“I have never had to use a removal service before but my first impressions were, "how easy is this?". I was fully informed of arrival times, the guys were very polite and professional with moving the item and then delivered it without any issues. It really was that simple!! I will definitely use them again.”

“I have given this one star because it isn't possible to give zero on this forum. My experience with AnyVan was a disgrace from start to finish. From booking the wrong drop off date with my driver to miscommunicating the situation when my items were stopped by police and held overnight (due to ineptitude on AnyVan's part), to delivering items 24 hours late and then refusing to take any responsibility. This company does not care about its customers, this company facilitates a culture amongst its staff of disrepect for customers and lack of care and this company cannot actually fundamentally deliver on its sole purpose - to get items from point A to point B in a confirmed upon timeframe. Avoid this company at all costs as I can ASSURE you it is not worth the hassle.”

“I had a terrible experience, the driver blatantly lied to me about being at the location and then said that there was no one there. Also could not get in touch with them and then was made to look like I was the liar. AVOID using AnyVan!”
