Absolute joke of a company, like most of these repair ones are. Cancelled at the last minute and when they did eventually come a few days later stayed 5mins flooded the floor said he couldn’t fix the washing machine and left. Would definitely not recommend just buy a new one.

Paul from Glotech arrived exactly at the time he'd said he would. He listened to the issue and took my Rangemaster Induction Hob apart to diagnose the problem. Unlike other repair companies, Glotech customer service had already advised the cost of the 'worst case scenario' if the powerboard needs to be replaced. Paul was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He has advised actually trying to replace the fuse and see if that works. If it does then he will have saved me an absolute fortune. Hoping he will be back out once the fuse has been received. Fingers crossed! So far I would thoroughly recommend the company. As a side note - would definitely not recommend a Rangemaster Induction Hob - a fault costing in excess of £1k after just 5 years is outrageous - cheaper to buy a new cooker. Hindhead, Surrey.

This company is a joke. I booked a repair in advance with a PM slot. Due to work I couldn’t be at the property but arranged for some to be there all pm. Received a call from the guy at 9am so said he changed the booking to all day (I had not been told) I said I could get someone there in 30mins, he said 10 minutes or he’s gone. The company didn’t give two shits and offered nothing in customer service. All I would have asked for is a little more clear warning to get someone there. Dogshit customer service!!!

Really great service and professional approach... The engineer Mathew did a brilliant job and brought the washing machine and tumble dryer back to an almost new condition and so quiet once again... we were delighted.. A Five Star Review justly earned...

Do not use this company - engineer turned up - was in the house for less than 10 mins - pressed a button - said I needed a new part and took money from me and left all within 10 mins. Part was installed - still not working - refusing to give any refund - have had to buy a new appliance. Customer Service is non existent and no help at all DO NOT USE

3 appointments to bring part for freezer .He never turned up after waiting in all day 3 times Company came up with lame excuses him not turning up .What a insult.Eventally turned up today fitted part .No apologies,no replies to my emails ,I definitely wouldn't use this company again

How is this overall score so high when the reviews are dreadful? The company passed my job to another company - VES Repairs -without notifying me. Engineer came out to fix my dishwasher today pressed one button and said that I need a new power control board and electronic operating unit. I have serious concerns about this company.

Booked a call out for a broken fridge, I said it was clearly low on refrigerant, gave the make and model. Engineer turned up, said it’s broken, said he can’t work on that brand and told me to call a specialist… still charged £118… don’t waste your money with these!

Remel (sic?) visited us today and was absolutely golden. Exemplary customer service and friendliness. Diagnosed our issue straight away and offered us some options on what to do next. He MUST be your BEST engineer??

Engineer was helpful and competent.My AEG microwave need a new magnetron, for which I was quoted £159, to be delivered in 3-5 working days.The part was available for next day delivery by AEG, at a price of £116. In future I’ll use AEG.

Unreliable company. Booked the appointment but the technician did not come. Even thought I was booked for 12-5pm, I called and was informed the technician came earlier which was a lie as he left no note.

Came out to look at my fridge door, said l would need a part and they would let me know. They charged me £95 for call out. Couldn’t repair it but still charged me £95 for call out. What a rip off , please don’t waste your money even calling them

After 3 weeks and 3 engineer visits I am back to square one ( £400 cost !) The company have engineers who don’t know enough about fridge freezers but pretend they do. They leave it working but after filling it with food it stops working again !Customer services department have no empathy re 3 weeks with no fridge - lots of money wasted due to throwing away and the time involved going to shops for just in time shopping. But hey they know the terms and conditions inside out Wouldn’t use ever again but I know they won’t care about that either

Engineer arrived to unblock drain hole in Samsung Freezer. Used screwdriver and pliers to chip away ice near to fragile elements. Hole unblocked, engineer left. As soon as he left I assumed the freezer was working again, but 2 hours later the freezer is not. Now have a freezer full of goods slowly defrosting and the company say they cannot return for 7 days. They also say that in the small print they are not liable for compensation. Their engineer didn't diagnose the problem, and because of their incompetance I have a freezer of damaged stock. Very angry. Do not use this company.

A techniciam came out, call out fee £118, does absolutely nothing but take photos, tell me there are 2 sensors each around 20quid. He couldn't have known less about my samsung fridge if he tried. Says he'll refer it to a senior engineer to see which one most likely needs replacing, don't worry no extra labour fee as this visit is covered for 6 months. Next i get a phone call to make an appointment, need £240 payment as sensor is over 130 plus it requires 2 engineers to replace so an extra labour of 50 odd quid. Feels like I'd be paying to have a someone teach someone else. I think not, will cut my loses as i now feel like they are actually trying to rip me off.

Don’t waste your time with this company. Booked an A.M. appointment with them. Took time off work for their visit and they never turned up.
