“DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They use unfair policies to trap you and keep your money. Here’s our experience (Booking ref: SUNTR_SM5712): We booked a transfer for an 11:15 AM flight from Gran Canaria. Suntransfers scheduled our pickup for 06:56 AM, forcing a 4+ hour wait at the airport. For a simple Spain-France flight (Schengen zone), we only needed 1.5 hours at the airport. Their schedule was completely absurd. The catch: They only sent us this unreasonable time less than 48 hours before pickup. This made it impossible for us to cancel and get a refund according to their own policy. It's a deliberately designed trap. When we complained, they refused to help and have since completely ignored our formal complaint email. We had to pay for a separate taxi and they refuse to refund us for the service we didn't use. This company's business practice is predatory. Save yourself the stress and money, book with anyone else.”

“Matilda from marble cars is an extremely nice driver. Nothing about her to complain about I was delayed with my old mother in getting out of the airport and it took me just more than 60-70 mins. I was asked by ur team that I need to pay 25pounds extra. I did pay her without any issues. Why should I pay extra? What if the flt was delayed then what?? No consideration that I had an old lady. There was a long queue in immigration also. What can we do. Have we delayed the exit on purpose.”

“Booked this company for transfers in Majorca. It took us about an hour to get through building work and problems at security at palma, when we got there no transfers saying they only wait for an hour. I know they check flight times but maybe they should check problems within the airport too.”

“This is one company to avoid. Supposed to pick us up at 8.00 -8.30 did not arrive and told me to read the contract. I checked and made sure our pick-up times on the hotel pick-up times were correct, Suntransfers changed the times and and I should have phoned them up to check for any changes. If they were changing the times you would think they would contact the airline and or the hotel or me directly. There is no flexibility in me trying to retrieve me quite expensive taxi fare. I'll just not be using them again.”

“After my cash withdrawal request was denied, I was unable to access my trading account. In addition to being quite frustrated, I was worried that I would lose my investment in this circumstance. Similar account issues are encountered by many investors, which can cause them to lose faith in trading platforms. However, after I contacted them, Mrs. Olivia and her team effectively assisted me in getting my funds back.”

“Booked a return transfer, with child seat added, from Barcelona airport to the cruise port. On both occasions the drivers turned up without the child seat requested, this despite the fact I had contacted them after the first failure!! Extremely disappointing service.”

“Our plane landed at 13.05 today. It took time to get through passport control. We came out at 13.43 and my name was off the board and the driver was walking away. We had to persuade him to take us. Firstly we were less than an hour late and secondly we would have lost £75 which we had paid for our car. I was not impressed. The driver was kind. But he seemed to be under pressure . Will not use you for our return. You caused unnecessary stress.”

“Great service in Spain. We needed a transfer from the airport in Malaga to lodging in Ronda, a smaller community up in the more mountainous region of Spain. Our driver started communicating with us as soon as we landed, waited patiently through a slow passport control, and then guided us to his location where he waited in the airport. He drove expertly through the windy roads, got us to our doorstep, and made sure we got safely inside. This is a great and reliable company.”

“Gut zu finden, gute Beschreibung, aber eine unfassbar lange Wartezeit am Flughafen im Bus. Bis die Fahrt losging, mussten wir eine Stunde warten. Hatten diesen Service extra gebucht und zusätzlich bezahlt. Ich glaube ein Taxi wäre die bessere Wahl gewesen. gewesen”

“The rep said I wasn't on her list, none of the phone numbers worked. I was left stranded as were a party of three ladies waiting for their minibus. Eventually the rep managed to find us on her list but only my car arrived so everyone squashed into that. I advised the ladies to apply for a full refund as they had shared my ride which I paid for. I feel I am due some compensation for my inconvenience and for sorting out the other party. I have used them in Barcelona airport for years. Last year was a problem and this year was worse. I cannot possibly recommend them to anyone.”

“Booked with suntransfers.com but they passed our booking on to yazici tourism travel who where not at the designated pick up point when we arrived we had to phone them before there driving eventually turned up to collect us in a batterd old vw van that stank of exhaust fumes. The return was not much better again the van was very poor with worn out seats and a driver who did not know where he was going and dropped us of a bus ride away from where we should have been meaning they gave us a stressful start and finishing to our holiday.”

“You mean unhappy? Sorry guys I have booked your service successfully for years. But this time in Mauritius. Local taxi service wanted to extend the pick-up time by half an hour. Was not accepted. Respect the agreed time, please! No problem then we will arrive an hour earlier ..... Local organization therefore more important than the customer? Too bad!”
