“Terrible service they charged us for an extra chair when the space would have taken the two. Then the driver refused to carry the chairs down to the van and my wife at 70 had to carry them down all the stairs. We complained and haVE all the texts from the drivers confirming this and have waited over 4 hours for a return call. NEVER USE TGIS COMPANY. We use couriers all the time and these are the worst ever.”

“From start to finish they were brilliant. Great communication, professional service, and two terrific removal guys who without a word of complaint carried large items of furniture up three flights of stairs in searing 33 degrees. Can’t recommend AnyVan highly enough.”

“DO NOT USE this removal company. My experience was completely unprofessional from start to finish. They lost our passports, ignoring our complaint, broke boxes, and damaged our belongings. Despite raising these issues, the complaints department are still failing to deal with this properly. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Avoid if you value your possessions and want reliable service!!!”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience with AnyVan. As a returning customer, I booked a collection for some furniture. Within minutes of making the booking, the seller informed me they had sold the furniture to someone else, so I immediately cancelled the booking. No driver had been dispatched, no collection had taken place, and no service had been provided. Despite this, AnyVan refused to refund the £97 I had paid because the booking was within their 48-hour cancellation policy. While I understand companies have terms and conditions, I was genuinely surprised that there was no willingness to show any goodwill given the exceptional circumstances and the fact that I cancelled almost immediately. I contacted customer services hoping they would reconsider. The only resolution offered was a 30% discount on a future booking, which I declined because, after the way this was handled, I have no intention of using AnyVan again. I have also asked my bank to review the matter, as I believe the outcome is unfair. Policies are one thing, but customer service is about treating people reasonably. As a returning customer, I expected far better. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend AnyVan. There are plenty of companies that value customer loyalty and are prepared to exercise a little common sense when genuine situations arise.”

“Firstly charged £2400 to move 10 minutes along Road They were due at 8-9 only for us having to phone to find out where they were and to told it had been reassigned and they would get someone else To start the day they turned up late with a small van then to be informed if we can’t fit it / or put it on the list we will leave it behind My son and his friend did most of the heavy work Got it all in and had been told we had them for 7 hours 3 hours in when we arrived at new address i went to collect keys from the estate agent (less then 1/2 hour for them to threaten My son that they would charge us more or take our stuff away) Didn’t speak any English to us Absolutely terrible service from start to finish To be charged so much money was awful”
