Alex was friendly and helpful when he visited our house. He efficiently identified the issues with our fridge freezer and later with our cooker. He made sure the cooker part was ordered, explained about the insurance and worked quickly. Very happy with his work.
My only issue with the company is that there was no explanation about an integrated fridge freezer not being removed or the new one being fitted. It would have saved a lot of time if we had known from the outset.
