“I feel a bit bad writing this as a one-star review and '0 - would definitely not recommend' but I feel the callout charge is prohibitively high when no repair can be implemented. To have to pay almost £100 for a five-minute, superficial inspection just to declare a machine broken beyond repair is just not acceptable. If there was a lower-tier rate for assessment, allowing you to make an informed decision on whether to ask them to carry out the repair or not I would be able to recommend them as the process and engineer were very efficient. Really disappointed as I hate the disposable culture we seemingly have to live with due to the lack of affordable alternatives.”

“The service technician Alex was great, professional and friendly. There was a slight delay on the part of Glowtech in getting the part to him, but apart from that good service from Glowtech.”

“Our engineer, Jacob, was efficient, polite and helpful. He fixed our washing machine (it was not draining) and explained why it had become blocked. All with the minimum of fuss.”

“Good service from company. Technician arrived on time having rung 20 minutes beforehand as requested. Guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately due to age of cooker (25 years old) they were unable to repair it, or get parts for it.”

“I have only given 3 stars as I was told it would be expensive to repair but Glotech could fit me a new one. I accepted a quoted earlier this week and have heard nothing since (not good customer service I feel).”

“The 2 guys who delivered our FF did a great job. Would recommend them. Shame our old FF wasn’t as good as them. Expected it to last a bit longer than 3 years.”

“Your engineer visited to take a look at the dishwasher door that we could not get to close. ( it was out of alignment) he replaced a valve he thought needed replacing in addition. The dishwasher did not work when I wanted to use it the next day. It’s showing code E15 ! I’m guessing something happed when the dishwasher was moved. My rating is based on the dishwasher now not working for a different fault.”
