“Engineer was excellant fixing my noisey oven. Very polite and friendly he cleaned up after taking the old parts away Will use Glotech again if needed”

“The whole exercise waste of time and money. unless the duration of the appointment is predetermined . I believe the few information I provided when I was booking the appointment ought to have flagged to any experienced refrigerator engineer the possible caused and whether it would be of benefit for an engineer to visit. I will never recommend your business to any of my friends. Thanks for given me the opportunity to comment. It is never the charge-out fee that has influence my comments above but the fact that a few minutes discussion on the phone could have saved both of us time.”

“Efficiently arranged, Knowledgeable and experienced technician seemingly knew what was wrong even before attending to the fault. This meant this was qucikly resolved and tested. When things aren't as they should be this is what is wanted. Very pleased with everything involved.”

“Engineer Wassim came out to fix the tumble drier on my washer-drier, which wasn't heating the air. He was extremely careful with Covid distancing etc., quickly identified the problem (failed circuit board) and fitted a replecement in just over a week. Everything now working perfectly. Very pleased. Would definitely use Glotech again.”

“I signed up for the repair and protect for my dishwasher over 3 months ago and still waiting for it to be fixed. No updates other than “the parts supplier is not responding to our queries”. Don’t sign up with them. I wish I had contracted the local repairs person.”

“Awful service!! Almost a month down the line and no repair or visit from Glotech, but they've happily taken money from my account, to which they're now denying. Lengthy hold times time everytime I call to try and resolve my case. Wouldn't recommend!!”
