flight landed, despite the fact that it take ages to get through the airport. Then instead of waiting until the actual time it's booked for, they've left before the alloted time. The customer services has been appalling, with no response, via any avenue. We were really concerned they wouldn't honour the return trip, so she clarified the day before that they'd be there, someone answered to say they would (they were actually 30mins early again & we couldn't say goodbye to anyone), so she tried to explain what happened & was again ignored. A sign of guilt in my eyes. Absolutely horrendous customer services & booking system, I would avoid using them at all costs.

Horrible experience. We waited and waited after calling 5 x to find our driver. First, we were told 10 minutes. No driver. Then we were told 20 minutes.. no driver came ..… finally he came. I requested a town car, which ended up to be a van. After being up all nite we were brought to the wrong hotel. I cancelled our trip yo the airport as I could. Not depend on them.. I was also refused my refund for cancellating. Be very careful w these people.. at best, don’t use them at all. I will also put this on google review.

I booked a taxi for 12.30 and it left at 12.15 without me, I was told it waited for an hour and that I can’t have a refund. I don’t know how or why it started waiting at 11.15 when booked for 12.30 - makes absolutely no sense to me. Looking at reviews this seems to have happened to a lot of other people too so beware- I would avoid if you actually want to get your transfer. They are refusing to refund despite being fully aware of the facts - will be reporting to ombudsman/ abta

Don't use, misleading service info Charge you on top of any old taxi service they choose to use at your arrival time. Customer service is anything but

Whilst collection and return were efficient my issue is with cost and justification of it. On both journey we were actually picked by taxi not suntransfer mini bus. On both journeys taxi driver had meter running cost of journey both ways was €14 with tip maxi of €20 so cost €40 on total for transfers . I was charged €178.98 and would love to know why I paid €130 extra for trip that was only €40 max. Surely phone call to organise taxi and 2 emails I received does not equate to such an overcharge .. please explain !! My advise to anyone travelling from Fuerteventura airport to Caleta de Fuste just get taxi don’t book transfers certainly not with this company . It is less than 15/20 minutes as a first time visitor to Fuerteventura I did not realise . Would love explanation for such a charge … big RIP off holidays expensive enough without such blatant overcharging … robbery!!

I booked for my granddaughter to be picked up at 18.00 at Agious Georgious Corfu. Her flight to Manchester was 23.30. This would give her plenty of time to get to the airport. Her time was changed for pick up to 14.00 at the last minute. No reason was given. 4 other passengers in van were on an earlier flight. I can assume my granddaughter was taken to the airport so early to accommodate them. This left her in the airport for 8 hrs. Half a day's holiday in fact. What an irresponsible thing to do to a young solo female traveler. The least this company can do is refund the cost of the transfer. Beware before you use. Individual needs and safety are not a priority with this company.

***WARNING*** THINK TWICE BEFORE USING SUN TRANSFERS We booked a transfer for 8 passengers and 8 suitcases - Sun transfers sent a mini-van that could only seat 7 passengers with a boot that could only fit 6 suitcases. The driver expected 8 of us to squeeze in (literally sitting on top of each other!!) with 2 suitcases on our knees for a 2 hour transfer (Kalkan to Dalaman Airport). In the end, 2 passengers in our party (along with 2 suitcases) took a taxi to the airport at an additional cost of £125 - Sun Transfers have offered £21 reimbursement, leaving me over £100 out of pocket. Shocking company - AVOID!!

Absolute shambles. We arrived at the airport after 9 hour flight very hot waited 45 minutes for our transfer. This is not what we were told would happen Coming home despite having our return flight details for 3 months the taxi was 45 minutes late! We were very late at the airport and only just made our flight. NO EXCUSE communication was abysmal asked to send the voucher again and show a video that driver had not arrived at the hotel. Conflicting times will never use again atrocious service from Punta Cana Dominican Republic Avoid if I were you
