“Great experience! The driver was great, as were the communications from the company, the tracking system, the price, and the payment options; everything was excellent in my opinion. By the time everything was moved, and even before the driver had left, I felt relieved, and my anxiety was out the window. So, I would like to say a big thank you to AnyVan for this great experience. I will definitely use the company again. Thank you!”

“It was the smoothest move I have ever made. I prepared my stuff ready for pick up (7 moving bags, 3 suitcases, mattress) and they were done within 5 minutes. They dropped off everything as well in no time (ten minutes max). Very happy how it went, very easy to book and John was super helpful when he booked my moving date and advised etc. would use again and will recommend to friends, who are moving. Thank you AnyVan!”

“I have used Anyvan 3 times already and have always been completely satisfied. I have recommended to friends and family who have also been satisfied with the service apart from one time when the van that showed up was too small for the items listed and paid for. Always double check your booking and give sizes wherever possible.”

“When I first contacted AnyVan I knew in advance that my move would be a challenge to organize. I was lucky to be put in contact with Andrea Henniker who tirelessly configured a two part move collecting fireplace mantles from all over the UK and delivered to me in one day.   The teem of customer service people we excellent and when there were a couple of bumps along the way Caroline Sterling and Sissel at the customer care were terrific.   I will only use AnyVan.  ”

“Booking was reasonably easy despite complicated and sensitive services. Day of collection was exceptionally stressful due to misinformation from office to driver. Driver did best he could but customer service team were not the best. Still haven’t had any follow up or apology”
