Took my money for a damaged product and now won't pay me back, give me a replacement or even respond even though I have returned the product. What could one call this situation whereby I've paid and followed their rules but you get nothing in return? Theft? Scam?

I purchased a game on the 24th November and still haven't received it on the 4th Dec so am unable to give a review of the actual product but on the delivery side of things it's obviously a 1 star.

Got told my parcel was in safe place while at work, got home and there was no parcel anywhere, no neighbours have it and nothing around my house. Sent email saying that and they replied asking me to look again like it was magically gunna appear.

Very slow to deliver. At time of order, every item was said to be in stock. Dispatch was nearly two weeks later. No explanation was provided. Very disappointed with this service.

Still havent recieved my item - paid for next day delivery a week ago - item has gone missing - have to keep calling as emails are not answered - on hold for about 15-20 minutes each time - asked for refund was told I had to just wait longer. Not very happy.

There was no information on added taxes (vat) or customs clearance fees when I bought a product from Zatu, which turned the whole experience into a rather negative one upon receiving the parcel. NB to all other buyers from non-EU countries.

ordered an instock item, waited 5 days and still not dispatched. Contacted them and told item wasnt held at their place!!!!! Waitied few more days and no dispatch. They made no effort to contact me to let me know of such an issue. Makes me wonder where such instock item was??? They have cencelled ordered and as i paid via paypal so will wait to see if it happens if not a dispute will be opened. Wont be using again, account has been deleted.

Product took quite a few days to dispatch. Was dispatched by Yodel, who seemed unable to find the address (even though it is a college with one main entrance and it's own postcode). After two attempts they returned package to Zatu. No contact from the company and no clear way to ask for a refund, so money wasted.

I was sent a code to get a free game if I spent over £30 I have ordered 2 games both over this amount and on checkout there was no option to put the Very disappointed

The order was over a month late. I had to do all the chasing. No solutions were offered. Just received the same stock answer from customer services. Very poor service and I will be thinking twice before shopping here again.

Ordered a game on 22/09/23. The page said it was due in stock on 24/09/23. My card was charged and the money taken. Next thing I discovered on the webpage (no notification from Zatu) that the game would not be in stock until 01/11/23. Eventually I get an e-mail from Zatu saying the game had been dispatched on 21/11/23. I’m still waiting to receive the game. Raised a ticket - heard nothing back.

Ordered Gruffalo card game based on picture on Zatu Games website. This clearly shows a pack of 52 cards in a tin. What was sent was is not the same - a pack of 32 cards in a cardboard box. Will not order from this site again.

I only review companies depending on the customer service I get when something goes wrong. I was sent an unsealed and damaged item that I am unable to gift. The missing part is not in the parcel, which shows that this was not damaged in transit. In fact, the parcel itself was in perfect condition, delivered in my hand by the courier. The item was sent to me damaged. I thought mistakes happen, give them the benefit of the doubt. I immediately sent Zatu a polite email with pictures of the damage, respectfully asking them to resolve the issue. Their customer service team offered a 20% discount, which I apologetically declined, as I cannot gift a damaged item. This is where the customer service ended. I was instead referred to their return policy which states they reserve the right to make deductions if an item is returned damaged (you see the issue here), or if they consider the item isn't faulty, and even worse, THEY CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF THE RETURNED PARCEL, EVEN IF YOU USE THEIR OWN LABEL. In other words, even if it was their mistake (which is when you would get a free return as in my case), they refuse to accept any risk, and you might be out of pocket. This is quite frankly an immoral policy that also destroys trust in other independent businesses, by pushing genuine customers like me trying to support them, towards monopolies (that I won't name) instead. Sort it out Zatu and prove me wrong, as I am still waiting for a solution for an error you made, on an £18 order (this is hardly going to put YOU out of pocket!), 5 days later, and you have since cut all contact with me despite my emails being polite and constructive. I am only respectfully suggesting solutions to you (which should be your job really) so that I don't fall victim to your questionable return policy, and you have so far chosen to ignore my emails and waste my time.

I have been waiting for my Olivia playmat for over 1 1/2 years now. This is becoming ridiculous. Date keeps changing and magically no information can be given. I am NEVER buying from this place again. I am still waiting due to how sentimental this playmat is to me for my set. It's more than just a playmat to me. It is a memorial set in memory of my sons friend that passed away at 18 years old. That is the only reason I still want it at this point.

Awful just awful. Over 2 weeks now and no order. Son's birthday tomorrow - apparently one item at a separate warehouse - how that delays things for 2 weeks I don't know. Sensible option maybe would to be send part of the order out that they do have but no, they've sent nothing. The ticket system is awful as noone replies for days. I've asked them to cancel it so I can try and order elsewhere to save the birthday but nope - just silence. I have had to now put in a claim with my bank to try and get my money back and I will never ever use this company again. I am curious where this blooming warehouse is that one of the games is at - as it's taking so long it must be in new Zealand...... Seriously though I cant express enough how utterly let down and disappointed I am.
