I received my order almost 3 weeks later than the promised date on the website. The support team didn't help me or explain the reasons for such a delay.

Ordered an item on Zatu which was on Backorder for 16th December; it didn't arrive by 20th December so I gave them a call and said the backorder was pushed back to early January. Calling back today, in early January, they tell me the order has been pushed back to March, without any communication at all to notify me of the changes. My suspicion is that this would have kept being pushed back further and further until I would either forget about the order, or until I was not eligible for a refund. Very, very disappointing for my first purchase here.

My £70 game arrived in a huge packaging box and with virtually no protection. Due to this my game was really bashed about and the corner is damaged. I paid for next day delivery as I needed the game that day and all I have been offered is 15% off. Not happy at all. Package your games properly!

Absolutely useless customer support. 7 E-mails, 10 phone calls . Nobody can solve simple case, make some changes in order. Nobody answer the phone at all.

The games I ordered two weeks ago never arrived. No reply after enquiry. Still waiting. Once I get a satisfactory reply I’m a timely manner, I’ll change my review.

I made the order on Tuesday the 19. and immediately received an order confirmation with the information that I will receive another email when the order has beew dispatched. Today is Wednesday .. the 27. .. you guess I haven't received any new messages till today except a few asking me to rate you .. so for now your rating is zero. .. by the way, the expected delivery time is until 29. ... lol ​​.. never more ...

They already charged me $83 yet I have gotten zero follow up confirmation on my order. The original email won't even take me to my order receipt via the website when I click the link in said email, I'm starting to think maybe this website is a scam and I just got ripped off for almost a hundred bucks for something I thought would be a great Christmas present.

Only got a one star as the product eventually arrived. It took about 2 and a half weeks from ordering to arriving. When to call I spend 30 minutes with no one picking up. The online form refused to accept my order number. When the product did arrive the the gift wrapping was all torn. A very disappointing experience.

I’ve used Zatu games before and have been very happy with them. But they’ve let me down this time! Ordered a PS4 game for a Christmas Present on 12th Dec, paid and got delivery expected 22-23rd Dec. Haven’t heard a peep from them! Expected to get an email saying when dispatched. And have had nothing. Not what I would expect.

I ordered Christmas gifts on November 15th and was provided with the latest delivery date of Dec 7. It is now Friday, Dec. 22nd and I have still not received my order. Christmas is 3 days away and I do not have gifts for several individuals (including the stocking stuffers I ordered for my son). I will have to go shopping this weekend to replace the gifts that will arrive after Christmas. Also, one of their employees cancelled a puzzle from my order without my consent and now I am told it is out of stock. Therefore, I requested that they compensate me with an alternative puzzle of equal value and free shipping. After 5 or 6 emails back and forth between myself and various different customer service reps I was offered a $5 coupon for my trouble. Hardly adequate compensation considering I live in Canada and would have to pay an enormous shipping cost. I basically had to beg for compensation and $5 is the best they can do? They told me that since I had received the refund for the cancelled puzzle that $5 was all they could offer. This company does not value their customers and have provided very poor customer service. Not receiving my order in time for Christmas is a huge inconvenience and the cancellation of the puzzle that is now unavailable is extremely disappointing. I will never order from this company again and will discourage others from doing so.

Unfortunately, I am waiting for any actions connected to my order for a month. I had a problem with delivery that was not possible to fix. And now there is no information neither about delivery nor about the refund.

Competitive (but not unplausibly, unbelievably low) prices, but OMG a terrible experience lately. The website needs serious work: it is painfully slow and clearly no one is paying attention to the UX. For example, to add an item to your wishlist, you click on the star. No, that's not enough. You have to then select which wishlist (out of one). And then you have to click save or else it forgets it. The mobile site simply refuses to allow search text entry via the keyboard. I literally have had to work around this by entering the text I want to search on in another tab or app, and then copy-paste it into the zatu search box. Seriously. The real doozy is the delivery. Beware allegedly "in stock" items that ship from different locations. They will ship to their main warehouse before sending anything out. Watch the 24/48 hour option disappear to be alerted to this. Not much of a big deal, you think? They now have a reputation for this on the boardgames subreddit (where I learned the trick to watch for the 24/48 icon). I put in two orders recently, one on 20 Nov and another on 25 Nov. The latter order wasn't despatched for 5 days, on the 30th. Why? Regarding the earlier order, it took a lot of back and forth and "corporate optimism" to the tune of "it should be going out this week" before they finally, and clearly reluctantly, split the order on 14 Dec (yes, you read that right) to send out what they did have. And the remaining item? That's now finally with Yodel and apparently due to be delivered 27 Dec. Yes, after xmas, and some FIVE AND A HALF WEEKS after placing the order for an allegedly in stock item. Now, to their credit, Zatu/Toystreet (yes, they're the same people) customer support is fairly responsive; messages do not disappear into a black hole. So that's a plus. (Side note, I can't really select an option in the feedback for "How quick did the company reply to your queries?" because it goes from a "6-12 Hours" option to "Over a week", and I'd say responses typically were of the order of a day or so). I suspect Customer Service is simply not empowered to do much. I did also get in touch about some relatively minor damage to a game component. Without any quibble, they sourced a replacement component and sent it out. But, quite simply, Zatu's execution is a complete and utter shambles these days. Zatu/Toystreet - you need to sack whoever's responsible for backend and order fulfilment! Really, what is an online business about if not backend and fulfilment, and neither are fit for purpose.

Whilst I absolutely appreciate that when you place an order which has a back order product it could take 2 months or a little more, I did not expect to have to be still waiting 20 months later. All communication just kept saying the would find out more info. The stock expected date kept getting pushed back and a birthday present bough for a 16th birthday present still hasnt been received, he is nearly 18. This is very poor service. Whilst they have now refunded me the item on back order so they can send the actual game (at my request not their suggestion) they then had the cheek to say they have despatched it on the next day delivery offer (it's what they are currently offering on ALL orders) as a gesture of goodwill. That is an absolute p@#$ take. Like I should be grateful they are getting it to me in 24 hours when we have waited nearly 2 years. I will never buy from the again!
