“Bought it day 1, day 2 you offered appointment, fitted it day 3. Could not have been better. Best price available. Cameron (fitter) messaged night before with eta, then confirmed actual 20 min beforehand. Cameron was extremely polite and helpful, offered a better (much better) alternative to the wiring I'd planned (No wires to be seen).”

“Had the POD Point installed a week ago, new EV turned up yesterday, attempted to charge it overnight, only to find it's not working. On the day of the installation, the engineer had to install a new PCB board and as it was Friday afternoon, he just wanted to get away. Attempted to call POD Point this morning (Sat), only to find, that I will have to wait until Monday! Very disappointed”

“Install was fine once the 22kw pod arrived as engineers don't carry these in their vans. Very disappointed in the lead up as i was assured on 3 occassions over a two week period that the unit had been sent to me.”

“The first guy you sent was terrible, full of excuses why he couldn't do the job "I've left equipment in Manchester ". Then you sent him back. Terrible attitude, rude! However the third visit was from a great guy, positive, competent, he even tied up the mess left by the other guy.”

“Despite the positive reviews on Trustpilot, we were not impressed at all with the service provided by Pod Point. Between having to make repeated requests to have someone come and do an on site survey, to then get follow up questions after the survey asking us if we'd be getting someone to cement the lollipod in and if we could assess if the required cables for the lollipod would fit into our existing underground conduit - all which occurred after the on site survey had been done where installation of a lollipod had been discussed, quoted for and agreed upon, including the fact that if the electrician couldn't fit the cables through the conduit then we would revert to having the charger installed on the side of the house. We were then told via email there'd be an additional cost for groundworks! Why would you provide a quote to install a lollipod without including the required groundwork? Anyway we just gave up and had the pod installed on the house. The electrician was very efficient and helpful which is the only reason I've given 2 stars. Wouldn't recommend anyone use your service and would suggest people shop around for a local installer which we should have done.”

“This was a quick and painless installation. Georgia explained every relevant step of the process and how to operate the PodPoint, We had a discussion about where to best place the equipment and I made some short (but safe) modifications to my meter cupboard in order to make room for the new module. Other than that, Georgia did everything. I work from home usually and down time to make and test the connection was less than 10 minutes. Very happy.”
