Responsive and helpful communication. Scheduling of appointments was quick with relatively good availability.
Installer was polite and efficient. Could have assisted with activation of the chargers WiFi. Have been unable to use the app to charger connection since charger was installed.
Had initial delays to fitting (3 months) due to the age of my power supply. Pod Point made the necessary arrangements with the grid provider, unfortunately that dealing with the grid comps was less than straightforward and added significant delays to the process.
