“Device and installing was great, it's the app that is problematic. Got a new phone and Pod Points two step verification just does not work. No customer support just generic faqs. Device still works at home guess I just won't be able to use their public network, there loss not mine.”

“Yes good initially but when it went wrong not very helpful as wanted £190 call out plus parts to rectify fault. They went on to say that I should have taken out their extended warranty. Lost faith in company and looked on call out fee as good money chasing bad so bought a Zappi Charger”

“Hi, the installation was great last year, however, the unit will no longer charge my car and one of the components in the distribution box is making a banging noise (it's a part with a red light on and a green light on. THey are now flicking between red and green. Would you be able to let me know what I need to do from here... I apologise for using this as a way to get in touch but I can't find any other way.. Steve Allmark 07730 190978 - my address is 111, Dimsdale View West, Bradwell, Newcastle under Lyme, ST5 8EL”

“Perfect company for wasting your time. Support over phone almost not exist spent 49 min waiting for somone to pick the phone. Installer pop up today and said he was pushed by pod point for this installation and he is not ready because fuse board need small upgrade (I have sent plenty pictures of fuseboard and meter board) So If you are happy to book day off waiting for installer and he will refuse installation- this is perfect company”

“I'd definitely recommend pod point the initial photos that you need to send off were abit complicated but I had old fuse boards and meter tails that needed to be changed. Once that was sorted the installation was great. Craig did an excellent job. He was really good and explained everything 👏”

“PodPoint installer turned up on time, was very easy to deal with and provided a neat installation. However I was advised that my earth loop impedance was too high and so the system could not be fully commissioned. I was advised to speak with UK Power Networks. However UKPN requires a test certificate to verify the findings, but the installer said that PodPoint is unable to supply this certificate. I now must pay for a separate electrician to re-test the system before I can get UKPN on site to also test the system!”
