Terrible experience. We paid for the podpoint and installation on February 10 and had to chase and chase. At every turn something went wrong at their end and really no interest from the customer support team. We finally got it fitted on March 30. A very poor experience. The engineer was very pleasant and I think very competent, just let down by the system. It is still not right though as we paid for a 3 phase installation and the charger is only giving single phase. We have been promised this will be looked into next week, we will see !
