Slightly slow at the start of the ordering process as I was also using the government grant, but after that had a slot after a week, The installation was flawless and speedy with ashely being very knowledgeable and helpful

Responsive and helpful communication. Scheduling of appointments was quick with relatively good availability. Installer was polite and efficient. Could have assisted with activation of the chargers WiFi. Have been unable to use the app to charger connection since charger was installed. Had initial delays to fitting (3 months) due to the age of my power supply. Pod Point made the necessary arrangements with the grid provider, unfortunately that dealing with the grid comps was less than straightforward and added significant delays to the process.

We had a solo 3 charger installed on our property in preparation for delivery of our new electric vehicle. This was almost two weeks ago now, and the charger has never worked. We had made multiple phone calls and emails and there has still been no resolution offered and they appear to not know what the issue is. So we have been left with a charger we can’t use, which cost us just short of £1100 and are having to limit how much we use our new car until this is resolved and go to the nearest McDonald’s and pay £30 each time to charge our car. They are in no rush to find out what the issue is, it seems. We have had no correspondence at all, and offered no explanation as to what could be causing the issue.

The installation was ok,but the charger solo 3 doesn't work already 3 times for the last 6 months So you have to call them ,proof that is not low voltage in your house, that is the charger fault All this procedure will take around 2-3 weeks waiting time , you have to spend your time and money on the public charging stations,they will not refund that So just try to find some other option to buy, hope the other company's are better

Really easy system, from booking to installation. The installer, Matt Lofthouse, was really tidy and worked quickly to compete the installation. My new hybrid isn’t here yet but we’re ready to go once it arrives 👍

We are very pleased with our new Pod Point charger. The whole process went really smoothly, we had contact from Pod Point as soon as we placed our order and an installation date came available within 2 days. The engineer who came to install the unit was great, very polite and friendly. He explained everything from start to finish, was efficient and tidy and installed the unit exactly where we wanted it.

Terrible experience. We paid for the podpoint and installation on February 10 and had to chase and chase. At every turn something went wrong at their end and really no interest from the customer support team. We finally got it fitted on March 30. A very poor experience. The engineer was very pleasant and I think very competent, just let down by the system. It is still not right though as we paid for a 3 phase installation and the charger is only giving single phase. We have been promised this will be looked into next week, we will see !

Reading all the comment by people show's people have been very pleased, I have a had a terrible experience with Pod, They installed an EV charger , after installation I was told by engineer, He had good news and bad news. So the good news was it was all installed. Bad news was it's not working. He then told me that Voltage coming in was too high and the charger will not work. Never heard anymore from pod. It's still not sorted , I am going around in circle , SSE have told me it's not an emergency so they don't know when it will done. been over Six weeks! nothing has happened. got a new BMW sat around , Have no idea what I can do . I can't go and fit voltage control unit to drop the voltage down in case pods say that's going effect their charger. has anyone been unlucky like me ? if so what did they end up doing?

Haydn was very nice and friendly. The installation was not very easy because of where my electricity meter is. He spent a total of 7hrs at my house, working non stop! Very patient and professional.
