After being referred to a company through Samsung who had bad reviews and a long wait, I started looking around and found Glotech.
Alex came out the morning after booking it and fixed my washing machine within 20 minutes. They were also £50 cheaper than Samsungs choice! Alex was lovely and it could all be paid by card on the spot (and takes Amex!)
Will be using Glotech for any other repairs when needed.
