Two games in box received were correct, third game was a duplicate item that had already been sent, not the game i was expecting. Have to go through the performance of boxing up and returning the duplicate with no guarantee that the item that had been ordered has not sold out in the meantime.

The parcel arrived very late and wet. I understand that is mostly the deliverer’s fault, but it could have been packaged better.

Really slow dispatch, over 3 weeks, despite showing as 'in stock' on the site. Wouldn't use again unless I really had to as they seem very dishonest.

We completely understand that when an item is listed as ‘in stock,’ you expect a prompt delivery. Due to the wide range of products we offer, some items are stored at external sites across the country and need to be transferred to our main dispatch warehouse before we can send them out. While this process is usually quick, it can occasionally cause a short delay and means next-day delivery isn't always possible for certain items. If you’ve ordered multiple items and only some are stored externally, we do offer the option to split your order for an additional shipping cost. This allows us to send the available items immediately, with the remaining items following once they’ve arrived at our warehouse. As soon as your full order is ready at our dispatch hub, we’ll ship it out straight away. This is a shame as I've had good experiences before, but I ordered 3 in-stock items and it took over 2 weeks for delivery as one item was apparently in another warehouse. They refused to send 2 items without me having to pay extra postage. Was quite a disappointing experience.

I hope the item finds me okay, but when I placed my order my total was $12. After purchase it bumped up to $21. I would have liked to see the real total before I paid. This was misleading.

The games arrived in good shape, but the shipping was a nightmare. They even said that the shipping adress was wrong (which wasn't true). Eventually, I had to go and retire the box personally at the BRT deposit.

A good price, but terrible communication. When the pre-order product was repeatedly delayed (not fault of Zatu, all the fault of the publisher) I never had a single email from Zatu to explain or keep me informed; the only way I could find out when to expect it was by going back to the website to check the new release date. Very poor communication indeed, how hard would it have been to send an email saying "sorry, the publisher has delayed your pre-order for reasons out of our control, the new release date is X"? This is basic customer service. Even worse, the delays meant that two pre-order items that originally had different expected dates both actually arrived at the same time, which meant I paid twice as much postage as I needed to - they could have been sent together. Again, basic customer service.

I placed an order about 2 weeks ago. At first, I was very impressed as I was getting regular updates the first two days, and my package seemed to be moving very quickly. However, since then, I stopped receiving any updates and have yet to receive my order. I have been in contact with customer service, and they have been quick to reply to me but have been unable to provide me with any updates. I recognize this is mostly a fault of the courier service instead, but it has still made this process very difficult and discouraging.

Packaging was terrible, the box was far too large and there was no packing to stop the game moving around or to stop it getting bashed when the box was crushed, which it was.

Paid around 5 pounds for postage for a few packs of MTG cards and took over a week to get delivered. For that price on delivery I would expect them in a couple of work days.

ordered a few extensions for Concordia and they all presented as available stock on the website. Their shipment information pace claims to deliver in 2-3 days but just now I've realized that they've sent me a delivery date 16-19 days in the confirmation email. When I contact with their chat, I'm told that the delivery date window on the email is the valid dates i should expect a delivery. I'm fuming atm as anyone can guess. I really hope they are sending the games from Germany(where the game is created) by a special courier carrying my games "by foot" in a special bundle otherwise it doesn't mean any sense to wait for hald a bloody month to receive an existing stock. Sadly, either the stock information isn't correct or the courier is on the way right now getting closer to London every day so I need to prepare a huge amound of tips.

Game arrived but appears to be used, box not sealed and jigsaw pieces all loose in the box. Wouldn't purchase again as assumed they were new games, not second hand.

Look, I like Zatu, but if you're going to keep asking me to do a review, then I'll be honest and point out that I made an order in December 2023 and it arrived in July 2025. It was so slow that by the time it arrived, I'd moved house.

Zatu games, despite having 4 months advanced notice, have completely failed to fulfil the Pre-Order I put in, which I could understand for popular products - but even more shockingly failed to communicate there was any problem at all, until after I chased them days after it was supposed to arrive - I guess hoping I might have died in the proceeding 4 months and they could just keep the money? They've responded with one short canned answer giving no ETA, and have failed to respond to my messages asking for at least a ballpark figure of when I could expect the £100+ pounds of stuff I'd ordered. Presumably they are waiting for it to go out of chargeback deadline! I strongly advise anyone to order elsewhere - it something goes wrong, their lack of response and the hassle of you having to be the one to chase them up, is not worth the 2% money back discount. I'm still waiting now. Lesson learnt.

Tried ordering some Pokemon Cards but the website is so heavily botted by scalpers it doesn't allow you to checkout as a regular customer. There doesn't appear to be anything done by Zatu to prevent this behaviour where many other websites have taken measures to prevent this and provide their product to real customers. This makes me think Zatu doesn't care about who buys their products.
