Couldn't have been easier. Had clear messages from Cristian regarding installation date and time. He arrived exactly when he said he would and clearly explained everything. He was extremely polite and efficient and showed me how everything works after the installation. He also cleaned everything up after he finished. A great ambassador for Podpoint. Thank you, Cristian!

The original advertisement simply asked what you wanted out of three size charging points. Money was exchanged and then I was asked to do a survey, which would be beyond a lot of people. I suggest the company should do the survey because I couldn’t have what I paid for due to a technical issue. The overpayment was returned. When the engineer arrived he provided an excellent installation that saved the day. Some of the issues might of been due to me living on the Isle of Wight, however the communication could of been better.

The ordering process was torturous with rediculois amounts of detail. When your engineer arrived he didnt have the correct circuit breaker. You then ignored my contact for a few weeks. You then took another few weeks to come. It was only when i asked for the Chairmans email that you did anything. During an 18 month extension you were the worst service we received. Never again.

Installed, but did not take away the old pod point charger. Also, I was told over the phone when booking the installation that it would only require 15mins of the power being cut off. It was closer to 1.5 hours. As I work from home I would have delayed the installation to a day when I would be happy to be without power for this time.

From the moment I engaged with Podpoint to get my installation done to the final electrical sign off has been absolutely fantastic. The reason for having such a good experience is largely down to one person who i must commend, that is Aemillia Nicholson. Aemillia has put a tremendous amount of effort into ensuring my installation was successful, every time I emailed her I got a rapid response, she personally liaised with my electrician when required, made sure every technical issue was sorted prior to the install and continuously checked in with me to ensure the install progressed efficiently. In my eyes she went over and above to ensure I had the best customer experience, whatever Pod Point are paying Aemillia they should pay her more, she is a great representative of the company, please pass on my thanks to her.
