Still waiting for a delivery from Zatu that is long, long overdue. Zero resolution from customer service including now an additional 14 day window for them to decide if we are to get the order or a refund. Managers are 'too busy' to speak to customers. What do we tell the children whose games in this order were Christmas presents? Shame on you Zatu...

Ordered Cthulhu death may die from them. Unfortunately it was a duplicate birthday present so returned the one I ordered in perfect condition, packed better than the original packaging they sent. When I tried to claim a refund they said it was damaged and therefore knocked £22 off the retail price I bought at. Will never use them again. Better online stores and customer service out there folks.

Im very disappointed that a parcel which i paid extra for next day delivery took a week to arrive. In emails to you you haven't even offered to refund the p&p. Will not be shopping with you again or recommend you either.

Unfortunately the package got delivered to our doorstep and got stolen. Notes said if we are not home it will be left with a neighbour. It wasn't. We do not have our purchase

Ordered from them on 24th Nov some games to give as a return gift in a goodie bag. It is 6th Dec today and there has been no communication/notification from them. My daughter's birthday is on Saturday and I dont see it arriving by then so will be cancelling today. I hope cancellation goes smoothly and I get my money back. On top of that I need 30 items and I am not sure where I will buy it from in such a short time now.

Zatu Games state they aim to ship your order within 24 hours. Twice now I have ordered a game from them that displays ‘3+ in stock’ on their website, only to be told it will take 2 weeks to retrieve the game from their warehouse. This is the worst online games seller I have ever dealt with. Never again.

I pre ordered a game, it shows as “in stock” on the website but I haven’t received my copy. I’ve been waiting on the phone in the queue for over 45 minutes and nobody is responding. Very poor customer service

Took my money for a damaged product and now won't pay me back, give me a replacement or even respond even though I have returned the product. What could one call this situation whereby I've paid and followed their rules but you get nothing in return? Theft? Scam?

I purchased a game on the 24th November and still haven't received it on the 4th Dec so am unable to give a review of the actual product but on the delivery side of things it's obviously a 1 star.

Got told my parcel was in safe place while at work, got home and there was no parcel anywhere, no neighbours have it and nothing around my house. Sent email saying that and they replied asking me to look again like it was magically gunna appear.

Very slow to deliver. At time of order, every item was said to be in stock. Dispatch was nearly two weeks later. No explanation was provided. Very disappointed with this service.

Still havent recieved my item - paid for next day delivery a week ago - item has gone missing - have to keep calling as emails are not answered - on hold for about 15-20 minutes each time - asked for refund was told I had to just wait longer. Not very happy.

There was no information on added taxes (vat) or customs clearance fees when I bought a product from Zatu, which turned the whole experience into a rather negative one upon receiving the parcel. NB to all other buyers from non-EU countries.

ordered an instock item, waited 5 days and still not dispatched. Contacted them and told item wasnt held at their place!!!!! Waitied few more days and no dispatch. They made no effort to contact me to let me know of such an issue. Makes me wonder where such instock item was??? They have cencelled ordered and as i paid via paypal so will wait to see if it happens if not a dispute will be opened. Wont be using again, account has been deleted.

Product took quite a few days to dispatch. Was dispatched by Yodel, who seemed unable to find the address (even though it is a college with one main entrance and it's own postcode). After two attempts they returned package to Zatu. No contact from the company and no clear way to ask for a refund, so money wasted.
