Terrible, damage items, lost belonings, van too small for the load, staff to slow, named driver never arrived.... Simply atrocious....

Removed £1327 WITH OUT ANY SERVICES PROVIDED. LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONALISM. WE EXPECT A FULL REFUND AND COMPENSATION FOR STRESS CAUSED. WE HAD TO FIND ANOTHER REMOVAL COMPANY AT THE LAST MINUTE DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION. ANYVAN THEN REMOVED £1327 FROM OUR BANK ACCOUNT KNOWING THEY FAILED TO PROVIDE ANY SERVICES. CONSUMER ACT 2015 WE ARE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS. THIS WILL BE TAKEN TO SMALL COURT AND THE OMBUDSMAN IF FAILURE TO PROVIDE A FULL REFUND WITHIN 14 DAY'S. AVOID READ ALL GOOGLE REVIEWS THEY ARE HORRENDOUS

Hi Rebecca, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the frustration and stress this situation has caused. We have reviewed the booking in full and can see that on the day of the move the transport team were running later than initially anticipated. However, the revised arrival time remained within the timeslot that was booked. Following this update, you chose to cancel the move and arranged alternative movers. We can also confirm that prior contact with our team was to request an amendment to the booking date. While you have advised that you also asked for the timeslot to be amended, this was not reflected in our records or confirmed on the booking. Our team did attend the property as scheduled but were asked to leave once it was confirmed that the move would no longer be proceeding. Your complaint has been escalated to our formal complaints team, who are currently reviewing the matter and working towards a resolution. They will be in touch directly to discuss this further. Driver arrived over three hours late, but did message to say he'd be late. They knocked off a ceiling light when moving the sofa in - the driver kindly offered to pay to replace and asked me to text bank details, but fobbed me off whenever I texted over the next few months saying he was busy and would pay soon, then eventually stopped replying. Disappointing - why offer to pay in this case?

Great experience! The driver was great, as were the communications from the company, the tracking system, the price, and the payment options; everything was excellent in my opinion. By the time everything was moved, and even before the driver had left, I felt relieved, and my anxiety was out the window. So, I would like to say a big thank you to AnyVan for this great experience. I will definitely use the company again. Thank you!

I was kept informed every step of the way. Vasile and his colleague were prompt and the moving of the furniture from my neighbours to my house was seamless. I cannot recommend the service provided by Anyvan more highly! 10 out of 10.
