Honestly, the game is as expected and the gift wrapping was very nice! But even though we ordered with a certain time buffer, the game was delivered with a delay of one week. By then it was already too late and we had to look for another gift. The game and gift wrapping were still intact, but the box it was delivered in was very destroyed. It was ripped open on every side and I am glad the game did not fall out of the box and get lost or get wet.

I had high hopes after reading all of the reviews and thought I'd treat myself to some Lego. I ordered on March 3rd and purchased 28 hours delivery. To my surprise, after 5 days, there was no change to my order status. I enquired and was told to wait 2 weeks before contacting again, so I did. 2 weeks later, I sent another email enquiring where my order was and that I was preparing to report the transaction to my bank as a scam. I was told management had been told and I just had to wait. Horrendous level of customer service from the representative, and horrible handling of the situation by the company. I eventually received my order on the 25th of March...3 weeks later than was planned. Thanks to this, a birthday surprise was ruined.

Terrible service - takes ages and you have to email them to remind them to send your items! They give the excuse that items are 'in different warehouses' but surely in this day and age that should only delay sending out items by a couple of days at most, not over a week once they have been prompted! Yes, they do have some cheaper prices but, having given them a second chance and the same thing happening again, I couldn't honestly recommend them unless you like hassle when you order!

Their stock management is atrocious and costumer service straight up lies to you. They might be cheap, but the hassle is just not worth it.

Delivery time good, but packaging poor. Inside the box, very few quantity of protection material, result: on handling the carton box of game was damaged.

My order was shipped to Ireland without the correct information for processing by customs. As such it was returned to Zatu. Despite informing Zatu straight away I am one month on still without my order. Post Brexit customs arrangements have been in place now for some time and it isn't good enough that Zatu can take orders from customers in Ireland but seem unable to complete the sale and delivery of goods paid for.

Zatu Games took almost 2 weeks to dispatch my package. They weren't the cheapest or fastest. It arrived intact. Not sure what else to review.

Item was due to take a few months due to back order but came sooner. However, the box came split to which I emailed zatu. They offered me some money back and I accepted. However it's now been two and a half weeks, no money or email back. Not impressed

I ordered and paid for four items on December 11th and after a few days received an e-mail saying Switch sports was out of stock. A few days later whilst writing an e-mail to request the despatch of the items that were in stock I received another e-mail to say that a Hogwart’s legacy was now out of stock. Why was it not put aside when I paid? It took six weeks for both items to be in stock simultaneously. They were received on 26th January. Zatu needs to put better systems in place for situations like this. Once an item has been paid for it should be either sent or set aside whilst the rest of the order is prepared rather than being sold to another customer. Perhaps the website should more accurately reflect actual stock levels?

Ordered Christmas gifts for a friend’s children on 25 November. Order dispatched on 19 January. Emailed customer services on 22 January to express disappointment. No response as of 26 January. Really poor service, which is a great shame because we’ve been really pleased with Zatu previously.

Poor communication and slow delivery - two weeks. Ordered 4 games. Delivery date passed so we contacted and found that one game was out of stock, this was not communicated until chased. Were given no time as to when game would be in stock and had to suggest they send out the other games that were in stock to save us waiting. They did send out the other three games however we still await the fourth with no estimated delivery date. I guess we just wait.......

I was really excited to buy from an independent store with a large catalogue rather than the usual internet stores. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Zatu. After more than two weeks, I’m still waiting for my order to be delivered. The main problem seems to be with the courier (ParcelForce), but Zatu listed ParcelForce as the faster (and more expensive) delivery option. ParcelForce customer service advised me to contact Zatu, and the Zatu customer service sent me back to ParcelForce. Sadly, the usual internet stores are cheaper, faster, and more reliable than Zatu.

When I ordered goods on 14th Dec for Xmas they were in stock, but as hadnt turned up I chased Zatu to be told they hoped to still get goods and I could cancel my order if required but this would not leave me enough time to order from somewhere else. They eventually turned up 10/01/2024. Very disappointed.

Good delivery time and good quality, but they do not gave me the desired product that I paid for. As the image of the product said, they promise to give you the silver-edged edition of The Binding of Isaac Four Souls, which comes with extra cards. But then, when you recieve the game, it's just the normal version without the silver edges or the extra cards. I found that quite disappointing...

Always been happy with dealings from Zatu until now. Received wholly inadequate reply from Zatu about an order placed in October. It failed to explain why items on "Backorder" were included in promotions. Two months after order, Zatu failed to be able to tell me whether the item, an intended Christmas present, would arrive before Christmas or whether I needed to source an alternative Christmas present. Zatu failed to give any guidance about any likely date for dispatch, thus failing to guide me whether the item could now be used as a birthday gift for the end of January, almost 4 months after the order date. My query was made to feel as though it was an inconvenience to Zatu staff. The reply was no help whatsoever. It felt like an assembly from the stock cut and pace floor. I was certainly not treated as a vlued customer and the bombardment of emails from Zatu trying to sell more stuff sticks in the throat. The 2 star review recognises my previous satisfaction. This single issue would have attracted just one star from me. A thoroughly poor effort.

We love the games and they arrived quickly but I got charged 3 times - once was proactively refunded but the other is for more and we received an order we didn’t purchase :( maybe it will be resolved soon!
