“Most of the times, everything is just GREAT with zatu. Efficient, perfect packaging. And if any problem occurs, a few email or a single phone call can resolve everything. Great service really. However I not pleased that OOP products remain listed as "in back order", that's the only reason I do not push to 5 stars.”

“Zatu is my go to place to buy boardgames as the prices are good and usually the delivery is pretty fast. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is that sometimes the packaging isn't perfect, and recently it took a week to dispatch an item (which then got to me super quick).”

“I have ordered a lot from Zatu sometimes small orders sometimes larger orders. Sometimes board games sometimes TCG products. It's always been delivered as described in excellent condition well packaged with no missing items. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that my larger orders are often slow to dispatch my most recent one taking 10 days from order to delivery.”
