"The commutation prior to the installation was excellent. The engineers who attended were good at communicating their eta and were polite and courteous. The installation is excellent and I’m really pleased. My only thought is that I might have chosen the wrong model, I chose the universal whereas maybe I should have chosen one with a lead so I didn’t have to use the one out of the car."

"The process from ordering to installation was faultless. Communications with office was excellent and they kept me up to date with developments (the car I had ordered was not on the governments list of eligible EV eligible for grant. They have me option for refund or to wait for the vehicle to make it onto the list. I opted for this. They called me as soon as it had made the list and installation was arranged. On installation date the installer, Chad sent me a text to let me know what time he will attend and was spot on. A lovely professional guy who did a great job. Very tidy. Explained how to operate the unit and the app. All in all very impressed."

"Very helpful with guidance when I got stuck filling in the form. Kept me informed of progress until installation. Eddy (our installer) contacted us on the day to let us know when he would be coming. He fitted it beautifully with no cables showing and was very polite and informative."
