Disgusting customer service. Waited over a month for my delivery to be told they don’t have the item. Childish, robotic staff with no idea about decent service.

Ordered two in stock items 31/10/23 which were not dispatched until the 20/11/23!! Very poor processing time

Paid for next day delivery and finally got item 5 days later. Wrote 3 emails explaining this with only 1 reply saying they would return my next day delivery fee. Which they still haven’t!

Apparently in stock items ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and still no sign of them despite contacting and chasing twice.

Item was showing in stock, delivery 2 to 3 days. Chased after a week to be told it's in a different warehouse and will becoming soon. Finally dispatched after 2 weeks. Won't be using again.

Preordered something almost a year ago when it was “available “ and not only did it never become available but no one from the company reached out to offer a refund or a different solution. Quick to take your money. Not quick to return it when they will never get the product.

The shop messed up my order, didnt send one box (Darkest Dungeon Strongbox - all the minis) which was advertised as included. Upon contacting them it took them weeks to respond and complete a "formal investigation". Eventually they responded after chasing updates on chat and phone. They sent me a picture as proof to let me know everything was in order, although on the picture you could clearly see the item was not on the picture. Clearly an attempt to see if i would let the dispute go. After mentioning ODR/ADR, more than a month back and forth, false promises, missed deadlines, they finally agreed to send a replacement. Which was agreed upon 2 weeks ago and it's still havent received what i paid for more than a month ago and the customer service keeps coming up with excuses and push the expected delivery to the next weeks. Horrible customer service.

Yeah, they're cheap but woe betide you if there are any problems. They take over two weeks to respond to queries and they're utterly useless. I wasted £10 with these fools because of their broken website and they refused to do anything about it. Go with someone else.

My previous experiences with ZATU games had been very very positive. This included matters of pricing, packaging, delivery and customer service. Sadly, my last 2 orders with the company have been at first disappointing to most recently angering! The first is the delivery time of GMTs North Africa 41. Everybody else has now had this game for 3 months. ZATU keep putting delivery time back and back and having still not arrived, its now been put back to December! Shocking! The second was another game ordered and waited for 5 months before cancelling. Again a GMT game and whilst shown as not in stock it WAS at GMT in stock. As ZATU had received orders from GMT over those 5 months, I am unclear why ZATU could not have asked for a copy of the game to be included in the most recent pallets? Having cancelled and assured a refund was organised, I checked back 10 days later to find that it had been forgotten!! So they refunded me again (apparently) but this time I asked to let me know what card was being refunded as it was tiresome checking all my accounts. Each time I ask them this, all I get back is "Refund will take 5-10 days". After 4 attempts, I still receive the same answer and nobody telling me where its being refunded to? Incidentally, the refund is still not here.

Placed a back order in September with delivery scheduled for end of October. After not hearing anything I checked the status and its now down as end of December. No communication from the company to explain. Requested a refund which they say will take 5 to 10 days to process (it's with PayPal). This length of time is a joke in this day and age, they just want to keep my money for even longer!

I needed the latest rulebook for Call of Cthulhu for a game I was planning to run. The scenario and everything is mostly planned out, but I need at least one copy so that the players can make their characters. I figured I'd order from an independent game store to avoid throwing even more money at Amazon, but I am starting to regret that now. The order was for a few small items that I rounded up to five to take advantage of their coupon code and the order was dispatched and send as expected, but when it arrived it was well packaged, but somewhat light and when I opened the it the rulebook (the main reason for ordering in the first place) was missing. Fair enough, mistakes happen, I'll just contact support: A day later I receive a message around the lines of: "We are investigating this, if you do not hear from us within 48 hours, let us know and we will escalate this" Somewhat suspicious that they are asking me to chase them if I don't hear back, but at this point I still think that they might actually be doing something about this. As the message suggested, I chase after 48hours (only business days, I ignored the weekend) and get another message a day later about them escalating this to management. It is now a few days later and a few more messages from my end, but I have not heard anything back since then. Overall it has been almost two weeks since the beginning of this journey and I am appalled at their handling of this. I have now ordered the book from somewhere else since I have no faith in ever receiving it from here, but I'll continue to try to at least get my money back. I had to cancel on my players since I couldn't run character generation without the book.

First time ordering from them and I have to say, awful experience. I have ordered 1 game (Everdell Complete Collection), after 26 days, the package has still not arrived, the status of the shipment (Advised) has not changed from day 1. The only thing their support team told me was to reach out to them 26 days later. When I reached out to them, I have not received a response at all. No package, no update from the courier, no response from Zatu.

The next day delivery of order placed before 6pm is misleading. Having paid extra I was told the following… “Unfortunately, having investigated this for you I can see that the 24 hours shipping only applies from the point of despatch to delivery, however we are unable to guarantee that the item will be delivered to you 24 hours after placing the order”
