“NO STARS AWFUL customer service. Not only did the engineer fail to come but also failed to let me know when they might be coming. Despite me sending emails and phoning and leaving another message the next day, no one got back to me. Extra challenging as I am being safeguarded and my daughter has to be here should anyone come. No one should be expected to hang around just on the off chance someone might turn up. The website sold it to me sounding very professional and friendly but my experience has been the complete opposite. We have made other arrangements!”

“Sent a review that was not very complimentary due to poor service. Needless to say it appeared nowhere and was obviously filtered out. No contact from the company to established why I was so disappointed so will have to resort to other methods of complaining and maybe a County Court Action.”

“Stay away from Glotech! An engineer who arrived to diagnose my failed American style fridge spent one minute looking at it , said it was beyond repair , recommended that I buy a fridge from their company and charged me 100£! I had to call another firm for a second opinion as I had thought it was a compressor failure due to the sound I heard from the fridge. They confirmed the compressor has failed and repaired it. Maybe I had a wrong person but I got a careless , ignorant and insincere service from Glotech and wasted my money on them.”

“Booked an AM slot which is between 8:00am and 1:00pm. Received a call at 12:53 to say that the engineer was running just over an hour late and will be with us soon. I explained I booked an AM slot for a reason and the next thing I know I’m receiving an email detailing my appointment had been rescheduled for the following day between 12:00pm and 5:00pm, without even contacting me to see if this is possible. Cancelled that appointment via their ‘contact’ page on the website as calling is near impossible as I was put through to someone’s voicemail 3 times. Safe to say I’ve contacted another company that has been much more helpful.”

“Sadly our 9 yr old Hotpoint freezer was irreparable due to parts being unavailable and also too expensive to repair compared to buying a new freezer”

“I booked a repair for a washing machine. 2 engineers came and looked at it, when they left they said it of fixed. I run a laundry same day and the washing machine did not work, same error occurred, I called customer services to complain and I was booked another slot in 7 days time! Given that the repair was not done, I would expect that someone would come and look earlier at the problem.”

“Not happy at all booked an engineer for Monday between 8.00 and 1 .00 and a no show so I rang glo. Tech and they said they had moved this onto another business engineer as they were too busy n guess what it’s Wednesday and still no show appalling service 😡😡”
