“The service engineer was excellent - very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately the parts required for repair are no longer available. Before booking a service visit I provided model and serial number of my oven - enough information for you to warn me of this possibility. As a result, I have paid 90 pounds to be told that nothing can be done. This was not the fault of the engineer.”

“Your repair man arrived on time . Was her approx 5 mins charged us £64 + VAT said the bearings had gone on the machine . Then we received an estimate for £579 to repair it ! We ordered a new machine and it was a lot less than your bill .”

“Would give zero stars if I could. Repair booked 7 weeks ago. No-one turned up on the allocated date. Spent several hours on phone calls to re-schedule the appointment, getting cut off three times. Minimum wait of 15 minutes to speak to a human. The "customer service" reps are totally unable to call back despite promising to. Will now have to wait a total of 9 weeks before a fridge repair can be made. Completely unacceptable service levels.”

“After having another company out to repair my dishwasher only for the fault to get worse what a pleasure to have Glotech. They were able to come out a lot quicker than the other company and when Vlad arrived he was fantastic. As I explained the sorry story he gave a knowing nod and before I could finish told me what the rest of the symptoms were likely to be and the problem. Very knowledgable guy and he will be my NEFF guy forever! Fixed it quickly and it’s working perfectly! Very impressed - thank Vlad for me.”

“Glotech saved me £900. My freezer had been written off by the manufacturers technician. The glotech technician identified a blocked drainage hole and it's now as good as new.”

“Washing machine diagnosed with faulty pump so it was changed. Problem still not resolved on first wash after 'repair '. Second engineer diagnosed motor problem not pump. Said it would cost more for motor replacement and advised to buy a new machine. So machine was not fixed at all. Have contacted customer services three times to discuss this via email and promised a reply on two of these and last email completely ignored. Have wasted £42 on a pump which wasn't required.”

“First time around they cancelled on the morning the engineer was supposed to arrive. Then after 15 minutes in the flat he said he couldn't fix our dishwasher, information we paid £91 to receive.”

“Issue with a Siemens integrated dishwasher displaying an error code E09. Very pleasant engineer arrived the next day. Subsequently left with a scratched cupboard door, chipped bottom corners to the integrated dishwasher door and, whilst the error code of E09 has been removed, it has been replaced with an error code of E15 which has flooded the kitchen floor, plus a hefty charge for the pleasure. After calling the Customer Services line, was transferred to a number that has a voicemail message and no response received. Not impressed at all.”
