“As they entered the house our documents purse disappeared!!! They exactly knew in which bag they were but we never found them again. absolutely unsatisfying and unprofessional stuff”

“I used Anyvan this week to move a dining table and table and chairs for me after buying through Gumtree. Angus was a great van man! The service, the online experience, picking a delivery slot all worked so seamlessly. Angus was right on time and called me to confirm delivery time. Couldn’t have asked for more or a better service. “Great Delivery Service! 'Mirel' I am incredibly impressed with the delivery driver who brought my bed. The entire experience was flawless, from start to finish. The driver arrived right on time, which I greatly appreciated, and was very friendly and professional. Their attention to detail and care set them apart from other delivery drivers. The bed arrived in perfect condition, and it was clear that the driver took extra steps to ensure its safety. Their communication was excellent as well. I received regular updates about the delivery status, and they even checked with me to confirm my preferred delivery location, making the whole process incredibly convenient. “Driver was very rude and damaged will walls when carrying my mirror. Notified anyvan and they said they won’t accept liability because the driver said he didn’t do it. I also paid for the additional insurance which should have covered it”

“I had a delivery set up for my move from Norwich to Cambridge and it was fantastic! You can get an estimated price quickly from the website and get a quote through your email and it is not pricy at all. As a recent graduate, this is ideal for me. ANYVAN drivers will take your boxes and other things alongside with others' so it will take a while for the pick up and delivery however, you will be given a time slot and the driver who helped me with the move was on time. He was also willing to wait for me when I arrived at the delivery location late due to me travelling by a train and bus. He was really kind and helpful. I recommend using this service especially if you are a recent graduate or current students who are moving away for another university or work.”

“This company is an absolute joke. I booked a small house removal. First day the van was half full of someone else’s stuff and couldn’t load mine. The second day, the van broke down and couldn’t come. I was told I could cancel for a refund but this was an important house move for a new job and I was at the mercy of this unprofessional company. Third day the van came at 7am then had to drive to Manchester to collect more stuff and said they’d get to my new house for 5pm. I was sick and arranged for a friend to supervise the delivery. The driver called at 1.45 to say it would be 8hrs before arrival! Eventually got to my new house at 9.45pm and my friend couldn’t stay that late, the drivers dumped all my stuff in the kitchen! After a phonecall to the manager they dumped a bed and drawers upstairs and everything else in the kitchen! Oh except for my bike which they dumped outside. I was in tears to the driver begging him to put my sofa in the lounge and washing machine in the garage, I even offered to pay him more money to put my things where I needed them and he refused. The company’s response; I should have arranged for someone to meet the driver, regardless of time of night, I should have said if I wanted the items in the correct room (despite this being a house removal service), the driver apparently said I wanted all my items dumped in the kitchen, they offered a measly 10% refund - stick it Anyvan, you’re company is shocking and does not deserve to operate. You’ve caused me distress, worry and anguish and now I have to pay someone to put right your shoddy service.”

“I recommend this moving company, very professional. Efficient, order a day in advance, the next day to arrange the move, less than two hours all the things are moved, the price is not expensive, highly recommended!”
