“I was very impressed with Pod point and the installation. I contacted Pod point and my Solo 3 Pod point was installed within a couple of days. The installation was quick and the garage where the pod was installed was left very tidy. Any emails I’d sent were answered very quickly.”

“telephone contact is almost impossible in the build up to nailing the installation logistisc = 2 Star ... however, the implementation aspects were 5 Star”

“The installer who attended to fit the charger (Jordan) was very punctual, courteous and professional. He took time to discuss and review potential installation options in a helpful and unrushed way. He sent a text to advise of his ETA on the day too. The installation was completed swiftly and diligently without issue. Jordan was very tidy when undertaking and completing the work. He took time and trouble to explain the charge point functionality upon completion and setup.”
