“Danny was really helpful looking at my washing machine in Ely. It turned out it was just a glitch but he was really helpful explaining why the error had happened and then tested the machine twice to make sure it was ok before he left.”

“Needed urgent help help with my washing machine. Contacted Glotech booked for Thursday but they called with an earlier slot coming on Monday. Darren the engineer was very helpful and professional and managed to resolve the issue. Can’t thank them enough and would definitely recommend. Thanks.”

“My washing machine decided to play up and I contacted Glotech. Carlos turned up on time the next day. He explained what he was doing, was very respectful of my property and also gave me some tips to stop it happening in the future. If I ever have any more problems in the future I will use Glotech and will recommend them”

“What a blessing to have the expertise of A4 Kitchen Appliances engineers to take care of your domestic appliances. They are so helpful & professional. Recently replaced my oven & fridge/freezer removing the old ones too & at a competitive price! It took less than an hour leaving my home spotless. I highly recommend them.”

“Hotpoint washing machine failure to drain repaired, Bristol. We had George come along promptly and fixed this for us, he was friendly and professional and did an excellent job in fixing the problem. Will definitely use them again. Good value for money. Thank you.”

“Our Fridge Freezer failed. I contacted Glotech and received a response very quickly specifying date, time and a callout charge for a diagnosis of fault(s). William Strudwick arrived promptly on the agreed date and time, proceeded to investigate and confidently diagnosed the problems. William was professional, clearly knowledgeable and explained the faults in a clear and concise manner. A fixed price was agreed and paid that included necessary spare parts and their fitting. A date and time for repair was agreed over the phone with Glotech. William again attended at the agreed data aand time, and fitted the new parts. Fridge Freezer up and running again (and very very clean!) . We were very pleased with service provided by Glotech and especially by William. Highly recommended. 5 stars!!”

“I usually use Siemens to make repairs but I found Glotech online and decided to take a risk and use them to fix my microwave. I was really impressed from start to finish. The booking process was really easy, quick and efficient. The engineer was speedy and knew exactly what to do. I honestly can’t fault them.”
