I ordered a game on the 24th November. Yodel lost the parcel and Zatu have not sent a new game or refunded the money (£77!). It has now been 9 days since a representative from Zatu was in touch despite me repeatedly trying to get someone to respond. It's been very disappointing, and I'm especially annoyed that I'm still out of pocket this close to Christmas.The game was going to be a Christmas present for a child and I cannot afford to purchase a new one.
