NO CONTRATAR! Los elegí en Madrid para el doble traslado Aeropuerto/hotel/aeropuerto. Me dejaron varada en Barajas no salía con mí equipaje. Sale más caro que un taxi o un Cabify y no responden

Voor ons gezelschap van 4 volwassenen had ik voor de zekerheid een busje voor 7 pers. incl. bagage gereserveerd voor de transfers in Sharm el Sheikh. Bij aankomst werden we netjes opgewacht door een medewerker met een bordje met onze naam er op. Aangekomen op de parkeerplaats stond er geen busje voor 7 pers. voor ons klaar maar een personenauto met -gelukkig- een grote kofferbak. Na veel passen en meten lukte het de chauffeur uiteindelijk onze 4 koffers in de achterbak gepropt te krijgen, de handbagage en trolleys moesten bij ons op schoot. Geen probleem verder, gelukkig was het maar een kort ritje naar ons hotel. Je zou denken dat het voor de retourtransfer dan beter geregeld zou worden door Suntransfer maar helaas.... De chauffeur was een half uur te vroeg waardoor wij onze laatste maaltijd in het hotel hals over kop af moesten breken. Dat was echter niet het grootste probleem want ook deze keer was er geen busje gestuurd om ons op te halen maar een gewone personenauto met een (te) kleine kofferbak. Hier pasten hooguit 2 normale koffers in! De chauffeur reageerde in eerste instantie geïrriteerd omdat wij 4 koffers bij ons hadden en dat natuurlijk nooit ging passen, alsof dat onze schuld was! Dat veranderde toen wij hem de reserveringsbevestiging voor een busje lieten zien. Hij heeft wat telefoontjes gepleegd en geregeld dat er binnen 10 minuten een busje kwam waar alles wel in kon. Uiteindelijk zijn we toch nog op tijd op het vliegveld aangekomen. In dit geval hadden we dus geluk dat de chauffeur te vroeg aanwezig was waardoor deze vertraging van een half uur gelukkig geen probleem opleverde. Uiteindelijk is het allemaal goed gekomen en netjes opgelost maar Suntransfers heeft hier wel wat steekjes laten vallen.

Arrived in Tenerife at 01.30 to find that no vehicle was there to transport our party of nine which consisted of 2 Disabled, 2 young children and 5 adults! Phoned the help number given who did not have a clue what to do. After more than hour one of the Disabled Assistance took pity on us and spoke to the Taxi Controller and arranged 2 cars for us. We of course had to pay for these ourselves and claimed it back - with receipts. No explanation given as to what happened. Sun Transfers have totally ignored my request for compensation for this totally disgraceful service. I’m in Tenerife twice a year and now I wouldn’t touch this Company with a barge pole!

Very bad experience! I paid in advance as was required. My flight to Budapest on 11/11/24 was delayed by 30 min & the driver cancelled my booking with Suntrust because they determined that I was a no show. My voucher that I printed after paying for the booking back in June, stated that the driver will check with the airlines for when my flight was due in & would accomodate if the flight was delayed. They did not!! I was not able to get a refund as they kept insisting that this was my fault for not arriving on time. I was transferred many times to get to the correct department with no luck. I left a message with customer service & am still waiting for a call back for a refund of the $41.86 Euros I paid on June 24, 2024.

Never again! Several times the driver has not arrived at the agreed place. It is dangerous to drive to the airport. Problems with refund.

Wij hadden voor onze trip in september de taxi geregeld. Bij aankomst op het vliegveld was er geen taxi te bekennen. Toen contact gaan zoeken via whatsapp en telefonisch waar wij uiteindelijk te horen kregen dat de chauffeur er niet was en ook niet meer ging komen en wij maar een taxi moesten nemen die bij de airport staan om bij ons hotel te komen. Dus wij hadden hun taxi al betaald en moesten nu nog extra taxi's gaan betalen om bij het hotel te komen. Er werd gezegd aan de telefoon en app dat alles terug betaald zou worden hoe duur ook. Dus hun taxi en de 2 Taxi's die we moesten nemen want wij waren met 8 personen. En tot op heden hebben ze zich niet aan hun afspraak gehouden en moeten wij nog steeds een deel van het geld terug ontvangen maar ze willen gewoon niet betalen omdat ze vinden dat ze genoeg betaald hebben aan ons terwijl dit niet tegen ons gezegd is. Dus pas op als je zonder hun taxi komt te zitten komen er veel extra kosten bij aangezien de afspraak niet word nagekomen om alles terug te betalen. Zou ze bijna onder oplichting willen weg schrijven.

Very happy with booking .Taxi waiting on arrival ,collected for home on time.Previous customer had left his rucksack in minibus,very relieved traveller collected it from our driver as we were dropped off.

The driver left me stranded with 18 students on 27/10/24 They never refunded the €200 paid I had to take 4 tacos to out hotel Terrible service and customer service

This was the second time we used Suntransfers. Excellent service. Driver was waiting for us when we arrived and we were picked up exactly on time for our flight home. We Will definitely use them again.

They cancel our transfer for the airport 2 days before departure,without any explenation. Hope they give it back us our money. Not recommend.

De taxi heeft ons ruim 50 minuten laten wachten voor ons hotel en toen waren we te laat op het vliegveld om met ons gezin 11 p in te checken en als compensatie krijgen we van jullie 19 euro voor alle stres en huilende kinderen hebben gehad een lachertje

Missed transfer due to taking a while to get off flight then I accidentally put 6pm return flight instead of 10pm flight so the return transfer was at 215pm and then told they were unable to change pick up time. Easier to get the bus and is more direct.

Today we had a very bad experience with your company we booked an transfer that is (SUNTR_QP9756) we where supposed to meet him outside the airport at 14:00 and we waited an hour but he didn't come, and we already payed for the transfer, this is a very bad custom service and I want my money back because I don't appreciate.

We had used Suntransfers for a few times before but the booking we had back on Oct 9, 2024, booking reference QH4408 is definitely our last one with them. If we could give it a NO star review, we definitely would have done it as they do not deserve even 1 star reting. On Oct 9, 2024, we (15 seniors) flew to Barcelona from Toronto and booked a mini coach for our transfer from airport to hotel for 185 Euros. Our flight arrived 30 minutes early but we were stuck in the immigration lineup for more than an hour as they had some computer issues. We had been on constant contact with the Suntransfers driver through Whatsapps and clearly told him that we were being held up in the custom services queue. By the time we get through the custom services and picked up our luggage, it was probably just over 1.5 hours since our landing. To our surprice, we could not find anyone at the area that we were supposed to meet our Suntransfers driver, after searching around for 15 minutes, we decided to call Suntransfers office only to find out that the driver already left even though we clearly told him that we are running late. And worse still, Suntransfers office told us that they will not send another vehicle to transfer us and they will not provide any refund to us as the contract stated that the driver will wait only an hour after the plane is landed.....what a ripoff, as most traveller can tell you that even domestic flights, it is hard to get off the plane, pick up your luggage and run to exit within an hour, let alone international flights that you need to go through custom/immigrations. I trust Suntransfers made a lot of money though this hidden "one hour wait" clause as we later had to use local taxis and we ended up using 3 taxis for 15 of us with luggage and the total we paid the taxis was only 110 Euros. So we ended up paying 70% more (110 versus 185 Euros) for service that never delivered. Will anyone want to book with Suntransfers again!!!!

'Appalling service'. Totally unreliable and unhelpful. I pre-booked the transfer several weeks before flying; a 5.30am transfer from Seville centre to the airport. 24 hours prior to the pick-up I received a text message confirming details. On the day the driver failed to appear so the 'emergency' number after 5 minutes, as advised. The contact centre rep put me on hold for several minutes before returning to advise me that no one would be coming due to "logistics" problems, instructing that a refund would be given along with apologies. I pre-booked because we had an apartment without a reception and and early start. An apology and a refund is not much use when you need to catch a flight. They contact centre rep could not, or would not, call an an alternative on our behalf. More apologies but no action. In summary we were left to wander about at 5.45am in the morning in the hope that a taxi would pass by. As it happens we got lucky, I spotted an empty one at a taxi rank close to a tourist spot and we still made the flight. Nonetheless, I have totally lost any confidence in this operator. They are not there to help when you most need them. In their own words an 'appalling service'.

The driver left us stranded. We end up taking an Uber and Suntransfer won't even consider refunding some of the money since we never use their services. Bad first experience never again will use this service
