I ordered a game for my son a month and a half ago. More than a month ago I was told that it was being shipped from the UK and since then the shipment has not moved and has not arrived in my country. I contacted several times asking to understand what was happening with the shipment, and then requesting a refund and each time I was told that the shipment was on its way (without knowing where it is) and the company refused to give me a refund, even though there is no sign of the shipment moving from the UK in the last month. I strongly recommend not ordering from the company, because it does not take responsibility for the delivery's arrival or for a refund.

I have still not received my parcel even though Zatu claims the parcel was dispatched. Having paid Zatu I am very unhappy about their service. I cannot phone them to find out what has happened.

It said delivery between Monday and Thursday. I left that place on Monday after and still no signs of the package. If it ever arrived it was not to me. Will never use it again.

They have taken my money and its been weeks without a dispatch of my order. They advertised 3-4 days. I've messaged them via email a few days ago but no reply. Avoid them like the plague.

The website stated delivery would be 3-5 days. Waited 4 weeks & 2 emails and still no delivery - they blamed the warehouse. Upon requesting a refund, the item was sent within hours. Postal service did not leave a card so I am now responsible for chasing the package around to claim the refund. Really disappointing service

I ordered ps5 games the 26 of November…I received them the 12th of December and not all of them I’m still waiting 3 games but after 18 days they’re sending to me only 2 because they said the 3rd isn’t in stock…so why it was in stock in the website? And why you let me know after 18 days? I requested a refund and I’m still waiting for a reply

I really want to give this a high rating because I was sooooo excited to have it arrived. So I think the product left Zatu Games in perfect shape but it got to me soaked and damaged. I could just cry. I ordered two of the folded space organizers for Wingspan. One for me and one for a gift. And the spelled eggs I picked up my parcel at our mail box . Which is metal and locked ( canada post) and what I found was a soaked and damaged box. I was hoping that nothing was wet inside but that wasn't the case. Both boxes that the organizer comes in were soaked through as well. It almost fell apart when I opened one. I am so disappointed. Especially at the one I was giving away . The box looks bad and product is damaged . Heartbroken 💔 😥

I placed an order for some toys for my grand kids for Christmas on the 29th of November 2023. I received an email confirming the order on the same day stating that I will receive another email when the items are dispatched. However to this day, 13th December 2023, I have not received any correspondence from them. I tried to call Zatu using the phone number provided on the website. I was put on hold for 40 min without anyone answering the phone. This is the first time I have placed an order with this company and I think this will be the last. I have emailed them requesting a cancellation of the order but based on my recent experience, I do not think this is going to be an easy process as well. My advise to anyone considering ordering from ZATU is, DON'T DO IT. Save your time and most probably your money and order from someone else.

Ordered Wingspan European Expansion as a Christmas present. Box was wet when it arrived and it leaked onto the game box staining it. Not worth sending back as Zatu deduct the postage and require some admin to get it back. Will just buy from Amazon next time.

Unfortunately, on this occasion the service was dire. I had two unanswered emails and decided to call. The order status urgently needs looking at, when I ordered all items were listed as being in stock. Then one item was yo-yoing and it looked like I wasn't going to receive my parcel until the end of January. It took a calendar month for my items to arrive, and the only communication was what I had instigated. Very poor customer service.

I got this item from this web as it was supposed to come with an additional promo item, it never came. The promo item was more exciting than the game for me, and I’m quite disappointed with the service. Also the game arrived late.

DO NOT USE this company, disgusting customer service. Ordered product 10 days ago and still no goods. Money taken from bank, not replying to e mails. Spent 37 mins on the phone waiting for someone to answer - no one is replying to me to inform me if they are going to fulfill my £92 order or give me a refund. Be wary of this company

Poor. Can't recommend it. Unable to deal with delivery problems. Ordered a game, as yet still to arrive and still to be resolved by Zatu. Was promised a replacement would be shipped out for next-day delivery (which I had paid for). I asked for an email to confirm this was going ahead, which was agreed. Then nothing and no replacement. We are still no closer to a resolution, I am repeatedly fobbed off by their understaffed customer service who just say management is looking into it and that it could take up to 14 days. I've presented evidence from the courier telling me what they claim has happened (they say a return request was made in error). My phone calls go nowhere as they just keep fobbing me off and will not do anything until they hear from Yodel. They told me that, if I'd marked my initial email as a 'complaint' it would have been dealt with quicker. Surely a notification of failure of a product to arrive is automatically a complaint. I don't know what else they need to hear given I've forwarded Yodel's responses and investigations to me. It cuts no ice. Avoid this lot, it's just not worth the risk. The only thing I've received from them is a request to fill in this form. Happy to oblige.

My order is missing £150 worth of items. I've emailed, I've left a message on your contact form on your website, I've messaged you via social media and am now currently waiting for over 30 minutes to get through on the phone for the 2nd time, still no response from anywhere! I've had completed orders in the past, but I'm so frustrated that I'm spending hours trying to get a response when I've been robbed! Guess I'll have to try and claim through my bank for a refund!

I ordered a game on 15 November. Order was acknowledged and so far nothing received. Emailed re my order - No reponse within 24 hours as they suggest. Currently trying to telephone, been waiting for 22 minutes and counting. Very frustrating

All games in stock - 48 hour delivery it said on the website. Games arrived 24 days later. No attempt by Zatu to contact me and when I chased them the response was that the issue had been raised with the management. Not impressed at all.
