Taken aback by having to stump up 100% of call-out before they came. Part required was £92 from manufacturer compared to £120 from glotech. Destroyed silicone sealant getting at induction hob and not rectified- will now have to get a kitchen fitting company separately to re-seal hob. Happy with engineer who came promptly to fix.

Engineer courteous and helpful bu I had to pay the call out fee for a repair that would be as dear as a new machine. So in fact I paid £89 for nothing except some advice.

I phoned on Thursday and you said you would phone back to date I have received no calls.it is regarding my nerff 1 am 90 but I think the pipe which clears the water needs to be cleaneddishwasher.I have had 4 visits and the machine is still dirty. I would have thought that a engineer would have spotted this . I would be pleased of your comments

I have only given 3 stars as I was told it would be expensive to repair but Glotech could fit me a new one. I accepted a quoted earlier this week and have heard nothing since (not good customer service I feel).

Your engineer visited to take a look at the dishwasher door that we could not get to close. ( it was out of alignment) he replaced a valve he thought needed replacing in addition. The dishwasher did not work when I wanted to use it the next day. It’s showing code E15 ! I’m guessing something happed when the dishwasher was moved. My rating is based on the dishwasher now not working for a different fault.

I was not completely satisfied with the repair/diagnostics agent who was paid to diagnose the issue. He did not pull the offending part out to show me the damage. He did not remove the item and put an electrical tester on it to confirm continuity of the heat pump either. I did pay a reasonable amount of money for the service and thought a 5 minute visual inspection was not good enough. The technician was on time and friendly though and assured me he had seen this all before. We were offered a discount on a replacement machine though which we were not expecting.

Unfortunately you didn't manage to repair our fridge and the options firvreolacement were expensive, so we decided to go elsewhere.

Emma asked me to pay the engineer first visited £89. but no problem has been solved. I have not yet received a report after emailed twice.

Mixed bag, unfortunately. Booked as quick turnaround, but appointment cancelled twice. The engineer that eventually turned up was excellent and honest pointing out the machine was not cost effective to repair and helpful in indicating the negatives of the machine we had.

Attended at allotted time but didn't have part as his van had broken down. Said he would return and gave a day. On that day no one returned so a phone call had to be made. Arrived the next door and fixed the problem. Problem was easily diagnosed in first instance and fixed on his return visit. The tumble dryer drum would not rotate so a new capacitor was fitted. Tumble dryer now works fine.

The engineer that came was fantastic and did a great job. Really helpful and rang me to tell me when to expect him. The staff in the office messed me about twice over timings with my slots. When I called to query they were very dismissive over this and unhelpful sadly. I was cb promised a first call and an am slot. Neither happened!

Well I am not 100% sure it’s fixed as I have been able to get it working on and off. I just got told it was fluff in the pump. I am concerned it will pack up again in a couple of weeks. What happens if it does? I was not paying almost £90 for a temporary fix ! ?

It was great getting a visit booked within days of calling, and the engineer who came was friendly and really efficient. He diagnosed that the water dispenser bottle in our fridge freezer was leaking (flooding the base of the fridge) and also that the model of bottle is no longer available. However there is nothing wrong with the fridge and I asked for a second visit (which is possible within the call-out price, but only if you have new parts to fit) to seal up or take out the water element, since there is nothing wrong with the rest of the fridge was not possible. So now I have to get another engineer out from somewhere else to do that. I didn't mind paying the £90 call out, but I do wish they could have finished the job, rather than me starting from scratch but with a diagnosis which is fixable.

The process of contacting Glotech, and booking a technician was easy and professional. However, I am not happy paying a full call-out charge plus Vat (£112), for the technician to spend 10 minutes in the house and tell me a need a new fridge/freezer and charge me the full whack. And it wasn't a same day visit, which is the only reason I opted to go with them. It was supposed to be a Friday and the technician only came late on Monday. I think there should be a reasonable charge for someone to walk in and out in less than 15 minutes, particularly when it was not a same day visit. It does not build trust with a service supplier and I won’t be using them again.

The engineer arrived on time as arranged Inspected the refrigerator and said it was not repairable this took about 15 minutes and the call out charges was over £100.00 while I realise I had agreed the call out charge when booking the appointment I think a discount as the refrigerator was not repairable and the time spent attending could have been discounted.

Quite expensive service just to find out the appliance required part is no longer available. Call out fee included all repair labour that was not meeded

Changed my repair date, VAT isn't included in your call out fee FYI, But otherwise good, identified the problem and gave me a clear price to fix it, in my case it was cheaper to buy a new washer
