I ordered a Christmas gift of a game on December 11. Order number 1002944119. I never received an email confirmation and I never received a shipping notification either. I checked my junk mail so it isn’t in there. Fortunately I always take a screen shot of the order confirmation when I order online so I have my order number. My card was also charged. I have reached out to customer service twice and no response. Yet I received an email asking to review my recent purchase twice! So here is my review. I am not happy with Zatu. They used to be wonderful but their IT isn’t good now and their customer service is non existent. If the game doesn’t arrive this week I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and I’ve purchased another gift for that person too. Zatu used to be great but I won’t be ordering again after this.
