The installation was ok,but the charger solo 3 doesn't work already 3 times for the last 6 months
So you have to call them ,proof that is not low voltage in your house, that is the charger fault
All this procedure will take around 2-3 weeks waiting time , you have to spend your time and money on the public charging stations,they will not refund that
So just try to find some other option to buy, hope the other company's are better
