“I ordered 3 games in Zatu's summer sale for what was a great price compared to other places (so happy to finally have my own copy of Wingspan, and it's been great value for money!). I was also really pleased to find a recent popular game (Things in Rings) in stock with Zatu that wasn't available elsewhere - it was a gift and the recipient was delighted with it! I found it a bit confusing that the order screen said that one of the games would take longer to dispatch than the others, as the page for that game said several copies were in stock. It took just under a week for the order to be dispatched. However, the full order of 3 games arrived several days ahead of the delivery estimate that I was originally given, so that was a really nice surprise. The games arrived well-packaged in a sturdy box and they were in pristine condition. I would definitely use Zatu again, especially during its sales.”

“All items arrived in great condition and customer service were great. However there was a big delay in shippin my order due to items being held at different warehouses. Could I suggest that you ship directly from each warehouse instead of gathering the order at one location before shipping.”

“This was my 3rd order with Zatu. Usually very good packaging and very happy. But sadly this was my biggest order to date and thus the most expensive. Sadly 2 out of the 3 board games arrived damaged. It's not the end of the world, just a little disheartening. Plus I dont know if this is common with models in board games, but some of my nemesis figures have little imperfections with the mold quality. I know this isnt Zatus fault. Hopefully can clean them up to paint, but yet again just a little disappointing.”
