Booked a repair for my washer/dryer. Unfortunately the a lot I had booked was unavailable and had to wait a week before diagnosis. Upon visit; Fault diagnosed very quickly. Engineer Dan returned a week later to fit the part and check all was working. Even with Glotech being so busy, the service was excellent.

Great service - The engineer undertaking the work was a really nice guy - professional, obviously very experienced and quick fault finding ( and available parts ) meant 1 visit fix at sensible price

I have a Britannia double oven and when the main oven decided not to work I contatced Britannia, who couldn't even give me an appointment date (and who wanted the call-out fee up front). I found Glotech by mistake, and am so pleased I did. The staff on the end of the phone were great, the appointment was made quickly and my oven has bee repaired (faster and cheaper that Britannia). Very happy - I have no qualms about highly recommending this company!

I just wanted to thanks Glotech and the engineer who came round and fixed my oven the engineer name Medhi was very professional and very efficient - fixed the oven - left no mess and was very quick and I can say I would use Glotech again should I need an appliance fixed.

Called on Thurs and able to arrange an appointment for the next day. Tim arrived to fix my Ariston washer dryer on Fri within the arranged time. He was polite and friendly, and quickly repaired my machine. I thought the belt had broken and needed to be replaced. Tim explained that it had merely come off and he put it back on, saving me the costs of a replacement. He cleaned beneath the machine and replaced it back under the counter. Payment by card was quick and without problems, a receipt arriving by email almost immediately. Recommended.

Probably better than some, but lacking efficiency, value-for-money and a certain degree of honesty. Friday:Informed Glotech that the heating element on our dishwasher needed replacing, and gave model No. etc. Booking appointment for Monday Monday: received call saying that they couldn't send an engineer till Wednesday. Wednesday: Engineer called, confirmed that the heating element needed replacing, would need ordering and took £70+ for call out. Thursday: call from Glotech asking for £80 for heating element (2 days delivery) 7 days later: I called Glotech and was told the element would be sent in 2 days. Monday: call from Glotech saying engineer would arrive Wednesday Wednesday: engineer arrived with wrong part - was told that the right part was in stock, would be cheaper and would be delivered by Friday (obviously Glotech pocketed the difference!) Monday: Glotech called to book engineer for Wednesday Wednesday: Engineer called and fixed dishwasher. Conclusions: Although all staff were friendly, no-one really seemed to know what they were doing despite being told of the problem on day one! Taking £150+ from customers before any work is done, leads to mis-trust and impatience. For a company that claims problems will be sorted as quickly as possible, being without a dishwasher for weeks, for my wife and I, as a disabled couple, was extremely inconvenient. Obviously some dishonesty about delivery and price have added to my distrust of this service.

It was easy to book a call out on line, the communication via text and email was really helpful and when I rang to book the follow up visit, the call was answered quickly and it was a really friendly service. Both engineers were great, communicating arrival times as promised and the cost was reasonable. Also the part arrived sooner than promised so that was good management of expectations. I don't have any suggestions for improvement on this experience - I would definitely use Glotech again for other repairs

This company offers an excellent repair service. An engineer, Alex, quickly diagnosed the problems with my Bosch oven and my Samsung fridge-freezer. He even got the oven working while waiting for the necessary spare part. Spare parts were ordered and fitted within a week. Alex was extremely professional and efficient and friendly. He telephoned 30 minutes before arrival. I would thoroughly recommend this company. A delight to deal with.

Had problems with my Samsung washing machine where macappliances came to rectify the fault. Lousy service and still haven’t refunded the money. Glotechs engineer came in and sorted it out the first time. I would recommend glotech to all my friends & Family

Tony arrived promptly and phoned about 30 mins beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He worked hard to sort out the problem and install a new part - plus ensured it was in fully working order when he left. He was polite, tidy and did a really good job. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Well done Tony and Well done Glotech!

Tumble dryer making thumping noise engineer found a broken bearing that had to be ordered. Had a call from the office within a couple of days to say the part had arrived and book another visit for the engineer who arrived on time and spent at least an hour fitting part. Both engineers very pleasant and observed social distancing.

We were impressed how efficiently -and quickly - Glotech organised our repair during lockdown. The first engineer - Tony - diagnosed the fault with our washing machine very quickly but the design of our machine made it very difficult to remove the broken part. He did not give up, even slightly cutting his hand in the process. I would have expected him to say ‘sorry, there’s nothing more I can do’ at that point but he persevered, and removed it so a replacement could be ordered and the repair carried out. This was service over and above the call of duty in my opinion and I am very grateful to him. The repair cost was reasonable and this meant the second engineer - Vlad - was able to visit and quickly replace the part. Very satisfied!

Amazing service, our repair was booked before lockdown so had to be cancelled. Darren kept us fully informed of progress and scheduled a repair as soon as it was allowed. Great to find a company who deliver all they promise with no chasing. The service was excellent and the repair was good value. Thank you

Repair carried out in difficult times and under difficult circumstances. Martin (the service engineer)wore the correct PPE and kept social distancing in place at all times. Our fridge, which wouldn't retain the correct temperature, required re-gassing. This was completed efficiently and is now working perfectly. Thank you.

My washing machine was about five years old and stopped with water in it. Not knowing a local engineer I looked on the internet. Booked a date and time, the engineer came early, found the problem drained the water so that I could take my laundry to be washed. The washing machine was inbuilt so I was worried that some of the fittings would have to be taken out which was not a problem for the engineer. The Firm contacted me when the part became available, booked an appointment and again the engineer came first thing in the morning. I was delighted with the whole process and efficency of the Company. It was like clockwork. Excellent service and costs are fair. Will definitely be using this Company again for all other appliances.

I booked an engineer on line. I noted in the booking form that the seal had worn through and that I suspected the bearings had gone as the drum was off centre. The engineer arrived and after looking at the machine told me that the seal had gone and the bearing need changing and that I would have to book the repair in so that he could come back with the parts to fix the machine.I was charged £70 for this service. At the very least I would expect that the engineer would have come prepared with the parts to do the job after I had informed them in advance of what the problem was. Now I'm out of pocket and I've no intention of paying them to do the same job twice.
