“Be aware, you are buying space in a van with other peoples belongings, requiring several drop offs en route. This is like an Uber share. Random vans, random drivers. Do not expect any professionalism or expertise from any human contact. All AI generated booking, which is fine, easy to do, however, woe betide if you have any issuses or complaints. Watch your drivers and check they have packed everything you booked to have taken. Mine managed to leave behind a double mattress! Pick up was at the latest time given as an estimate and 5 hours over the estimated delivery time. Cheap, yes, but these are the reasons. Think very carefully and explore other options before using this company.”

“Extremely disappointing experience with AnyVan in June 2026. During my move, damage was caused to both my furniture and the property, including a torn chair, damage to the front door and frame, and damage to the seal around the door. What has been particularly frustrating, however, is the claims process that followed. I have had to repeatedly chase for responses, obtain additional reports and quotations, contact third parties on AnyVan’s request, and respond to changing requirements as the claim progressed. I had specifically paid for additional cover when booking the move because I wanted protection in the event that something went wrong. Given what subsequently happened, I am very glad that I did. The experience has nevertheless left me seriously concerned about what position I might have been in without that additional protection, given the difficulty I have experienced trying to obtain appropriate compensation even with it in place. Despite providing extensive evidence and cooperating throughout, the process has been slow, burdensome and unnecessarily difficult. The position taken on the property damage has also changed during the course of the claim, which has added further frustration. A damage claim following a professional removals service should not require this level of persistence from the customer. Based on my experience of both the move and the subsequent claims handling, I would not use AnyVan again.”

“most terrible expierience unproffesional over priced stay welll away ibooked them gave two different time scales to meet at storage unit first 8 am to 4 pm then changed 10 am to 2 pm called me last minute at home panicked to get theretook 9 miute walk was already in there two indan men no official anyman an or shirts on was delivering chest of drawers to someone else had to wait at storage unit for forty minutes went off to get water sure enough called me at shop 6 minutes away panicked to ge back thy said only 20 items moving out of unit i was shocked for £160 i lifted several bags out they moed only few boxes i looked at te amount in their big van was terrible wuld not take anymore muttered about dumping in outside my place as its few stairs up i took most upstairs myself asked me for tip i gave £10 cash £5 gift card bottles of water i could have booked £10 taxi for same job disgusting im kind partially brought up in the church dont like saying negative things but it was humiliating terrible ive asked for partial refund get officious negative replys from them laura her name not nice wont give one they are exploitive to the core im reporting them i had to find another van man who was much better sam with a van i got charged £216 as did not get my stuff out at certain date please stay well away zero out of ten”

“Absolutely disgusting service. My sofa was damaged, dining table damaged, my children’s beds were damaged, items left behind. I paid £1600+ for reassemble and they didn’t even bother to put the triple wardrobe back together and broke my dining table so they couldn’t even put that together. Absolutely disgusting. Filled out the complaints form for compensation to replace my items that were damaged and all I keep getting is to repeat the forms. I will be contacting the ombudsman first thing in the morning. You shouldn’t be allowed to trade when you just go round damaging items and don’t even sort this out.”
