“Eddy installed rthee pod point exactly where I wanted it. He worked carefully and diligently to make sure he had an installation hew was proud to put his name and reputation on”

“The online ordering and appointment scheduling was excellent. Installation disappointing - did not make contact to confirm a time as expected just turned up. Did not connect the unit to the WiFi or show us how to do it, which necessitated a phone call to sort out. Left all the empty packaging in the driveway”

“Could not fault the whole process, the engineer who attended so friendly and talked you through everything We received a call to bring the appointment forward due to them receiving a cancellation which was excellent and fitted in with our plans Highly recommend”

“Had to wait too long to get it installed. It is faulty and they are saying i have to wait another two weeks to get someone to come and fix it. I am actually not sure how I am going ti cope unless I fast charge on way yo work which is hugely expensive / would not recommend them,”

“My experience was good overall. My feedback would be firstly, when I went to pay it would not let me complete the payment, I asked if this could be taken over the phone but I was advised that I had to go onto another device send myself the link and complete it that way, secondly, I had to chase several times to find out when my scheduled appointment was. Finally, The technician that came out to do the pre survey and to complete the install was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He gets 5 stars. :) I was told I would receive some money back due to being charged 6 hours labour which was done in 2 hours, I look forward to my refund.”
