"Hi Mason fitted my podpoint very friendly guy talked me through the procedures for setting Unfortunately the wifi connection has still not connected Mason was aware of this has reported this but if still not connected he asked me to contact the support services for them To sort out possible problem with circuit board I am satisfied with work done very professional ."

"From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. Craig the engineer was very polite, friendly and informative. He let me know first thing in the morning what time he expected to be there, and he was spot on. Very impressed by Craig and the whole customer service experience."

"All the team on the email and phone were knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to communicate with. The installation engineer Nick was very professional, again knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you."

"From the start to the end everyone I dealt with was super helpful and really efficient The guy that cam to fit the system was really really good. He took time to engage and answered any questions I had, even if they were stupid. He was really knowledgable."
