“My first experience with Glotech. Found them very quick and efficient. Nice friendly engineer. Phoned 30 mins before to let me know he was on his way. Callout charge a bit steep but only paid for parts on consequent visits. Would use them again.”

“Engineer courteous and helpful bu I had to pay the call out fee for a repair that would be as dear as a new machine. So in fact I paid £89 for nothing except some advice.”

“I phoned on Thursday and you said you would phone back to date I have received no calls.it is regarding my nerff 1 am 90 but I think the pipe which clears the water needs to be cleaneddishwasher.I have had 4 visits and the machine is still dirty. I would have thought that a engineer would have spotted this . I would be pleased of your comments”

“Always wary of using anyone for repairs because of horror stories but Glotech are FANTASTIC!!!! Explained everything in plain English, showed me where the problem was on dishwasher and gave other really helpful tips too!! I couldn’t t recommend a better company. Glotech will be my go to company from now on.”

“Fourth call out for repairs to a dishwasher that they have never successfully repaired. Three times an engineer has failed to turn up on the day,each time costing me an expensive day's holiday. No record of any job booked in today despite two separate Glotech agents telling me my appointment was today, one as recently as Tuesday. When I ask to speak to a manager, I'm told that there isn't one available until Monday. Between loss of earnings and the cost of the plan I could have bought two new dishwashers instead. Can someone please make this right for me”

“Your service man was very helpful - tried one possibility for the fault. When that didn't solve it on its own, and it became very obvious that an expensive repair was necessary, I decided to replace the machine, which was quite old. He then continued to be helpful - suggesting a suitable replacement and a firm to use.”
