Extremely disappointed with Zatu Games. Ordered a specific item for Christmas, received a cheaper, different product. Customer service denied the mistake. Inconvenient return process with non-functional link for Croatian addresses and expected me to pay for return shipping. Lost time and additional costs incurred. Decided against returning due to the hassle. Will not recommend due to this negative experience.
