“Good service. I contacted then at short notice and they were very good. It would be better if they could come out assess the content as being under stress to move and having to account for all the content in order to get the right size truck can be challenging. I was not able to itemise everything and the size truck became an issue. The driver and coworker was amazing, professional, courteous and patient. I would use them again. Thank you”

“I really like the concept of ANYVAN - I think the value for money is really good and it beats hiring a van on your own and then trying to find someone to help; However, on two occasions this month, both drivers have been late (not their fault) and I lost valuable time because of that; this is why I give only 4 starts, not five; the drivers were very friendly and helpful on both days, by the way.”

“# Excellent Delivery Service, Marred by an Avoidable Dispute Pros: Drivers were punctual for both collection in Glasgow and delivery in Nottingham. Excellent communication with updates during transit. All items and boxes arrived in great condition. Cons: A significant disagreement arose over the number of extra boxes. The drivers believed I had six more boxes than quoted, whereas my count was only one or two over. This led to a tense standoff, which was frustrating. Given the total cost of the service was £729, I felt that a minor discrepancy should not have become such a significant issue. This created a stressful standoff and required a call to a manager to resolve the situation before the team would proceed. Summary: The fundamental moving service provided by Anyvan was great. However, the experience was let down by a frustrating and, in my view, unnecessary dispute at the point of collection. I would still recommend them, but with the advice to double-check your item count.”

“Unfortunately there was a delay on loading and unloading our goods, due to assigned driver cancelled this work. But AnyVan did their best and did found another driver in few minutes, which was a lovely and helpful guy. Thank you so much. We are really happy with service provided”

“Adrian and his team were excellent. The service was fast and efficient. They understood the instructions I provided clearly and followed through and went beyond to ensure I was satisfied and everything was done well. If needed I would use Anyvan again and request for Adrian and his team 😊. A job well done and thank you to other team Eleesha and Liam for explaining process and fees. “Great price. The driver was good, helpful, polite and professional. The only down side was he was almost an hour early, which could have caused some problems, too long to explain. Not the drivers fault, I would imagine he gets his info from higher up. Still good though.”
