"The commutation prior to the installation was excellent. The engineers who attended were good at communicating their eta and were polite and courteous. The installation is excellent and I’m really pleased. My only thought is that I might have chosen the wrong model, I chose the universal whereas maybe I should have chosen one with a lead so I didn’t have to use the one out of the car."

"The engineer was great and the fitting was quick. He explained everything clearly which was important. Unfortunately communication from pod-point is slow at best and I felt the whole process from application to fitting took way too long."

"The technician that attended called in advance to let me know he was on his way, he was prompt, friendly and courteous and completed the job in a professional and timely manner. No complaints. Well done."

"The inital ordering and booking part of the process with PodPoint wasn't great but the installation itself was excellent: Craig agreed to turn up early to start the job before I headed out on the school run. He was punctual, efficient, polite, explained things clearly and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the job. The end result looks good."

"The engineer John sent a text to confirm that he was on the way and arrived in good time. He was polite and professional and installed the charger with very little fuss after a brief discussion on location. At the end he explained how everything worked and what the lights indicated. He also tidied up all the mess and took it away with him. Overall a very good install ton experience. The fact that Pod Point include the installation in the cost in the price is great as I had quotes from less reputable firms wanting to charge hundreds of pounds for the installation and equipment that isn’t required."

"Extremely thorough, courteous and on time. First visit Chris's meter reading for ELI gave cause for concern. He was very pro-active in getting in touch with our supplier and DNO to check the earthing around the property. The DNO did find an issue and replaced some incoming overhead power cable , this improved the reading but even before this change their reading was acceptable, casting suspicion on the Podpoint meter calibration. This morning on the repeat commissioning Chris's meter was still reading high, but a colleague's check later was well within spec - a meter re-calibration is required! Service for all this was very professional."

"The website when ordering is very intuitive, well done. The scheduling process was not good, I've called in far too many times and committed call backs were not kept. The Installation was the best bit, the chap (Luke) was amazing."
