“En Puerto Vallarta, México. El peor servicio que me ha tocado en transportación El conductor llegó 40 minutos tarde y el punto de reunión es un fraude. De ahí había que salir del aeropuerto caminando con las maletas y atravesar una Av. por un puente Aparte el conductor una persona altanera y grosera No reserven núnca por aquí No daría ni siquiera 1 estrella”

“I purchased transfer with this company they left me at the airport no transfer there for me arriving. The girl at the desk said not her problem and to get a taxi and claim back the money. I've now contacted them over 13 times they've now came back said no refund. This company left me stranded on my own at midnight in a strange country and couldn't care less. Now reading all their reviews everyone says the same they are awful rake your money and leave you with no transfer.”

“We are waited for the driver more than 30 minutes at Barcelona El Prat. There was no support, just lack of information. We have just got messages for waiting times more 5 minutes… Untrustable service!”

“This morning, around 10:00 a.m., our 18-year-old daughter and seven friends were picked up from a villa near Lloret de Mar. During the journey they felt extremely unsafe. The driver appeared to be under the influence or was not fit to drive. Several times he seemed to be falling asleep behind the wheel, drove dangerously close to the guardrail, hit another car's side mirror, drove at excessive speed, behaved aggressively in traffic and repeatedly showed his middle finger to other drivers. The girls were genuinely terrified and thought they might not make it safely to their destination. We hope you will investigate this incident and speak to the driver, because no passengers should ever have to experience something like this.”

“AVOID!!! Warning to people about this company. They didn't turn up to collect our family (2 young children). When called after being late they lied to us and said we had been picked up. We were waiting an hour early because of having young children, the coach never turned up. After calling, concerned that we would miss our flight we were told to get ourselves to the airport. I said no, you have stranded us, send a taxi at your expense, we've alr6paid for this, they hung up on us. Disgusting service, taking is to the hotel was also an appalling experience with rude staff. Gran Canaria AVOID!!!”

“Had a pickup in turkey driver took a right liberty with my daughters family took them to a shop obviously owned by his family ten minutes from destination said he had to stop because he had been driving for two hours made them get out of car they went in shop and were charged forty English pound for four ice cream would not trust these thieves”

“Booked sun transfer on our holiday to Zante. Absolutely excellent service very professional and reliable. Was waiting at airport upon our arrival,and picked us up on time on departure day. Very friendly drivers also nice modern vehicles.”

“I am warning anyone who reads this to not hire Sun Transfers. I made a huge mistake in booking them to give us a ride from the airport to our accommodation. The airport was delayed in getting our baggage. I contacted Sun Transfers three times explaining the situation. The baggage delays were affecting the entire airport, not just us. Instead of waiting for us, the driver left, stranding me with my wife and four kids (and all our baggage once it finally arrived) in the middle of the night in an unfamiliar country. And then they refused to refund us the $150. If you don’t want this to be you, don’t book with this company. Look at Transfeero or Blacklane. The drivers for those companies were still out in the lobby waiting for their delayed passengers.”

“We booked a taxi pick up from Lisbon airport into the city. There was no meet and greet as we normally would get. Had a text telling us to go to a bus stop. Waited there and a regular taxi turned up to take us to the city. We had paid 24euros and the taxi meter registered 10 euros for the trip. Whilst we expect to pay a premium for the pre-booked service we were very disappointed. If this is how Suntransfers is now operating I will not bother using them.”

“NI SE OS OCURRA CONTRATARLOS Reservé mi traslado al aeropuerto de Punta cana (individual )con quince dias de antelación para el dia 9 de junio a las 13.15 . Mi vuelo salia a las 21.15 . El día antes de mi traslado me dicen que me recogen a las 10.15 , cuando intento contactar con ellos 3 horas intentándolo de agente virtual en agente virtual me dicen que ese es el horario y que no hay posibilidad de cambio . Así que evidentemente tuve que reservar otro traslado a través de arbn y suntransfer No os devuelven el dinero os cambian la hora de recogida a su antojo . NI SE OS OCURRA CONTRATARLOS”

“Landed at 11pm went to desk to be told we have to wait at least another hour till the next plane lands to fill the shuttle .. an hour drive .. so after a 3.5 hour flight .. you don’t won’t to wait an hour fir another plane to land .. won’t give a refund so we can get a cab .. don’t book”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other travellers should be aware of my experience. I booked and paid €39.16 for Suntransfers' Premium Transfer service from Malta Airport because I was arriving at approximately 1am in a foreign country and wanted the reassurance, comfort and professionalism of a premium executive transfer. The service delivered was nothing like the service advertised. Instead of the premium vehicle I had specifically paid for, we were collected in a very small, uncomfortable and unpleasant vehicle that was completely inconsistent with the premium category being sold. The experience was so poor that I could have obtained a significantly better licensed airport taxi directly outside arrivals for around €20 — approximately half the price. Following my complaint, Suntransfers admitted in writing that the premium vehicle booked was not supplied and that a substitute taxi had been used due to operational issues. What I find most disappointing is that communication from the driver was received more than three hours before our arrival, suggesting there was ample opportunity either to source a suitable premium replacement vehicle or simply inform us in advance that the premium service we had paid for would not be provided. Had they done so, we could have cancelled and arranged our own transport. Instead, we arrived expecting a premium executive transfer and received something entirely different. Despite acknowledging that the premium vehicle was never supplied, Suntransfers offered a refund of just €7.83 and then stopped responding to my correspondence. Mistakes happen. Vehicles break down. Delays occur. What matters is how a company responds when it fails to deliver the service it has sold. In this case, I paid for a premium transfer, the company admits that the premium transfer was not provided, yet the compensation offered did not even reduce the cost to the level of a standard airport taxi. Based on both the transfer itself and the way the complaint was handled, I would not use Suntransfers again and cannot recommend their Premium Transfer service.”

“Warning. Do not use this company. We booked a pick up for 9:30 and our flight arrived 40 minutes early. Unbeknownst to us, they send they driver early and by the time we got our bags the driver left. We called the company and asked for another driver and they told us o e wasn't available and we were on our own. I asked them why they didn't inform us they were sending the driver early and their response was that it wasn't there responsibility. They have also refused to refund our fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”
