“DO NOT use this company. We booked them for a drive from Como to Milan airport and they never showed up. The contact would not answer my call, tried to make up some excuse about road closures and a protest and told me to find another taxi over what’s app. There are basically no taxis in Como so it was only by a miracle that we got to the airport and made our flight. The owner lied about giving me a refund. I had to initiate a dispute with my Visa card and call their parent company in the UK several times before I got a refund. The parent company said Sun Transfers never even replied to my complaint that they forwarded to them. This company is run by thieves and liars. They will abandon you and steal your money and you’ll have to work your butt off to try and get it back.i”

“We had a terrible experience with this company. The Como taxi company was supposed to show up at 8am to take us to the Milan airport. We received a WhatsApp messsge from the company at 8:04am saying that they were not coming and that we needed to find another way to the airport. We almost missed our flight due to this disgusting experience. When we asked for a refund the guy ignored us. Terrible, I do not recommend!!”

“Excellent service-highly recommended! We had an absolutely wonderful experience with SunTransfers in Cyprus! They arrived even earlier than the scheduled time, which was incredibly reassuring, especially since we were traveling with small children. Communication was excellent from the moment we landed. The team was very responsive, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. The drivers were extremely kind and helpful, and they made sure we had everything we needed during both transfers.”

“Paid extra for an express transfer both ways and max of 4 stops. Flight landed at 2230 and didnt get to hotel until 0230 (for 1.5 hour transfer) and now they want to pick me up 6 hours early for my Flight because they have no other transfers (once again I also paid for express). Driver also stops for about 20 mins within a 1.5 hour journey for tea at a place which is clearly designed to rip tourists off. Use holiday taxi instead.”

“I booked Suntransfers for an airport transfer in Turkey on Monday 28th September. The driver was there when I landed, but didn't speak English so we used Google Translate to communicate with each other. He told me he was waiting for two other passengers before we could leave, but he didn't know when they were due to arrive. I contacted Suntransfers who were unable to help. After waiting 40 minutes I decided to call an Uber and asked for a refund from Suntransfers for the poor service. After several days I received a response stating that their website says you may be required to wait up to 60 minutes and therefore they will not issue a refund.”

“Reserve un viaje redondo aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto en punta cana, pero nadie se presentó para el regreso del hotel al aeropuerto, tuve que irme por mi cuenta, arriesgando mi seguridad para no perder el vuelo, ahora tengo que esperar 30 días laborales para que realicen la investigación y decidan si me reintegran el dinero gastado, la peor experiencia, eviten esta empresa, no es seria ni profesional”

“I booked a transfer to my hotel from Marsa Alam Airport and back with Suntransfer. The price was very reasonable, excellent punctuality and the drivers were cautious and courteous. In particular, Tibo—the driver for the return trip—was very kind and attentive; the next day, he even sent me a message to check if I had arrived safely and if everything had gone well. Maybe he was worried because I was traveling alone. I definitely recommend Suntransfer, and if it's possible to request a specific driver, ask for Tibo.”

“We made a advance payment for a Corfu transfer from the cruise port to a nearby beach. They never pick up us, they told us to be a ten minute walking to reach the van and they were not there and when we made the claim they told us it was our fault. VERY BAD SERVICE.”

“Terrible experience – Unreliable and unprofessional service I booked a transfer from Barcelona Airport to Andorra (Reference: SUNTR_XK1213). My flight arrived on time at 22:45. Having only hand luggage, we passed through the gate by 23:04. However, there was no driver waiting for us. I called the Barcelona office, but the staff were quite rude and failed to provide any details about the driver’s location or ETA. I then contacted the London office. While they tried to be helpful, the Barcelona office provided them with misleading information. They claimed the driver was waiting at the exit gate in a black shirt, and even falsely stated that the driver had already met us, claiming they had a photo to prove it. To protect myself, I filmed several 360-degree videos of the arrival area to prove the driver was nowhere to be found. Suntransfers offered zero assistance. Ultimately, at midnight, they suggested I just find another driver. The airport was closing and no regular taxis were available. Fortunately, I managed to book an Uber Luxury, which actually ended up costing less than Suntransfers. I filed a formal complaint demanding a full refund. Five days later, I received a response from Alba M., Head of Complaints. She agreed to issue a refund within 10 days but did not offer a single word of apology for the massive inconvenience. Suntransfers is neither reliable nor cost-effective. They take your money, forget about you, and will happily leave you stranded at a closing airport at night without assistance. Do not risk booking with them.”

“DO NOT USE. Booked a time slot rather than having my flight tracked to Malaga. Booked for 11.30am as I have a disability and my grandson was in a wheelchair. I knew it would take some time to get through passport control but was out by 11.40 with driver no where to be seen. Phoned them and they said he had gone as had another pick up. They had tracked the flight rather than my pick up time. He should have been there for 11.30 and wait for 60 minutes as per what they state on the booking. I was assured on the phone if I produced a receipt I would be reimbursed for my transfer which I did and they have refused. It is a total scam and wouldn’t advise anyone to use them. I had booked them for my transfer back to the airport and had booked for a wheelchair. The driver just stood there looking at the luggage saying it wouldn’t fit and we had to arrange the luggage in the van!! Appalling service, would definitely not recommend especially if you have anyone in a wheelchair, a disability of any sort or a non EU flyer as queues are long to which I had planned for and they ignored.”

“If I could, I would give 0 stars. It was a total scam. The driver never showed up, and even after reporting the issue by phone and through WhatsApp, I never received any follow-up or explanation. Completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I would definitely not recommend this service.”

“En Puerto Vallarta, México. El peor servicio que me ha tocado en transportación El conductor llegó 40 minutos tarde y el punto de reunión es un fraude. De ahí había que salir del aeropuerto caminando con las maletas y atravesar una Av. por un puente Aparte el conductor una persona altanera y grosera No reserven núnca por aquí No daría ni siquiera 1 estrella”

“I purchased transfer with this company they left me at the airport no transfer there for me arriving. The girl at the desk said not her problem and to get a taxi and claim back the money. I've now contacted them over 13 times they've now came back said no refund. This company left me stranded on my own at midnight in a strange country and couldn't care less. Now reading all their reviews everyone says the same they are awful rake your money and leave you with no transfer.”

“This morning, around 10:00 a.m., our 18-year-old daughter and seven friends were picked up from a villa near Lloret de Mar. During the journey they felt extremely unsafe. The driver appeared to be under the influence or was not fit to drive. Several times he seemed to be falling asleep behind the wheel, drove dangerously close to the guardrail, hit another car's side mirror, drove at excessive speed, behaved aggressively in traffic and repeatedly showed his middle finger to other drivers. The girls were genuinely terrified and thought they might not make it safely to their destination. We hope you will investigate this incident and speak to the driver, because no passengers should ever have to experience something like this.”

“AVOID!!! Warning to people about this company. They didn't turn up to collect our family (2 young children). When called after being late they lied to us and said we had been picked up. We were waiting an hour early because of having young children, the coach never turned up. After calling, concerned that we would miss our flight we were told to get ourselves to the airport. I said no, you have stranded us, send a taxi at your expense, we've alr6paid for this, they hung up on us. Disgusting service, taking is to the hotel was also an appalling experience with rude staff. Gran Canaria AVOID!!!”

“Had a pickup in turkey driver took a right liberty with my daughters family took them to a shop obviously owned by his family ten minutes from destination said he had to stop because he had been driving for two hours made them get out of car they went in shop and were charged forty English pound for four ice cream would not trust these thieves”
