“Hotpoint washing machine failure to drain repaired, Bristol. We had George come along promptly and fixed this for us, he was friendly and professional and did an excellent job in fixing the problem. Will definitely use them again. Good value for money. Thank you.”

“Our Fridge Freezer failed. I contacted Glotech and received a response very quickly specifying date, time and a callout charge for a diagnosis of fault(s). William Strudwick arrived promptly on the agreed date and time, proceeded to investigate and confidently diagnosed the problems. William was professional, clearly knowledgeable and explained the faults in a clear and concise manner. A fixed price was agreed and paid that included necessary spare parts and their fitting. A date and time for repair was agreed over the phone with Glotech. William again attended at the agreed data aand time, and fitted the new parts. Fridge Freezer up and running again (and very very clean!) . We were very pleased with service provided by Glotech and especially by William. Highly recommended. 5 stars!!”

“I usually use Siemens to make repairs but I found Glotech online and decided to take a risk and use them to fix my microwave. I was really impressed from start to finish. The booking process was really easy, quick and efficient. The engineer was speedy and knew exactly what to do. I honestly can’t fault them.”

“Really happy with this company. Came out to fix a fridge door. When no fix possible Mathew came up with the idea of reversing the door. It worked! Mathew took his time looking for a solution so that we didn’t need to get a replacement fridge. Good communication with company throughout.”

“Paul from Glotech arrived exactly at the time he'd said he would. He listened to the issue and took my Rangemaster Induction Hob apart to diagnose the problem. Unlike other repair companies, Glotech customer service had already advised the cost of the 'worst case scenario' if the powerboard needs to be replaced. Paul was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He has advised actually trying to replace the fuse and see if that works. If it does then he will have saved me an absolute fortune. Hoping he will be back out once the fuse has been received. Fingers crossed! So far I would thoroughly recommend the company. As a side note - would definitely not recommend a Rangemaster Induction Hob - a fault costing in excess of £1k after just 5 years is outrageous - cheaper to buy a new cooker. Hindhead, Surrey.”

“Do not use this company - engineer turned up - was in the house for less than 10 mins - pressed a button - said I needed a new part and took money from me and left all within 10 mins. Part was installed - still not working - refusing to give any refund - have had to buy a new appliance. Customer Service is non existent and no help at all DO NOT USE”

“Our engineer William attended our property near Farnham this week and we were very happy with the Glotech experience. He was polite, punctual, knowledgeable and tidy. He quickly identified the issue with our tumble dryer and outlined the options that we had going forward. I would not hesitate to contact Glotech for help in future and I will recommend them to anyone who needs help with appliance issues”
