“From the moment I engaged with Podpoint to get my installation done to the final electrical sign off has been absolutely fantastic. The reason for having such a good experience is largely down to one person who i must commend, that is Aemillia Nicholson. Aemillia has put a tremendous amount of effort into ensuring my installation was successful, every time I emailed her I got a rapid response, she personally liaised with my electrician when required, made sure every technical issue was sorted prior to the install and continuously checked in with me to ensure the install progressed efficiently. In my eyes she went over and above to ensure I had the best customer experience, whatever Pod Point are paying Aemillia they should pay her more, she is a great representative of the company, please pass on my thanks to her.”

“Process was ok but there was not enough information on how the Pod works and how to use the App. We basically had to find out ourselves which is fine if you are computer literate but some people would struggle - especially older folk”

“This is split into 2 1. Installation side has been excellent, proactive, communicative & a meticulous install a full 5 Stars. 2. Sales & Assessment absolutely shocking, no home inspection, zero communication, required constant chasing, complete lack of knowledge, take the money & run cowboys! Now backed-up by the fact that we have received communication from the Electric Board that Pod-Point not received agreement from the Electric Board to proceed with the installation: “We have reviewed your ENA EV/HP application form and based on the information you have provided it is not applicable to proceed within the Connect And Notify process.” Plus, additional costs may be forthcoming if a Load Check is undertaken… Have yet to hear back from Pod Point.”

“Physical installation was seamless and completed within a couple of hours. However, connecting the Pod Point charger to the internet to be able to interact with its smart features took several days and several emails will the PodPoint customer service to resolve. All working fine now, but this should have been a better experience.”

“The Technician arrived on time, was polite, explained everything to me. However when I attempted to charge my car, something wasn’t right. I phoned the company and the person I spoke to was able to rectify the problem at his end without having to send anyone out.”

“Painful pre-installation process but we got there in the end. The team appeared overworked and did not return phone calls. Electrical requirements were onerous and were somewhat contradictory and over the top - the view of my (very experienced) electrician - he felt they were reading from a script vs responding to specific questions and alternative wiring options. Final installation was very good and pain free.”

“Efficient and Professional Service! Product manager Jen was great from the start, I had a few issues with my own electrician to sort but Jen was helpful and patient. Install engineer was very good, on time, tidy and explained everything well.”
