Some initial issues with the online application process and call waiting times, otherwise very positive. Process was straight forward taking about 2 weeks from application to charger installation. Good quality product.

I thought the online ordering process was good. The installation team were very good and efficient. I had to make a couple of phone calls to find out when it was going to be fitted however so communication could be better.

The installation was very good. Some little things marred it though. Was unable to get a response from the company confirming date and time. Also the notification prior to the work being done never happened. However the installation process was done expertly and to my complete satisfaction. Shame about communications!

The website was easy to use and covered everything you needed to set the process going. The installation process was quick and well executed however we did have to wait almost 3 months for the point to be installed.

I’m happy the engineer who came to install was very good and professional. But disappointed with the booking service and delay in service to giving me installation date. Thanks anyways for your service

Friendly installer who properly thought through the installation. We are disappointed at the rate of charge though. Something we can hopefully address with Pod-Point
