“I booked a wine cooler repair via a third party (Mix Repairs). They turned up, charged £90 and said they needed to order a part and then didn’t hear anything further from them. When I chased them they said the part was no longer available and so I’d need a new cooler. Total rip off.”

“My first time leaving a review but I’m so disappointed with this company for their shoddy behaviour. I booked online for a service and 2 minor repairs which I had diagnosed to a range cooker the date I’d chosen was changed for their convenience. I contacted them the day before to confirm that I wanted a service and repairs but had no response. The engineer who came said they don’t service the cookers but he checked the oven and said we needed a couple of parts which would be ordered and he’d return to install them. I paid him £135 54 A week later we received a call telling us they couldn’t source the parts so would return £80 to us . I requested the full amount as no work had been done. I spoke to a passive aggressive woman who told me I should have rung them to book an appointment and they would have told me they didn’t service the cookers. She was unpleasant to say the least . So they have charged me over £55 for nothing. I urge any one reading this review to take their custom elsewhere, to a company that has some customer service.”

“Engineer visited right tlme ,cleared fluff from dryer.Stated all ok ,you need a new pump in future'£89 charged.Same day dryer did not work.Phoned new appt made,we have engineers report about pump.New date arranged 08:00 _1300 at 11 am phone call engineer can not come, part not ordered plus pay for part before we come.Do not use this company.!!!!!!”

“Came to repair a dishwasher, did nothing, and I mean nothing.. just turned it on, said couldn't repair it then changed me £120 anyway. Avoid like the plague.. unless you like having a sore ass of course”

“Had a repair booked which was subsequently cancelled due to engineer being off sick. Rebooked the following week (Christmas Week), took a day off work and at 12.44pm got a call to say engineer wasn’t experienced with a Fischer and Pykel fridge and appointment cancelled. Not helpful before Christmas leaving me know time to find another engineer. Initially I was impressed with sorting out appointment but disappointed at poor result”

“Customer service excellent. All the Glotech staff who dealt with our dishwasher fault were polite and efficient. The price was explained nothing was hidden or added afterwards. No problems with company from start to finish will definitely use the again.”

“Absolutely shocking customer service from glotech services. Our dishwasher stopped working at end of August 2023 and required a new sensor panel which we were told was ordered and would arrive within a couple of weeks. And then we heard nothing. To receive any updates it was us contacting them. Every time we were told there was no new information and we would be updated - but then we weren’t - we had to contact again and so it went on. By the end of November we made a decision to buy a new dishwasher. Glotech were an absolute waste of time and money and would have respected them more if they’d just said they were unable to help and refunded us. Instead we got an automated email after we’d cancelled saying how the dishwasher is now up and running!!! Absolute shocker”

“Our Miele washing machine about 15 years old developed a rumble on the spin cycle. Engineers fitted new drum assembly quickly and expertly. Very clean very considerate. We now have a new machine. Delighted!!”

“I booked my repair and it was initially booked for Monday 11th Dec they then changed it to 12th Dec I have waited in all day and had to ring to find out if the repair person was still intending on coming to be told that he was not, not very happy with the service would not recommend to anyone”

“Brought an airforce induction hob in July which has Brocken . I have contacted glotech several times and have and two booking for engineer to come out . They didn’t turn up twice and still weighting for a manger to call To get my hob fixed . It’s like pulling teeth. Thank Jason”
