“I have now had to chase pod point five times on the installation process. The help line are delightful and helpful. It is a complete shambles of a business full of very nice but completely ineffective people.”

“Placed the order and completed the survey on Thursday afternoon. Pod Point called me and gave me an appointment for the next day. The installer Ashley Parker did a great job. We discussed what he was going to do and agreed the best place for the charger and cables to go. Power only had to go off for 15 minutes, which Ashley made sure I was ready for that to happen first. Everything was completed in about 2 hours. Ashley showed me everything he had done and we started a charge before he left. Great service from ordering to completion.”

“I booked my home charger January 2024, they asked me some photos and council permission as well I gave them then I was waiting nearly a month, no any response after I phone them then they said sorry we will contact you again they booked a appointment I was taken day off from work they didn’t come. Second time booked another appointment I take another day off Engineer came he refused work third time they fixed Three days day off £450.00 ladder rent +extra hours work 280.00 this is cost for my hot point charger”

“Great communication all the way through the process. Engineer arrive when he said he would, listened to my requests and installed the Pod point perfectly. Very neat work and tidied up afterwards. Took the time to explain everything. All excellent.”

“Simple process from selecting a charger on the website, the booking and survey of the installation, and then a top quality install by Ashley Parker (Podpoint electrician). From website to install it took a week for me. You need to be home for the electrician to do his work and he arrived/completed within the timeslot. So easy to plan your day around the install.”

“Absolute cowboys. We requested they raise out charger rate to 7kwh, which they did. Now they've downgraded it back to 3.5kWh until we pay £150! Holding us to ransom, absolutely disgusting company, avoid them like the plague.”

“The process of researching, ordering and installation was very straightforward. All necessary information was available on the website and customer service was made available each step of the way. My installer, Matt was great. When he arrived we discussed where we could install the Pod Point and what would be involved. When he completed the work he took me through everything to get started with charging my vehicle. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations.”
