We had a solo 3 charger installed on our property in preparation for delivery of our new electric vehicle. This was almost two weeks ago now, and the charger has never worked. We had made multiple phone calls and emails and there has still been no resolution offered and they appear to not know what the issue is. So we have been left with a charger we can’t use, which cost us just short of £1100 and are having to limit how much we use our new car until this is resolved and go to the nearest McDonald’s and pay £30 each time to charge our car.
They are in no rush to find out what the issue is, it seems. We have had no correspondence at all, and offered no explanation as to what could be causing the issue.
