Cancelled transportation from the airport after taking money, the night before we were due to fly. Informed the refund was processed immediately and it would take no longer than 10 days. 2 weeks later still awaiting a refund. Tried to call, options lead you in a loop and refers you to a website with a 24 hour live chat, which is a bot. Sent an email and live chat had no reply. Looks like Section 75 is my only option. Shocking Customer Service. Avoid.
