I booked with AnyVan and the driver turned up to my house with a FULL van of someone else's goods. There wasn't any room left for my goods. The driver claimed that I refused delivery.
AnyVan will not take responsibility for it. They gain business based on the false promise that their drivers are trusted, but when the drivers make untrustworthy actions they tell you that they don't have any control over the driver.
Beware - do not trust the drivers from this company with your precious belongings.
