“I ordered a game on the 24th November. Yodel lost the parcel and Zatu have not sent a new game or refunded the money (£77!). It has now been 9 days since a representative from Zatu was in touch despite me repeatedly trying to get someone to respond. It's been very disappointing, and I'm especially annoyed that I'm still out of pocket this close to Christmas.The game was going to be a Christmas present for a child and I cannot afford to purchase a new one.”

“Dreadful service. They cancelled my order without telling me and took the money. As yet I’m waiting for any sort of reply as to what has happened to my order or money that I have been charged. Customer services are incredibly slow. As a result of all of this we do not have a Christmas present.”

“I ordered a Christmas gift of a game on December 11. Order number 1002944119. I never received an email confirmation and I never received a shipping notification either. I checked my junk mail so it isn’t in there. Fortunately I always take a screen shot of the order confirmation when I order online so I have my order number. My card was also charged. I have reached out to customer service twice and no response. Yet I received an email asking to review my recent purchase twice! So here is my review. I am not happy with Zatu. They used to be wonderful but their IT isn’t good now and their customer service is non existent. If the game doesn’t arrive this week I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and I’ve purchased another gift for that person too. Zatu used to be great but I won’t be ordering again after this.”

“Sadly Zatu Games uses Yodel as their courier and our order arrived late (despite claiming it had been delivered one evening, it arrived the day after). Zatu Games Customer Services did nothing to ease my concerns with the missing package during this time. Would NEVER shop with again.”

“Extremely disappointed with Zatu Games. Ordered a specific item for Christmas, received a cheaper, different product. Customer service denied the mistake. Inconvenient return process with non-functional link for Croatian addresses and expected me to pay for return shipping. Lost time and additional costs incurred. Decided against returning due to the hassle. Will not recommend due to this negative experience.”

“Zatu is really going downhill. No longer reliable and increasingly poor customer practices. I bought an in stock game mid November that was supposed to be dispatched in time for Christmas. A whole two weeks later I received a message saying it was now out of stock. So for two weeks Zatu must have been taking orders saying a game was in stock when they had actually sold out. To make matters worse they did not refund me the full price I paid for the game once I cancelled the order. I then had to buy the game from somewhere else which overall was more expensive. Really unhappy with the service. A friend recently ordered and paid for a game only to be contacted by Zatu asking for more money before they dispatched it! I've never known a company operate like that.”
