“Always wary of using anyone for repairs because of horror stories but Glotech are FANTASTIC!!!! Explained everything in plain English, showed me where the problem was on dishwasher and gave other really helpful tips too!! I couldn’t t recommend a better company. Glotech will be my go to company from now on.”

“Fourth call out for repairs to a dishwasher that they have never successfully repaired. Three times an engineer has failed to turn up on the day,each time costing me an expensive day's holiday. No record of any job booked in today despite two separate Glotech agents telling me my appointment was today, one as recently as Tuesday. When I ask to speak to a manager, I'm told that there isn't one available until Monday. Between loss of earnings and the cost of the plan I could have bought two new dishwashers instead. Can someone please make this right for me”

“Your service man was very helpful - tried one possibility for the fault. When that didn't solve it on its own, and it became very obvious that an expensive repair was necessary, I decided to replace the machine, which was quite old. He then continued to be helpful - suggesting a suitable replacement and a firm to use.”

“Unfortunately the door seal on my washing machine started leaking. I emailed Glotech through their online booking service detailing what the fault was and asked for a visit. One of their engineers arrived on time and carried out an assessment of the work and parts that were needed. The part was ordered and another visit arranged to complete the repair. The part was in after a couple of days and the repair was carried out without any issues. All in all, a friendly and efficient service. I would recommend them to anyone who lives within the area that Glotech covers.”

“The service provided is excellent. Making an appointment is straightforward and the engineers I have arrive at the time specified. I was particularly impressed by the last service engineer who came and identified a problem that had been overlooked before and since then my dishwasher has been working perfectly.”

“I feel a bit bad writing this as a one-star review and '0 - would definitely not recommend' but I feel the callout charge is prohibitively high when no repair can be implemented. To have to pay almost £100 for a five-minute, superficial inspection just to declare a machine broken beyond repair is just not acceptable. If there was a lower-tier rate for assessment, allowing you to make an informed decision on whether to ask them to carry out the repair or not I would be able to recommend them as the process and engineer were very efficient. Really disappointed as I hate the disposable culture we seemingly have to live with due to the lack of affordable alternatives.”
